Room: tried both standard and superior, and besides the latter was slightly bigger, the overall experience with the standard was still great. Clean, silent and confortable Position: 2 minutes by foot from the city center, the position is trategic for both travel stays and city tours. We never struggle for a parking spot around the hotel, but you can also park in the hotel garage. Breakfast: great variety and quality, super. honorable mention: 24/7 finnish sauna and gym on floor 6 are beautiful

internal parking is a bit expensive, rooms do not have a minibar, which is odd.

clean and well presented - good location - about 1km from Hbf and close to city walls- a nice walk to old town

fire alarm in middle of night - where were the staff? NO English directions while everyone was evacuated - false alarm but potential disaster there

- very comfortable bed and quite a spacious room - good breakfast, nice variety - fantastic staff - sauna and fitness studio included in the price - great location (just outside of the Altstadt walls) - soundproofing - nice amenities such as bathrobes, slippers (probably due to sauna but still), good and varied cosmetics in the bathroom (shampoo, body wash, conditioner), welcome gift - very clean and fragrant - relatively big breakfast area (with a terrace), never a problem to find a table

- as the building is quite dated some things would do with refreshing, the walls could be repainted, for example - other than that everything was almost perfect!

We stayed in Park Inn twice during the span of a few days, the second time we were given a much cleaner room, there were no stains on the wall and the room generally felt cleaner and gave off a less weird hip vibe. The location is perfect as usual, my boyfriend was sick on the night of the 24th but I still managed to buy medication from a nearby pharmacy, I don't think that would be the case without the very centric location.

The receptionist was not so welcoming, it was Christmas so maybe less staring and a bit more hospitable would have been nice, especially when we all came from a very exhausting trip from Rothenburg. In general, during both stays it seems like the front officers were rather lazy and tired.

It was in a convenient location close to the city centre but with easy access from the motorway. Clean. Comfortable. Good aircon. Free shower gel and shampoo. Complimentary fruit and sweets at reception. Them amending my booking (at my request) after it had commenced

The breakfast could have been better eg having a toaster, more cooked options and fruit. Paying for parking. Being told we could have an early breakfast on race day (challenge Roth) and then on arrival there only being a pile of cereal bars available…would rather have been told no/it wasn’t possible so I could have prepared something else and it not mess up my race.

The hotel is right in the city centre, so walking distance to most of the sightseeing areas. The rooms are generally nice and the beds are comfortable, we usually manage to get a good-night sleep in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We visited 3-4 times and we got a different room each time. Some rooms are uncomfortably small, but others are just fine, so it really depends on the type of a room you get. Also it is very loud outside, meaning you cannot sleep with a window open and the air-conditioning is just too loud to use during the night. During one of the stays the staff was very unfriendly - we could not get into the garage, then they refused to bring us gluten-free options for breakfast and they were generally not very happy to see us, but that was just the one time, all the later stays were just fine.

We spent here one night during our round trip in Europe. It was the hottest day of this year. We easily found parking place around the hotel and the staff was really nice to help us during the check in. We got free drinks in exchange for the lack of A/C in the room.

The wending machines were out of order. When we arrived, the hotel was already running out of rooms with A/C. Because of it, we had to sleep with open window. Therefore, it was a little bit noisy night due to the gentlemen who chose the very night to discuss something on a loud way in the pub on the other side of the street where our window was opened to :))) Bad luck ;)

The staff has been friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the lounge is nice and people feel welcome. The room is not huge but has everything you might need, it was very clean and the furniture is modern and stylish. There's a super nice relax / fitness area on the top floor with a nice view on the rooftops and a very nice sauna.

The only thing that it's been a minor issue for us was not to have the possibility to have breakfast in the hotel, though we knew in advance that it would not be included in the package. Having visited Nürnberg in Easter, where most places were closed, that would've been a great alternative. But again, just a tiny wish we had, as the rest of the stay was in line with our expectations or better.

Excellent location for a weekend exploring, 12mins from airport and a couple of mins walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering us an early check in and secure baggage room when we checked out. Lovely room, very quiet despite being near a busy road. Really good breakfast offering in a light and airy dining room. Nice bar area and we loved the sweetie table in Reception!

My only complaint is the pillows were lumpy! But it didn't stop me sleeping

A chance for self-check-in and check-out which must be good for people who don't speak good English or German. The rooms had so many different types of light choices which were. There was already a kettle, tea bags, and instant coffee in your room. As soon as you walked you could pour yourself some water at the reception. The highlight of our trip was the barman who really knew how to communicate and make you laugh, plus the drinks he made were top notch.
