I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kölner Hof, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness. The space was well-maintained, and it was evident that the housekeeping staff takes pride in their work.😅 The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The sheets were crisp and fresh, which made curling up at the end of the day a real treat. Additionally, the towels were also clean and fluffy, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

My room was visibly recently renovated, the bed was clean and the smell was absolutely neutral, which I love. The location was absolutely perfect, as I needed to grab the bus in the town center, and it was barely a 5 minute walk through the cobbled streets.

The bathroom is very traditionally german, and could use a slight visual makeover, but everything worked out just perfectly. A small bar of soap would be ideal, as it only had shampoo. Towels were provided and clean.

Good response times to questions asked about accommodation. Although there was nobody on site on our arrival, we had no difficulty getting access to the key box after phoning the number on the door. Very pleasant interaction with staff. Our room/apartment was basic but clean and comfortable and perfectly acceptable given the price.

in the middle of altstadt, very nice location. to find a parking spot was a bit hard. Nearby pubs and restaurant.

Bad communications with stuff and no stuff in the hotel. Nobody come to take additional payment for change of the date and give us reciept. Stuff canceled our reservation on the booking after we leaved the hotel and not give us any reciept so we have no documents to approve our accomodation. Support booking.com did not help us too and did not provided us reciept too. So if you need reciept for your accomodation it is bad choice - we lost our money...

It was the worst place l have ever stayed in a place in my entire life. A small fiilty dirty room. The hotel was run by an unprofessional Syrians. In my view, this place is not qualified as a hotel and should not be advertised by booking.com

It was a very dirty place. Unprofessional management. Everything about this hotel was an unpleasant experience for me.
