The hotel a was outdated yet very clean. Front desk and staff were very friendly . Breakfast was good.

The Bedding was not good.(clean) But not what you would inspect in a hotel room. One pillow per person. It had no support felt old. Hotel only provides one blanket on top of bed and one uncomfortable pillow there were no sheets. (Only fitted mattress sheet one. Our air conditioner didn’t cool enough. We slept with balcony door open. Tub/ shower was very deep and hard to get in and out. I was worried I would slip. Shampoo was placed in sink dispenser and hand Soap was mis placed shower dispenser.

Breakfast was plentiful. Friendly staff showed us 2 rooms to choose where extra bed would fit the best. Free bottle of water in the room. Good family room connecting. Diner was good and very large portions. They found us a place to sit for breakfast even though crowded. Very good free parking very easy. Will gladly stop again for a night on the way back.

Very crowded for breakfast. No coffee and tea in the room. The environment of the hotel is not interesting. From our room we looked straight into a dental practice across the street. The children found this entertainment. Beds were not so comfortable and pillow extremely soft but I bring my own pillow so this was no problem for me.

I think this hotel deserves more stars than it has now. We loved the room - it was very comfortable (and finally the bedsheets were not white, but with elegant print, which made us feel more at home), very clean, and communication with the hotel staff was friendly and caused no issues. There is also a free-of-charge (quite large) parking behind the hotel. And the breakfast was superb! It is located in the quite area, with good connections to the centre. We can definitely recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, there was an error in the room i was given and I noticed too late that I did not have a balcony - let the staff know only the morning after as I did not care too much. It would have been great to get the room I booked straight away though. No coffee machine / tea in the room

Nice room, very comfortable mattress and pillows. The room and bathroom were big enough. The metro station is very close, you can reach the city center after 5 stops. The breakfast is just amazing with a lot of choice. The parking is free.

The light is too dim in the room, more bright light will be nice.

I was nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and with a lot of options. The room was clean and spacious.

Because I arrived late in the night I didn't find a parking spot in the hotel parking and it was necessary to put my car on the street and there it was last place. We extended our stay by 1 night and to my wife, the lady from reception communicated one price, and when I paid she gave me a bigger price.

I absolutely loved my stay at Novina Hotel! The experience was fantastic from start to finish. A special thanks to the wonderful staff, from the warm and welcoming receptionists to the hardworking team preparing the delicious breakfast. Their attention to detail and kindness made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

Everything was great

Staff is very helpful. Even though I had my reservations about the parking after booking the hotel, the car park belongs to the hotel which is behind the building. There is no CCTV, however it was very safe. There is 24 hrs reception. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel should put good and clear information regarding the parking. After learning it is not closed/ secured parking, I wanted to cancel the reservation and find another place with secured parking however it was refused( as per the cancellation policy) and my concerns were not taken into consideration which is why I was nervous about any breaking in to the car.

Breakfast was very good. Most of desk staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful in regards to transportation, sights, recommending food, etc. Room was clean, laid out well, nice view, very good fixtures in bathroom, good shower; nothing to dislike.

Internet connection was marginal; not very fast, cut out a few times, would not connect to some sources. Certainly adequate

Hotel is located near metro station, not that far from the city center. Very good delicious breakfast, restaurant was beautifully decorated before Christmas. Comfortable pillows and blankets.

It was very cold in the bathroom and the shower tub was leaking. The sauna was nice but there were no separate changing rooms or showers and all men were naked there.
