I liked how quickly you can drive from the hotel to the Highway The Parking places were very good and the method of paying them is easy but not as expensive The Rooms are quite well maintained for a old hotel.

The Doors that connect the Room and Hallways arent Sound proof thus you can hear people running around. Not as Modern of a building as other hotels but its still good After parking the car all the way around the hotel you would walk all the way to the main entrance.

I turned up at the hotel before 12:00 knowing that check in wasn't until 15:00, I asked to store my luggage, which the receptionist did, I then asked about the spa and the receptionist gave me a towel, while she was checking my room number, she established that my room was available so I was able to check in immediately and use the hotel facilities including the fitness equipment and the spa. Later I had a superb meal in the hotel restaurant, where the bar person and waiter were both very polite and friendly and made every effort to make my meal a pleasurable experience.

Spacious rooms.. Good parking area (I got a package with free parking)... Reliable shuttle service to airport.. Glad they kept coffee and croissant at the reception from 4am, as we had to leave before breakfast..

We ate from the restaurant, food wasnt that good, a bit pricey for a mediocre offering.. Bed wasn't really comfortable, seemed a bit too soft.

Room was excellent, easily accessible to nearby location and good connectivity. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very polite and offered me a upgrade room as a compliment. I recommend this hotel whoever visits to Dusseldorf and very near to the airport. Thanks Krish

Breakfast was good, but only one thing fried eggs were bit cold, would have been better if they could have done in batches. I have requested for Omelette, it was very brilliant.

Hotel allowed us to late check out till 2pm. Staff really fulfilled every wish of us! Thank you for everything!

Breakfast with very limited choices, but definitely enough to get full. Sitting area around pool could be cleansed more often, esp the dust bin. Daily cleaning service was not very thorough, but we were happy that they gave us daily sufficient fresh towels. We don't want to complain about anything as the room rate is truly excellent!!

Somethings are dated and ready for renewal. It depends on which room your are! Very good beds and nice big rooms. Be awere that the transfer to the airport will cost you 5 euro. That is not much, but they make it look its for free.

Restaurant was very expensive and the food was not that special. We advise a delivery if you still need to eat.

restaurant not working, seems because of lack of people ("all kitchen staff ill..."); solved with a pizza delivery to the room :-) paid at check in, person at reception wanted to check before leaving (correct!), but had some issue and let me stand there for more than 10min ... shuttle charged with €5; not much, but could be included !

Staff very helpful, taxis lined up outside, 24-hour reception, restaurant on-site.

Stairs, no elevator (not great for disabled travellers). Germany as a whole urgently needs to get with the program re flat (top) sheets, because a thin, inadequately-sized doona and a fitted (bottom) sheet on their own are nowhere near enough in the winter months. Ended up sleeping in hat, socks, etc to try to stay warm. Mattress very hard for a small woman who weighs significantly less than 60 kg.

Perfect transit hotel. Great location. Large rooms, well-appointed, superb mattresses, and pillows that are well needed treat for tired frequent travellers. There is a pool, sauna, and a mini gym, too. Very pleasant staff at the evening restaurant. Good food at the dinner restaurant, resonable European breakfast. Overall, it is good value for money.

The location was good as many links available to get in and out of town. The breakfast was good but not always available. The bar at night for drinks was excellent but dinner was not always available.

My bedroom was lovely but the bathroom was smelly as if the toilet never got cleaned before. no matter how much the attendant cleaned the toilet it stank.
