The breakfast was really lovely and a great selection of things to have! The room was very clean, we did not require any more towels etc whilst staying so no one actually came into the room to clean it. We asked for more tea bags and they were provided by the front desk straight away - thank you!

Would have liked a water cooler / somewhere to fill up water bottles as the tap water was not overly cold. A safe in the room would have also been nice and having a small fridge to keep any food we had cool would have also been lovely. Not sure if food was served in the evening at the restaurant - we couldn't find any information about this but there was a nice Italian restaurant down the road that did great pizza so it was okay!

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The WiFi was very good. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to Europa Park but I would only recommend staying here for there if you have a car and not taking the bus.

The air con flaps would not open so their was not much cool air being put into my room and their was no maintenance at the hotel that week. If you are travelling for Europa Park the buses are very full from here and you are not guaranteed to get on one so I would recommend staying closer if you do not have a car.

The reception and breakfast area - and rooms - were fresh, stylish and very clean - it looked newly done up. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and bright. I liked the sustainability effort the hotel is making as well. Breakfast was a great range of continental. Perfect location for the bus to Europa Park - you could also walk to it in around 40 mins. There is also a supermarket and kebab shop a minutes walk away for supplies. Had a great stay!

The room was super clean and nicely furnished with comfortable beds and a window that openend. Facilities at the hotel are good; breakfast was in a pleasant, modern dining room and had a good selection of breads, pastries, cold meats, cheese and speciality coffees. Location is good as we were travelling by train and the hotel is only about 700 away from the station. The receptionist we spoke to was very helpful - she recommended a Japanese restaurant just down the road for dinner that turned out to be excellent and suggested a road for my early morning jog that was lovely.

I didn't sleep too well, but that was probably more of a personal issue. Eggs at the breakfast buffet are only available boiled, but that was a minor detail. Otherwise everything was really enjoyable.

Breakfast included. Those words alone spark enthusiasm. And it was plentiful and yummy! The room was very quiet. There house next door is being built and through the open window we could clearly hear the workers, but once the window was closed it was absolutely nothing! 100% quiet.

I can‘t think of anything that we did not like. Maybe for the future a few chargers for electric cars nearby would be nice but the next ones were not very far away.

This hotel is very new and so everything is bright, clean and crisp. It was very hot when we arrived and the cool, spacious reception area was like an oasis! The staff were very helpful, although they weren't able to give us two rooms close together, so our two teenage kids got to spend a night of relative freedom away from their parents, but this felt like the kind of place where you didn't need to worry about a thing. It's a Holiday Inn room, so you probably know what to expect. Decent sized room, nice compact bathroom, simple kettle, a safe, a tv and pretty comfy bed. All good. The included breakfast was really good, very fresh and available from 6.30, which was great. We were going to Europa Land the next day and there is a bus-stop right outside the hotel, but be warned - most people are getting on the stop before at Ringsheim station, so when we got on the bus was packed (and we had two large suitcases) the driver kindly let us on anyway and didn't charge.

Bar prices were a bit steep but other than that nothing, it's a very nice hotel.

The hotel is 10min from Europa-Park and more or less one hour from both France and Switzerland. The room and hotel is super clean, really nice and friendly staff. Comfortable beds, really nice breakfast and great parking. There is even a gas station right next to the hotel. What’s not to like! Anja at the front desk was super helpful and friendly and even helped us when we wanted to stray an extra night. The breakfast team was always smiling and everything was stocked and super clean, making everything so much more enjoyable!

The hotel did have air conditioning but it could have been colder. Other than that everything was amazing!

Short distance by car/bus to Europapark, right beside a gas station. Lots of restaurants in the surroundings. Breakfast was good but missing fruits and scrambled eggs. Good shower. Overall ok for one night or two if you’re travelling on a budget.

My first room had lots of hair in the bed which made me think it was not supervised after “cleaning”. Even though the reception immediately changed me to another one, it made me felt a little bad as this was the only thing I requested: a clean room. There’s no mini-bar/fridge, if you want you need to buy it from the reception/gas station. I believe that at least bottled water should be provided. Heating was off so the room was a bit cold. They charge 5€ for the parking. Although it is not too much, it felt unnecessary given the fact that there’s parking spaces immediately around for free.

The location is perfectly close to the Europa Park and Rulantica. It's only a 4 minute drive. You can even have a day trip to France (Strasburg, Colmar etc) or Switzerland. The staff are very helpful. The room was very comfortable.

I'd appreciate having a small fridge and a safebox in the room. The breakfast was good but could be a bit better.

Good value for money. First of all, as a family with a small child we were happy there was good cot with a normal bedding. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was spacious, too. Even though our room was opposite elevators, we didn’t hear a thing, meaning the soundproofing is good.

We could wish there was a bit more choice of food for little children during breakfast, but this is not a critical remark.
