The hotel was quiet and clean. Most of the room was adequate. They have made every effort to keep the nightly prices down without compromising on comfort. Self check-in was very easy. Its proximity to the city center was very good. We used public transportation for free with the Baselcard they provided us and we were able to enter the zoo for half the price. There were lockers provided for guests in the lobby for using after check-out.

There could have been at least a small table in the room. Just to eat a snack or do couple of things with laptop. After check-out, we put our luggage in the lockers in the lobby, but since we handed over our entry cards during check-out process and there was no receptionist or doorman at the hotel, we had difficulty getting back inside through the main door to take our luggages back. There was no elevator for guest for carrying luggages to the upper floors. Only stairs.

The location is very good. Easy access to public transport and all the main touristic points. The room was very clean and organized and the self check in is very hand and easy.

When we booked, the check-in time was stated as 2pm, but upon arrival, the local instructions indicated check-in only after 3pm. Additionally, there was no locker available to leave our bags, so we had to inquire at a nearby hotel. Furthermore, there was a missing kettle in the bedroom.

Automated self check-in and payment is easy, there is a n automatic baggage locker. Room is comfortable enough for human warehouse, not worse than other well know discounter hotels. Guest is free to open windows and have a plenty of fresh air, heat radiator looks impressive.

Embedded bathroom cabin is shame - zero sound insulation, glittering light and strange ergonomics.

It was in perfect location as I was part of convention held in near Hall. There is no elevator, the only little inconvenience when you drag suitcase of pictures with the wight of a dead body. Luckily the reception kept it in there storage, so I didn't need to show off my inner Hercules. Thank you for the pleasant stay

If there were any inconveniences, the price, the location, the cleanliness and welcoming staff erased all memories of them. It was a pleasure to stay in.

The room had a good price for what it offered. We only stayed one night, but it was definitely a good experience! The room and bathroom were clean, additionally even though on a busy street, the room was very quiet at night.

The self check-in box was broken, therefore we had to go to a hotel nearby to receive the key. It was not an issue, but some might find it one, as it was not self check-in.

The hotel was very clean and only a 10 min walk to the train station.

There was no wardrobe..only a couble of vlootges hanger by tge mirror, if you are only staying for a 2 or 3 days then ok, but could be uncomfortable for a longer stay.

Tiny bathroom and the hotel was located a ways away from the old city. The trams were easy to use and we ate at an excellent Thai restaurant (Thai Family) nearby.

The hotel has a great location, near the tram station or 15 min walking to acces the Mittlere Brucke. The room was very clean, you have everything you need for a short trip to Basel. I recommend this place, it's worth for the price.

The rooms were nice and clean. There were no noise during the evening and we had everything we needed in the room. The hotel was close to everything and we had no problems walking into the center of the city.

While you get a private toilet in the room, it's not that privat if you share it with a friend or a new flirt. You can hear everything that's going on in the toilet.

The hotel was perfectly located for the plans we had. The room was small but perfect for one night that we were staying, great value for money! Since we came during the Art Basel festival we got a Little art Basel gift bag and public transport tickets and reduced entrance to museums for free! It was a very Nice surprise. I would definitely come back.
