Spacious micro apartment with good facilities ( kitchenette, microwave, kettle etc). Free laundry facilities in basement. Great location with off street parking/ access to public transport. Shopping facilities/ eateries nearby. Walking distance to city centre and tourist attractions plenty.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and responded quickly and effectively. I had changed my SIM card to a German card, so the entry instructions were sent to my Australian SIM. No problem - I phoned when I arrived in front of the door and realised I didn't have the entry code - within 5 minutes I had new instructions and was inside.
Can't think of anything. I had a good sleep, the facilities were all functional, the bed was comfortable, nothing more that I needed.

The Staff was very helpful, although I had limited contact with them. only by SMS.
The location. Although it was very well communicated with Berlin, The fact that I needed to order to do the room, I would appreciate doing it the other way around, If I don't want the room clean I will notify the staff. Currently they take for granted that clients don't want the room cleaned.

Self service guesthouse located in the residential neighborhood - about 20 minute walk to town. Room was simple, but clean, vending and washing machines in the basement.
Tiny shower and only 4 parking spaces.

Room cleaning was our problem but with help of staff we managed. Parking also is too limited but also it is solvable.

Very clean (bath)room, 10 minutes walk from Luisenplatz (start of the pedestrian shopping and restaurant area), on the west side of Potsdam centre. Bus, S-Bahn (tram) and train station Charlottenhof (in 29 minutes to Berlin Zoo station with a day ticket of EUR 7,00 only) are only 5 minutes on foot. Quiet location, yet 2 minutes by car from the main through roads. No road noise!
