The hotel has all the necessary amenities in the room, and more. For example you don't just get an electric kettle, but also a pod espresso machine, with both instant and pod coffees, teas, milk and sugar/sweetener being replenished daily, with a bottle of sparkling water, all free of charge. And if you run out of any of those, you can just get more from the housekeeping staff, if you happen to see them around while they are working. The bathroom is really nice, with a great shower and a heating lamp overhead, that you can activate on a timer. Beds are very comfortable, and the TV is really big, with great picture quality. Across the hotel is a big parking lot, and the hotel has it's own too. It is very close to the last U5 line metro station, just about 300 meters away, so you can easily go around Munich and back, if you want.

The sink and faucet, while nice looking are not the best combo. The faucet is too fiddley, while the sink is shaped like a wok. So, if you happen to turn on the waterflow to high, you will get yourself (and the bathroom) covered in water. Although I am a level 3, and got the discount on the room, I didn't get a free breakfast, which costs almost 20€ a day. Also, it's not the hotel's fault, but next to it is a big construction site at the moment, and you can forget about sleeping past 8 AM if you have a window open, because the construction site becomes very noisy after that time. Again, this is just currently, and not the hotel's fault.

The hotel is excellent and has a high level of comfort and service. The breakfast is delicious and rich - "buffet". Good room with coffee maker (coffee and tea supply was updated every day), TV, comfortable beds. The room is quiet enough. On the ground floor there is a bar.

From the metro (this is the final stop of 5 lines) you have to go up along the route about 10 minutes - for elderly and disabled it is not very convenient, and take a taxi for such distance does not make sense.

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Munich for the Metallica concert at Olympic Park, and it was an incredible experience. Traveling all the way from Mongolia, I was impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to Olympic Park by subway. It made getting to the concert a breeze, and I appreciated not having to worry about transportation on the night of the event. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, which was much needed after a long flight and an exciting concert night. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, offering great tips on local dining and attractions. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and coffee to kickstart my day. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the Metallica concert. Leonardo Hotel made my trip to Munich memorable and enjoyable

There is no any toilet bidet or toilet bidet sprayers. We used plastic water bottles out of compulsion, but it is difficult and unsanitary to use Room lights might have more bright options, cause sometimes in evening there is need to light in room. There is no single use toiletries like slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste. I will be great to able to use coffee machine in evenings at lobby to socialize with people. It is banned because of lobby bar and restaurants.

The property was very nice and modern! It’s close to a 4-star hotel than 3-star. The breakfast was fantastic.

The room service was not good! In fact, when we came back late at night to the apartment, we faced dirty towels on our luggage which apparently the cleaning lady forgot to take (but why on our belongings?) and the floor was wet and the responsible person put the ventilation on and at Max so maybe the floor become dry sooner. We let the reception know that night and they just took the dirty towels. However, when we told the management the next day, they offered free parking and proposed us Something special on our next stay at their hotel

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was spacious, well-cleaned, and had everything we needed. The bed was also very comfortable. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, including local foods such as Munich white sausages and bretzels. There was also a freshly baked omelette, which was very delicious. It is also very easy to get to the city center by subway or S-Bahn. There is a supermarket and a drugstore within a 5-minute walk. It was a good deal because hotel prices in the city were very high during the Oktoberfest period.

•The hotel is situated far from the center which makes the environment not too busy, safe, and peaceful. •They had a life-size Adele poster at the entrance, which was our main reason for travel. It was a very warm welcome. •Our room was very comfy and relaxing. •The staff are friendly and helpful. •There is a drugstore and supermarket located nearby. •Hearty buffet breakfast.

•You can hear the other guests walking and chatting on the hallway. •They have a wide variety of tea bags at buffet breakfast but there were no available loose tea.

The hotel looks nice, and the staff was very friendly - especially at the reception. Rooms for three were booked, so we received a free upgrade. Coffee machine in the room.

Even though the hotel room looked nice, the design was not very practical. I must say that I didn't like the sliding glass door to the toilet that doesn't close fully and doesn't provide a feeling of privacy. The comfort of the bed and pillows is always up to personal preference; for me, the bed was too soft, and the two pillows were not comfortable (one was too small and the other too big). However, if you like softer mattresses, you might sleep better than I did :) The breakfast was quite expensive. We stayed one night, and the price of breakfast was nearly half of what we paid for the night's stay.

I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Leonardo! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I would highly recommend Hotel Leonardo to anyone visiting Munich.

There is no need to take breakfast at this hotel (if you are a light eater in the mornings) as there is free coffee in the lobby area and a decent bakery / supermarket very close by. The beds are super comfy, and rooms were clean. The area is really convenient, even in times of public transport strikes, at least you have options here with both U and S bahns (also buses and taxis) at Neuperlach Süd station, just a few minutes walk away.

nothing. We asked for our room to be changed to the opposite side of the building as ours was a lower floor facing construction at the beginning. The hotel complied and we received a better room for the remainder of our stay.
