Nicely furnished and cosy brand new studio apartment. All materials and facilities were of high quality and everything was very clean. Located on a small street in old town with just a very short walking distance to city center. Several tram lines stop nearby (Neuer Markt) for travel to other parts of the city. Comfortable bed with two blankets. Good curtains to make the room dark even at daytime. Convenient garage for keeping a car (paid separately). The smallest apartment size "Smart Apartment" was adequate for two people for two nights' stay but would have felt a bit cramped for longer stay and thus I would recommend choosing "Medium" or "Large" apartment in that case.

Air conditioning would have been beneficial as the room was a bit warm during summer weather. Some noise and occasional cigarette smell from the street outside when keeping the window open (however when keeping the window closed there was no noise as the window has good insulation).

Two minutes from market square and the main shopping street. Top floor with views over town and a lift. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen and large bath.

Minor but I wish the large bed was not so close to the roof slant and had normal size night stands in the otherwise decent sized bedroom. Kitchen is well appointed but missing a cutting board.

Very comfortable apartment with a small balcony. Equipped with a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and everything you would need for a great stay. I'd definitely stay there again.

I wish they offered shampoo and conditioner (none available in the room), but in all honestly everything else was just perfect.

Didn’t realise that the drink provided wasn’t free until after we’d drunk some of it! Maybe mention this at check in/have a sign in the fridge. Builders working outside were very noisy and meant we couldn’t used our balcony.

Genuinely luxury accommodation in my ‘luxury flat’ as it was described. The rooms are very spacious and are furnished and equipped to a high standard. Good wifi. Parking in the integral garage was easy. The flat really felt like a home from home – dog was very happy there too. Location is excellent; less than 4 minutes walk to the Market place and tram stops. 8 minutes to good walking area round the old walls for a dog (and a family) to roam.

A stylish building with a fresh and chic vibe, еxcellent location, just a few meters from the city center and public transport. Perfect service,, a very quiet apartment, clean and nicely decorated.

The location is really good, and the staff were so friendly. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment is big, clean and great. All the kitchen supplies were in very new condition and top quality German brands.

We had the corner suite (does not matter which floor) as the cars drive by you will hear them because of the stone streets, this was the only negative part is the noise of this.

Staff really friendly and accomodating. Went the extra mile. Allowed us to use the washing machine & dryer ourselves for no extra cost. Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a luxury hotel feel.

2 mins away from the town hall and about 20 minutes walk from the train station. Old town and the city harbour are easily reachable. The apartment was clean and covers everything one could need. Staff is friendly and willing to help. L'Osteria closeby offers big tasty pizzas if you're short on time and hungry. If you're up for it, the kitchen area provides the basics for cooking. The buildings around are also high, so don't expect a jawdropping view. Ask in advance if that is a must for you.

If you travel by car the staff will offer you a parking spot in the hotel's garage. 8 spots are distributed among 2 parking elevators, each holding 4 cars under 1.5 meters high. Another guest with an SUV couldn't use his parking place despite telling in advance what car model they own. Make sure you make your car's height clear. This minor inconvenience can be impactful after a long trip.

Very big and modern apartment at the edge of Rostock old center, close to the port and with very good public transport connection. The apartment is well equipped and the stuff was very friendly and quick to fulfill all requests.
