Good location, public transport available relatively (+/- 1 km) close by to reach city center and airport (lufthansa express bus for EUR 11 one way), breakfast was great, good size of room, good beds, well equipped room, preferred this hotel over Marriott

Would prefer walk in shower instead of bathtub shower, could be more difficult and dangerous for elderly people, also the sofisticated soft touch operation of shower should be very challenging for elderly people, not cheap

The staff were very helpful and courteous. Loved the quiet location. I felt very safe and secure at this property. They cleaned the room every day and did an excellent job. Also, the room was very spacious! Very nice room

I thought the breakfast was very expensive. Ended up going to a bakery just 2 blocks away heading towards the U line station. Also I would have liked it a bit cooler in the room. The glass between the beds and the wash area would have been nice to have a pull shade for privacy.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable , but the photo of the room on the website was not the same from what I got. I understand that hotel is big and there is a variety of rooms, but usually when I choose the type of the room it should be shown the photos of what exactly I will get, at least this is how it always worked with other hotels. I would like to know for what I pay and not to end up with expectation/reality.

Room was a great price and we were upgraded to a room upon our check-in. The shower was amazing in our room with a waterfall option in addition to the shower head. The sauna "wellness" area was such an amazing amenity. 2 saunas, 65 and 80 C, in additional to a steam room and a relaxation room.

Location was a bit in the north, but the U6 was a 8 min walk away with a 15 min ride to central.

There was a variety of options for breakfast - very nice. The room was clean and came with the standard amenities. The hotel has a parking lot but I was able to find street parking nearby, for free. Very quiet neighborhood. Top floor rooms have a good view of surrounding neighborhood and trees.

The mattress was too soft for our liking. During breakfast, when we went right at 6:30 am, there were many flies flying atop the food. Some even stopped on the fruits - perhaps the hotel could find a way to prevent so many flies in the food area.

Car park to expensive for longer stays and the car chargers in the garage didn’t work. Which was quite stressful We had hired an electric car for the first time . Some mornings it was hard to find a table for breakfast ….. but it was between Xmas and new year ! The hotel had a lot of cabin crew staying They seemed to stay longer for breakfast and sat in large groups.

The Junior Suite was the perfect size for our family of 4. Everyone slept comfortably. Shower was great. Layout of the room was incredibly practical and made excellent use of the space. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. Love the quiet neighborhood and the walkability of public transportation. We would definitely stay at the Steigenberger again.

Location is the best in Munich , the staff in coffee/Bar were very friendly .

i only had problem with room lighting system of toilet , when you use the toilet light it disturb the other person who is sleeping , i don't understand the reason behind this design . breakfast is expensive .

We stopped at the Steigenberger Hotel on our way from NL to Italy. It was a great overnight stop - the hotel was quiet and relaxed and the room was clean and really comfortable. The location was perfect for us.

We booked the hotel specifically because it had a sauna, however the sauna was not very hot and when we asked the staff they said it was a technical error that they'd had for a few days. This was a little disappointing.

Very nice modern hotel, very clean rooms and cleaning staff were lovely. Self check in was really easy. The rooms were big and spacious! Location of the hotel is a 2minute walk away from the subway which took us right into the centre!

No information in the rooms about how/what time we were able to use the spa, if there was room service etc.
