The concept is great! Rooms fully equipped, there is work&meet space. For a longer stay price for the garage is fair. Room service every 5 days is enough and provides full comfort.

There was overbooking and we didn’t get the loft with balcony (with one double bed and sofa to open, but they gave us two beds with ladder to climb to upper bed! - which we can’t due to health condition). It was disappointing after long trip as we’ve booked 2 months in advance and fully paid 2 weeks before arrival. They gave temporary solution that was not sustainable as we were separated, far from each other. They found next day loft but without balcony as the one with balcony would be available after almost half of our stay. So we took loft without balcony and they refunded the difference. It wasn’t what we booked but compromise.

Everything was great. The location was perfect for us, metro station is just 2 minutes walk. There is a big supermarket close to the hotel. The hotel itself looks very modern and stylish, plus there are a lot of cool common areas: gym, cinema, game room, outdoor area on the 7th floor. The room was clean, had everything we need, and was just gorgeous. The personnel is also super helpful and nice, they helped us when our key wan't working.

It was a bit noisy in the morning, because our windows faced the metro station, so we heard all the upcoming trains. Plus I wish that the TV in the room had Smart TV option: there were only german channels :-(

Clean, good size, modern room with comfy bed. Free parking spots on the street in front of the hotel. Car charging stations in front of the hotel. 2min walk to the metro & S-bahn station makes it very easy to reach the city center. Nice staff. Both check-in (incl. room card generation) & check-out can be done autonomously online. Nice lobby area with outdoor bar/restaurant.

During our three nights stay the room wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast choices are quite poor. If you need to work in your room, good to ask for a room with a desk as not all of them have it.

The accommodation was clean and tidy. Good equipment in the kitchen.

Everything was great.

It was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, just couple of minutes to the U-Bahn, S-Bahn, bus stops. Big grocery store and a drugstore are next door. In the living studio you have everything you need to stay for a long time, kitchen with all the utensils, nice bathroom. In the building there are gym, library, restaurant, common places to study and work, washing machines and dryers. Everything is very high-tech yet the atmosphere is cosy.

The room "Loft" has an amazing view and is really spacious with all the things you need for a longer stay at a very reasonable price. Great atmosphere in the reception and restaurant area. Pizza and wine - just delicious! Supermarket and drugstore right next to it AND right in front of the station. 2 Stations to "PEP" shopping mall OR 20 minutes walk ; ) AND 20 minutes to "Marienplatz" with a direct train. Whenever I come to Munich I will definitely stay here!

Very good hotel. Bran new. There was a problem in the shower with the water and in the windows, but because I was probably the first guest in the room. They didn't fix it but it was really a minor thing. They didn't have the repairmen ready (but it was in New Years eve,... bad day to have problems,,,

The room didn't have enough wardrobes,... the rest was great!!!

It's super clean. The room was spacious and the bath room too. Very close to the train station. There was a shop next door to by food and toiletries.

The room said it had a coffee maker, only a kettle was provided. When asked about the coffee maker l was told it's not for booking.com customers. Another day we were told you only get one or the other. Then we were told if you pay for an upgrade you'll get the lot?????

The staff members are all incredibly nice and super helpful. The rooms are comfy and modern, and is right next to a train station so getting into town is super convenient. There’s a gym, cinema room, game room, sometimes even live sports streaming on the projector - a really cool place, highly recommend

Everything was good, brand new, great location few min to the sban and subway. Stuff seemed nice specially the receptionist who did my check-in (big guy bold- don't know he's name:) he was nice, polite with very welcoming energy.

The room was too cold, no heater! TV was only in German language whitout option to changed to another language or connect smart TV.
