The breakfast buffet was the single best thing about the stay, otherwise it's a completely adequate "transit" hotel, good for breaking a long drive into more manageable bits. Room was a good size, nicely appointed and very comfortable. The interior space (great empty room) was a bit odd, but this was probably due to the hotel redecorating and in any case not a problem.

The only real complaint was the disgusting nature of the attached parking garage, which was smelly, overflowing with garbage and there was spit on the staircase banister. This was the case on both our visits, so it's apparently a recurring issue.

This hotel is well located with supermarkets and restaurants around, the staff are super friendly, nice, and responsive, and the entire hotel is quite impressive with its cleanliness. The lobby and breakfast place are super spacious and well designed. Breakfast choices were also amazing. We stayed with a toddler (21 months) and they gave us a good quality crib for free! If you are looking for a place to stay for Movie Park and Legoland, stay in this hotel.

There is no hotel parking but there is a parking building beside the hotel and there's also street parking for a fee. It was not a problem to find parking.

The hotel is new. Very clean, very nicely decorated. You can get free coffee in the lobby and people like to hang out there and get a drink in the evening. Safety wise it's exceptional. There is a 24 hour desk watching the door. You need a key card to go up in the lift. There are locks on the door and they also supply an extra door wedge. There is a parking garage above the hotel and you can walk into the hotel directly without going outside. If you come by public transport it is only about a six minute walk from the train/bus station through a quiet neighbourhood. There's a nice little shop to buy snacks and drinks very close by the hotel and they speak German, Dutch and English.

My son did not like the sofa-bed in the triple room. He said it was very hard.

Nice, big room. Bathroom with the shower was amazing! very clean and spacious. the view was not so great, but we only stopped for the night so didn't bother us.

Breakfast was good, but a bit disappointing. I've had German breakfasts before and was expecting more choice for 15 Eur. Everything that was there was fresh and tasted nice. Fresh pancake machine was great addition :) 10 Eur for a night parking. Would just preferred for it to be added to the price and think that its included :)

Maybe a few small less important things. For example, there was no hanger for clothes in the bath room. Breakfast was overall good, but not exceptional.

I sleep in a double bed, but they are two joined beds, during the night they separate and I fall into the hole between them, the pillow is too soft and there is underfloor heating in the bathroom, but it is switched on by a timer that is on a very short period of time, so it does not work!

Instead of one double bed I had two beds put together, room lightning too dim and not efficient in the room, breakfast menu though sufficient, but everyday is the same, soap for hands and tissues were not filled through 4 days of stay ,there is no TV stations in Russian, front desk personnel should be more informative about locations of PCR tests locations around, since many travelers required these days to perform before return to their countries

The staff in this hotel are either potential Oscar-winners or really enjoy working in the hospitality business. Everybody extremely was friendly and helpful, doing whatever possible to make guests feel at home. Hats off for an excellent performance. Did not know the ANA hotel brand, but will certainly look out for other locations, if this is the standard they set!

Absolutely nothing. The property offers everything one could expect from this class in a city centre location. It's a long walk to the nearest tropical beach. Only saying this because the 'progress bar' tells me I need to 'keep going'.... Sorry - no could not find any flaws.

I didn’t know I had to pay for parking. I was staying one night and I had to pay 20euro I thought it was a lot. My partner left the car on the street as there was no more space and it was for free…

I participated at a fair in Dusseldorf so I commuted every day which was a bit too long. If you want to explore Oberhausen the hotel is well located.

There are no dinner options in the hotel so I was recommended to order online. There are no restaurants nearby open at night.
