The location is amazing right by a little forest and hiking paths. The hotel looks very nice, there was a bar and restaurant although I did not use them. There were also some Christmas decorations which I appreciated. The staff were friendly. The room spacious and the equipment simple though adequate. The price was a good deal for the quality of the service and facilities. It's a very quiet area and easy to access from the highway. They also accepted dogs. The place was nice and quiet and a little isolated.

I arrived in the winter and the parking lot was pretty much frozen in ice and also snow. There is no indoor parking on the facility and I wish perhaps the parking lot could have been cleared as everyone reaches there by car. The supplement for the dog is quite a lot compared to other places (15 Eur) which is not indicated anywhere until you arrive, however the outdoor parking was free. The bathroom is on the small side and it seem was never completely rid of humidity (probably because the ventilation system was a bit old). One tiny detail is that the pillows were quite flat, however the mattress was very good.

Very very friendly staff, that’s the most important highlight! Beautiful location in the middle of the forest, but just a 5 min drive from supermarkets and so on. rooms small but have everything one needs for a small stay

There’s nothing to dislike but if we were to pick - the pillows really are very very thin, so we need to fold them in half for a decent size. There’s no air conditioning (but we know that while booking) so can get hot, opening the windows at night may attract insects. Will strongly recommend the property only with own car, public transport may be tricky to reach.

The staff were really friendly and helpful - great team of people who made you feel instantly welcome. The room was clean, there were sufficient quality towels and comfortable beds. The location (5 minutes off the motorway) served our purpose 100% to break up a long, tedious journey. The hotel is next to some woodland, so it's possible to go for a nice walk and stretch one's legs after hours in the car. A very nice "Biergarten" restaurant (Gasthof Tut) is 5 minutes walk away and offers local specialties (ie. a meat fest) for reasonable prices. We appreciated that there was some free drinking water in the room.

The rooms were very small and very hot (30° outside and felt like it was about the same inside). We had the window open all night; unfortunately, it must have been bin day early that morning (Friday), so it got very noisy at what felt like 6 am. €21 per person for breakfast is crazy. Sorry.

The cleaning crew makes a lot of noise in the morning, loud volume on smartphone music was set at 8am ... unfortunately I couldn't sleep well because of them, while I hung a do not disturb card on my door handle there was also a knock on my door at 9am. This cleaning crew were apparently not German because they spoke a foreign language, no problem with that but you don't have the right to disturb someone from 8am to 11.30am with full noise and also music in the background via mobile phone or tablet etc ...

We had stayed here before and would stay there again. The room and breakfast were very good. The hotel is well located out in the green.

It could have been a nuisance (and there could have been a price reduction) since the hotel (evening) restaurant was closed due to the cook being ill. However we had planned to eat elsewhere beforehand. There are plenty of nearby restaurants anyway. The hotel should have informed us of the temporary road closure restricting access.

The staff were great! For the room, the water pressure in the shower was really good and the bed (mattress) was comfortable

The pillows weren't very good, and there was no mini fridge in the room. For us personally, we brought our two dogs. The room was directly across from the elevator, so they barked whenever people passed the door, so that was not ideal. It was also quite expensive.

The hotel staff is very nice an effective. The hotel is right next to a beautiful park/forest where you can go for walks. They are very dog friendly and you receive a care package for them. Easy to find and the parking is right outside. The room was fairly clean, specially the beds.

Since we were there for only 1 night they gave us a very small room, which is fair, but the room was very very very small, specially the bathroom, it was hard to move inside.

We chose this place for its convenient location near autobahn, and price. I see those as the main advantages of the hotel.

There is no aircondition nor fridge in the room, the room itself is quite small, and the space is limited further by the sloped ceiling. Water is also leaking from underneath the shower door. However, all of this is mentioned in many reviews already, so we expected it when booking the room.

I start on the outside great big parking(I coming with a big Van 6m long). Not far from the Nurnburg messe. Good room At evening good food on a good price. Fantastic breakfest but not cheap.

Not a cooler in the room to set in cool drinks and or food. Bar closed at 23.00h what be too early Icoming since years to this hotel and we did evenings till 4 in the morning on the bar. Not easy to book when there be a shownearby.

Its such a lovely hotel. The staff are wonderful, so positive and willing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good. What most impressed me was the service. Outstanding on every level

As i had business dinners nightly and its not on the train route i spent 65 euros to and from the town. For those with a car its not an issue
