The staff were very friendly especially the lady who ran the amazing breakfast. The breakfast was very extensive- everything from fresh scrambled eggs with sausage to cold cuts and yogurt with fresh fruit. The room was perfect for the three of us and included a little sitting area. It was very clean and the beds comfortable. Location was very convenient! We were able to walk to the nearest S-Bahn station in about 15 minutes to access downtown Munich. There were paths close by for running and walking in addition to a grocery store. Both parking in front of the hotel and in their garage was available.

The only thing I would say is that the room even with the blinds down during the day got a little hot. I would suggest the hotel investing in fans to available during the hot summer months since there is no A/C.

Very nice hotel. Had the Family room which is … very large. The rooms are clean, as well as the bathroom and extra toilet. Breakfast is plenty full, coffee on the table and cappuccino can be taken from the machine. For drinks during the night/evening there is a vendingmachine in the lobby.

At arrival we where told breakfast at 06:30 so because we where there 07:00 and then found out during holiday it was 07:30 so, but then again if this is the only thing I can come up with as downside…

large rooms, quite location proximity to a swimming pool good beds

missing kitchen utensils, incomplete sets of tableware: 3 plates and cups instead of 4, etc. missing kitchen bags, dishwasher tablets, etc. missing mosquito nets on windows, rooms are without AC, which makes rooms ventilation challenging, as many mosquitos, flies and other insects are getting into the rooms.

this hotel it’s an excellent choice for visiting Munich without having to be in city all the time. rooms are new and clean, toilet enough spacious, breakfast is excellent. staff always kind and helpful. have been to this hotel almost every year since 2017 during Oktoberfest and it’s warmly suggested. steps away from a nice beer garden in the corner, 500 meters walk from train station where u can get directly to Oktoberfest without having to change line (S3). we got a triple room with friends, was nice and enough large for 3 person. will get back for sure.

that’s a funny things not related to hotel: there is an automatic machine for beer and snack at the entrance, I tried to buy chips but machine stuck. as result I lost 2 euro haha

The apartment that we had (337) was very big and beautiful arranged. We had 2 bedrooms and 1 nice terrace. We arrived late, but the man at reception was very kind and polite, waited for us and provided all the instructions we needed for the night. Breakfast was good, diverse and the two ladies were very polite and helpful, especially madam Ani. :) There are limited parking spots at location. We managed to have one.

great parking and if you have any driving experience in a big city (London, Paris, Milan, Berlin) and a GPS, then Munich is a doddle in a car. great breakfast. comfy bed.

I have stayed in more modern places calling themselves a boutique hotel. room was cramped and if you want hot water for tea you have to pay for it. The offering of restaurants in the direct area is rather limited. all in all a bit on the stingy side except for breakfast. perhaps I was just spoiled coming from places that obviously had more passion for hospitality.

Extremely spacious room with a balcony; clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The underground parking with direct access to the elevator was highly appreciated, as well as the coffee machine in the lobby!

Missing the kitchen stove, mentioned in the description. The room also had air fans instead of AC which is unfortunate in case you happen to visit during a hot summer day.

The hotel was so clean and in a nice area. By the metro train it's only 15 mins to marine platz station, if you're planning on going to Oktoberfest the metro line you take to get to the hotel is the same one you can take to get to Oktoberfest! Breakfast was really amazing always warm and fresh coffee available. The room was also clean and spacious. Overall i would diffidently recommend staying here!

Receptionist - Mr.Seferovic is very kind guy. Helped our family in many questions, which we had. Other receptionists are less kind. Main person of the hotel strongly controls the rules of the hotel. Checkout at 11.00 o'clock and maximum was possible to check-out at 11.30. Despite we asked to do it at 12.00.

Rooms were very large and clean with confortable beds Breakfast with large choice We were quite annoying guests: as we didn't know the arrival time and our plan changed several times, we sent at least 4 messages to the structure to update our arrival time. They always answered nicely and very fast (almost in real time)

All was great. Maybe very minor suggestion : nice to have a boiler in the room for a hot drink in the evening
