Super-friendly and accommodating staff. Good location, just 10 minutes walk from metro and train station.

Wifi keeps disconnecting, so you need to re-login frequently.

Firstly a huge shoutout to the receptionist, we arrived pretty late at around 11pm, he made sure to stay back to ease out the checkin and provide us the keys. This surely is above and beyond what we expected and this hospitality just instills such a positive vibe! Rooms are bigger than usual with ample height ceiling(talk about claustrophobic rooms in other hotels where you can’t stretch your hands above your head!) Location is 10 mins walk from the HARRAS metro, so quite well placed. Hospitality 10 out of 5 stars Cleanliness of room and premises 9/10 Breakfast- didn’t try so no comment! Our room was facing the road and even though there was a little vehicular movement, the sound proofing was well and the sound wasn’t too intrusive to irritate you.

1. Please find a way for late self check-ins - this can be a USP - you can have an application for document and detail collection, do a refundable pre-authorisation and email a code to the safe where the room and front door keys will be kept to the customers. 2. No round the clock restaurant - please keep a handout of nearby bakeries and restaurants with phone numbers for guests to access. Keep maps and handy numbers like on call taxi, etc. 3. No temperature control or fans in the room, works most of the time without this too, but can be an add-on!

Property was clean. They had an elevator available for us to take the stroller up and down our room close to bakeries where I was able to find some cookies to bring back home for my family. Close to Subway line where we were able to catch a train to do a little shopping.

Even though the property asks you to let them know when you will be arriving. Which I did I sent them a message with the time we will arrive. I was still charged €150 deposit for a late check in. Due to the fact that they don’t have anyone on staff after hours.

Hotel Amenity has been a very pleasant place to stay for us. Just a few minutes walk from Harras metro station and bus, the room was very spacious, had a spacious corner for television with seats, a table with seperate seats, a wardrobe with a small fridge/minibar and a safe. The bed was nice with good matrasses. The place had a private bathroom with a bath (really pleasant). A little hall where you could place your luggage, hang your jackets. They have a very clear and easy "system" for after midnight. We received a nice welcome-gift and candy on our cushons. Several windows that could all be opened. We had a view on the street on the 3rd or 4th (I forgot) level. They have a elevator which works fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. In the street there are a few bakeries etc. and there is a nearby, close to the station, a very nice Korean/Vietnamese/Japanese eatery and Asian shop in one (we loved the food there!) as well as a Chinese restaurant next to it. Check in and check out is easy. There is a nice breakfast area with a good breakfast which they offer to a decent price including a glass with freshly pressed orange juice (I never like the usual orange juice offered at many hotels, which are not freshly pressed).

Actually, this place was all fine. Just don't expect there's much to do in the direct neighbourhood.

The only thing that bothered us slightly is they only have 2 single beds put together to make a double bed so there is a crack which was uncomfortable for us as a couple. I don’t know if this is a nation wide German thing or just this hotel but it was the only minor discomfort we had

Everything was just great!! Starting from a very nice staff, super clean and bright, big rooms, very nice big windows to inner yard and ending up with local beer selection in the mini bar(i didn’t use it, but it was just so funny and nice to see). There is everything around the corner- great Asian food-to go restaurant ( open also on sundays), bakery, edeka, bus and metro stations..

I liked completely everything! And as a single woman traveler i felt very comfortable and safe!

Hotel situated in a quiet area, just 10 mins walk to the nearest underground station and supermarket.Our family room was a good size with fridge full of different drinks at a resonable price.The staff were very friendly and informative and the hotel is only a few U Bahn stops from the main Marienplatz Square in the heart of the city.

Our bed was okay but the 2 single beds the girls slept on were quite petite and hard to sleep on and the pillows were a bit flat to our liking, but apart from that everything was good.

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay in October at this hotel. The check-in and check-out went smoothly with the help of Nicoletta and Marx. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hearty and tasty. It has a good variety of vegetables and fruit, cheeses and pastries. The staff serving the breakfast (Sveta, Anya, Juliette) was very attentive and polite.We loved the fresh baked bread made by the staff.

The room was well equipped and functional, with spacious and newly furnished bathroom. Hotel has his own underground garage, which is good, as couldn't find any free parking spot on the street (anyway you need to pay for street parking).

I guess we visited during the two hotesst days if this summer. No air conditioner, but there is a fan in the room. The location is a bit remote, but still near U and S station with direct access to center (Marienplatz).

Staff were super friendly. The hotel looks a little tired and dated from the outside, but the bathrooms were clean and fairly new and the bedrooms were spacious clean and comfortable. It’s in a residential(ish) area, but near the S7 so easy to get to touristy places. Breakfast was excellent. Generally very good value for money and we would certainly return. There was no air con, but Munich doesn’t typically go into the mid-30’s, so I imagine it’s almost never needed. The big fan and free ice cream definitely helped.

For what we paid, it exceeded our expectations. There were things that could have been better, but then we wouldn’t have been able to afford it.
