The reception was very welcoming, well-prepared, and proved to be very helpful with suggestions for places to visit or restaurants to enjoy local cuisine. The room was lovely and well cleaned, equipped with essentials like towels, a hairdryer, and soap; the only thing missing was slippers. The buffet breakfast was very good, catering to all cravings. The on-site parking was very convenient and well-organized overall. Additionally, it's located very close to the metro, just a mere 50 meters away. We were overly satisfied with the hotel, and it was very affordable for the quality they offer.

I really have little to complain about since the facility was already very nice and well-organized. The only thing that really bothered me was the chef who prepared breakfast; from the beginning to the end of our breakfasts, he stared at us in an unsettling manner as if he didn't want us to have breakfast and checked every move we made. The only thing that was missing, but it wasn't a problem for us since it was quite cool during the period we visited Munich, is the air conditioning in the room.

Warm shower, warm room, good continental breakfast and great location ( 3 train stations from central train station and 4 metro stations from the city center). Perfect for overnight stay during late autumn/winter season. Nearby there are options with asian, as well as german food.

The bathroom would benefit from a more detailed cleaning/scrub. It would be good to add an extra information in the room for guests to take care that they ventilate properly the bathroom, as otherwise the mold forms. If you need a special diet (e.g., lactose free, gluten free), it would be good to inform the hotel upfront, as these products are not per default offered.

The place was really clean and tidy, exactly like on the pictures. Room is so clean, comfortable mattress. I would say that it’s perfect for short trip or individual/couple’s trips. Reception personnel were really nice and friendly. I would also say that location is pretty good, it’s close to the closest U-Bahn, maybe 15 min max to city centre and to main train station. The area is quiet, windows blocking outside noise just perfectly. Cheap and very good breakfast.

Hmm, the only thing that cleaning personnel was keep asking me when I leave way before my check out in order to clean. But it’s fine, I understand

- the breakfast was fantastic - huge variety of food, incl. pancakes :) - the room was spacious and quiet, - the bed was very comfortable

- there was no possiblity of free cancelation because of the flood risk - I was there during the "risky" week and had troubles reaching Munich by train but I was told on the phone that there is no possibility to requested discounted cancelation or to update my travel dates. Fortunately, I was able to reach Munich but if I had not, I would have been charged 200 EUR for nothing. The staff on the phone was not friendly... The staff in the hotel itself was very polite.

Rivoli was a great stay. The location is right by the Ubahn, Sbahn, and bus, and most of all, the staff was extremely helpful. I happened to get sick from something bad I ate, and one staff member especially, Michael, went above and beyond helping me with tea, how to get to the pharmacy, answering my calls with questions on how to extend my stay another night when I couldn't get home.

The elevator was broken, but I realize there was nothing that could be done about that.

The hotel is located close to the main station, it takes 15-20 minutes to get there. I liked that it was convenient to work in the room: the table was spacious enough, the sockets were located well for charging my laptop, and the wifi connection was good enough for meetings. The large bed was comfy for rest. The shower was pleasant and clean.

The table was a little dusty, I had to clean it myself before placing anything there. Also, some of the bedsheet items had holes in them, which was not critical but spoiled a good impression.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and cheap coffee/hot chocolate machine (and free hot water for basic tea and coffee) in the lobby with an area you could sit and plan your trip, work a bit etc. Also option to buy a beer or similar to take up to your room. Friendly staff, clean room. Fridge. Bath instead of just a shower, which I love. Also very near the Westpark parkrun on Saturday, if you like that sort of thing.

Personally, given everything else was great, I wish there'd been a kettle with hot drink facilities in the room. Also, a little further out of town than I would have liked but that was reflected in the price. Only 4 or 5 stops from the main station but I didn't realise how long you would have to wait between trains!

Unfortunately all night we felt cigarete smoke. It was uncomfortable due the this issue.

The connection to the city sights is comfortable and fast. There are grocery shops nearby. Breakfast was sufficient. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Upon booking, I had asked for a shower chair in my room, and it was promised, I would have it. However, it was missing when I arrived. I guess nobody warned colleagues at the reception/ housekeeping. I was a little annoyed. The chair was brought to me after my request when I arrived, so in the end the issue was settled.
