Im my opinion the best hotel in Rust, the hotel room is modern and has all the facilities needes for the stay, the important thing in this hotel is that in has a very effective and cold air conditioning system which makes you really relax and feel comfortable during the summer season, also the windows has shutter system which you can close and no lights can come in. Breakfast is okay also, the hotel has elevator which makes it easy moving the suitcases up and down. people at the reception are very nice and friendly, thank you so much

Staff was very friendly at both the reception and in the restaurant. Room was super modern and felt like it was built with quality materials. Really nice layout to the room as well. If you want to just wake up and walk to the Europapark entrance it's less than 30 minutes. It's also very close to two bus stops if you want to go that route. (The local bus driver I had both times was a little grumpy but he's dealing with hundreds of disorganized families a day, so just keep things moving if you get on one)

Breakfast buffet was somewhat pricey for a breakfast buffet but the ingredients were top notch and fresh so you won't be disappointed if you want a solid breakfast.

Room rates were a little expensive and the parking was quite full along the street.

Location in relation to Europapark was great. Less than 8 min to parking and the gate from the hotel. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. They served fresh bread, pastries, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh deli meats, and more.

Ideal location, 20 minutes to Europa Park on foot, surrounded by places to eat of an evening. Pool and hotel bar/restaurant were great value for money too. There’s two super markets 10 minutes walk away. Free local bus to Rulantica ever 30 mins. The staff couldn’t do anymore for us, they even added balloons and beers to our room for my boyfriend’s birthday. Bedrooms were huge and had everything we needed. Honestly couldn’t fault it.

We loved the rooms with the pretty red and white throughout the room and my boys loved the LED lights as well, so cool. The one thing I wanted when I was looking for a hotel in the beginning I really wanted a pool. This hotel had the pool with a nice seating area to eat as well as a bar just amazing. Last thing is the staff, I have to say the whole staff was amazing and so friendly especially the receptionist I don’t remember her name but she was so amazing and helpful, they really all were. We can’t wait to plan our next stay with you guys :)

There is absolutely nothing we don’t like because everything was so great. The only one thing we would have changed would be to maybe add some more seafood dishes to the dinner menu and oh yeah the we wish the bar would Open a little early than (6)Lol.... Really was an all around amazing experience!

Thé rooms were bright and really lovely - the lights in our room could change colour which was sweet. The breakfast was nice - fresh waffles, fruit, cereal, charcuterie style food. Staff was also very helpful with directions and answering queries. They also have a bar and evening restaurant - our room had a lovely view of the pool and so close to Europa Park and Rulantica

Nothing - no complaints, lovey hotel and would come back again.

pool was great rooms were clean

no drinks or food avalible in the day before 18:00 which was a shame not to be able to get a drink at pool. And rooms not very well isolated we could hear the room next to us watching a film all night. You pay 10 euro to park your car but can’t leave it there during the day which isn’t great.

Very clean and comfortable situated in a quite area; but very close to the Europa Park Has its own parking lot

Parking is very narrow .. someone hit my car .. i can’t blame them .. it is very narrow .. you have to be very careful when opening the door and try to squeeze yourself to get out .. i understand the the hotel is trying to fit as much as possible more cars.. but it could have been designed better

There was plenty of parking, staff was excellent, room were very clean and comfortable (coloured lighting was a hit with our kids!). Breakfast was surprisingly good - nice mix of hot and cold food. location to Europa was brilliant - we hired the van (1euro each) to drop us at the park in the morning, and then the walk home was 2 minutes (as the hotel is literally next door to Hotel Bell Rock).

There was no daily refill of coffee or water in the room - it was an extra fee. Mini fridge did not work very well (did not keep things cold)

Reception was friendly and welcoming. The room was a perfect size for our family - lots of space to spread out - 3rd floor, end room which is always our preference. Service staff in the restaurant were great - after a day at Europapark I think we were expecting mediocre food but we were very pleasantly surprised - exceeding our expectations (spicy chicken burger was delicious). But the best part was the bar staff -> friendly, cheerful - clearly enjoying their job! The Mai Tai and Berry Mojito were some of the best we've had (and we are picky about our cocktails :-)). A serious and wonderful ending to our day!

If I had to choose, maybe the thickness of the towels?
