They had English CNN ,BBC only It would be nice if they had movies sports or tv shows in English We didn’t have any entertainment at night and had no idea where to go. not a deal killer but since you asked it would have been perfect Your instructions to find the place were great but it took borrowing a local phone to find out we could not talk to you on WhatsApp , that we could only text message. That is something that you could add to the instructions. It would be helpful and it costs you nothing but it would make our stay more convenient, since there is no service desk. Other than these Minor things , this a great place to stay

The location has everything you need. The rooms are spacious, soundproofing and the mattress is exceptional. The location is quite far from the center, in our case we always needed a car, but instead, there are grocery stores at a 5-minute walk away.

I had some problems with the ventilation system that constantly blows cold air. I reported the problem but got no help. Instead, my husband was inventive and we managed to solve the problem during the vacation. And last but not least, in the first night the heating wasn’t efficient. We couldn’t get more than 20 degrees celsius. After complaining the problem was solved.

The apartment has exceeded our expectation. Its big enough for our child to run around. Beautiful interior design, very cozy, made us feel at home. Its very quiet despite the location being at the train station, the soundproofing is very impressive! Its walking distance to shopping centers, thats a really big advantage. Plus it has a charging station for our electric car. Our stay was perfect. Would definitely choose this hotel again if we ever come back to Rosenheim.

We could not have asked for a better stay for needing to be here for work. It was spacious, comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location was rather hard to ensure we were in the right place when we arrive at night, but it is wonderfully quiet. We will definitely be booking again whenever we need to return to Rosenheim!

The one small issue likely won’t even be an issue for many, but it is a bit of a safety concern as well as an inconvenience. There is a building fire alarm that is not linked to an automated notification system. So when the neighbor burned toast at 6:30 am on a Sunday, the alarm in our apartment was going off for nearly an hour. While I understand not granting access to residents to shut it off, the fact that the company was not aware of the issue until 20 minutes after it went off (I texted per our communication preference cut they needed a phone call) is concerning. It was an inconvenience for us, knowing it was just burnt toast, but had it actually been a fire, I am concerned about how delayed the response was.

Well connected with local train station Aicherpark, just 2 mins walk. Well cleaned and very well maintained. Staffs are very co-operative, helped me a lot for the early check-in and late check-out. Well place to stay.

Spotless clean! The first place you can literally wipe a towel of the floor and comes out still clean!

Very hard to find the hotel and the entrance. The location is next to shopping area but far away from anything else

- good looking apartment, clean and comfortable, well equipped - the access was easy and so the check-out - free parking, easy to access and very useful - communication with the host was fluent We were very satisfied and for sure if we need to stop in the area Brighton Apartments is our first option

Great location. SHower pressure was absolutely amazing. The room was very nice and had a well appointed kithchenette. Service was responsive. There was a inor issue with internet when I arrived. They fixed it within a day. All of my questions were answered promptly and professionally.

The only thing I did not like about the room was the bed. My bed was so hard it was hard to get comfortable for a good night's sleep. Please fix the bed.

Perfect, clean & cozy studio appartment. Easy check-in process with locker boxes. Even though our code was invalid, phone support helped us out in no time and got uis into our room.

AC/heater system was unable to to lower temperature, It was now set to Russian standards (very warm!). We had to open windows to make it a bit cooler inside.
