The location was in an area of Rostock on the waterfront but tucked away so that you had beautiful views a few metres from the hotel of the warnow end of the harbour. You could watch the wildlife and people canoeing and paddle boarding. Parking was free and easy and a pathway meant you could walk or cycle into town within 10 minutes. The room was excellent, spacious with a balcony which we enjoyed to sit out on. A good bathroom and shower cubicle. A good choice of breakfast options and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

It would have been nice to have some tea or coffee making facility in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming waterside hotel, and I must say that the overall experience left me thoroughly satisfied, with just one minor hiccup. The location of this hotel is a true gem. Nestled near the water, it provides guests with stunning water views and a peaceful, serene atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and were quick to assist with any requests or questions. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant guest experience was evident throughout my stay.

The one drawback to my stay was the parking situation. The hotel's parking was not on-site but at a distance, which was inconvenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage to carry. Even more concerning was the fact that the off-site parking area was not secured by a fence and a gated entry. Additionally, finding the hotel's location proved to be rather challenging. Even with GPS, I struggled to navigate the local streets, and there were no clear signs or directions leading to the hotel.

The obligatory tourist tax contains a tourist card, which offers free public transport and some bonuses at museums, tours and even shops and restaurants. You don't have to take it, but the staff made sure I knew it was available and I appreciated it a lot. The hotel was small, somewhat out of the way, and the perfect place for me at the time! There was a nice balcony with chairs

The access to the hotel wasn't clear. The hotel is hidden in an industrial area and I could see no signs leading to it, I had to trust my navigation app.

My room was bigger than I expected, with a great view of the water. Breakfast was tasty and the bathroom shower was everything I needed after a day cycling to Rostock.

I hate how there are hotels in German where you can only watch German tv and not use it as a smart TV or something to watch Youtube or something else.

the location: a bit far from the town but we were aware of it. the walk to the town is really nice. you are given the Guest card (you have to pay the tax ) and you can go by train, tram and bus. breakfast is good. room is spacious. we would go back again. car park is easy

Hotel staff is very friendly and room was very good for our family - two adults and the kid 5 y.o Breakfast was really nice! Location is good for travelers with the car or with the bikes. Parking is not next to the hotel's door. Additional charges mean local tourist tax (3.70 eur pp/pd) + public transport tickets.

We did have the penthouse so I can’t judge all rooms, but ours was amazing, spacious and fully equipped. Seaview on 3 sides, even the bathroom had a Seaview. The staff was helpful and warm. Finally the price was excellent, this was one of the cheaper rentals in the whole city of Rostock for four people.

The property is so beautiful and the view outside is to die for. I stayed longer than my expected stay. The staff is very amicable and always ready to help. From breakfast to having drinks sitting on the porch outside, everything was just perfect!

Location is good when arriving with the ferry - at the same time it feels a bit like an industrial area when driving there from the port. But once in the hotel it's very nice and I would probably stay there again

Great hotel in the outskirts of Rostock. We arrived 11 p.m. and were welcomed by a very friendly and service minded man. He showed us around and let us know he would be there all night and keep an eye of our car, parked 50 m away. Breakfast was great value and everything we needed; buns, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, yoghurt, müsli, juice, fruit etc. We left early in the morning and did not meet any other guests during our stay = corona safe.

There was some kind of plastic under the sheets in the bed. It did not do that much, we slept all night anyway.
