Alima Suites is a real gem. We're really grateful to the staff for their kindness and for being very accommodating. My daughter and I both got sick on our trip and needed to stay in bed on our check-out day and we're very grateful to have been allowed to stay and rest past out checkout time before catching our evening flight. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant downstairs with great food, and a cafe on the ground floor with coffee and pastries. Lots of stores, restaurants, banks nearby. And only a short ride from the airport. It's not a huge and glitzy hotel but the quality is top notch.

It's not necessarily a negative thing. But when you arrive by taxi or Uber for the frist time its a little hard to see the name of the hotel on the building and the entrance is not very clearly marked, so it's a little hard to find. What you do see is a cafe with bright yellow signs called Sub Box. That's the building, and the hotel is on the second floor above it. But despite this the place is amazing!

The hotel was very comfortable and had everything I needed on a daily basis. It even had ammenities that I was not expecting, like slippers and a roube. The staff was very nice and I'd say one of the strong suits of the hotel. There are plenty options of restaurants nearby, to dine in or to take away, including a resturant just one level down the building.

The Wi-Fi connection wasn't the best, but I did hear that is something common in Accra. The router was in my room, so it was not a Wi-Fi range issue. I also found it a bit hard to control the water temperature of the shower, but nothing major. I wish there was some kind of breaksfast.

Great location close to several restaurants. Room is well decorated, including complimentary water and TV streaming apps. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries.

Natural light is not the best as the windows are quite narrow.

Alima suites features 5 units of well furnished apartments in the serene neighbourhood of Labone next to the upscale cantonment. It's 7 mins drive to Osu the Vibe street of Accra where all the popular clubs and eateries are located. It's next door to some of Accra best restaurants. I enjoyed my long morning walks. The rooms are cleaned daily with bottle water provided. The interior decor is pristine and beautiful. The staff especially Francis were awesome.

There is a foul odor emanating from my toilet drains on some days. This needs to be fixed. The window for the toilet need to be covered with nets to prevent mosquito. The bathroom should be provided with bath option not just shower. The water also gets too hot or cold. It needs to be regulated.

I loved the new/second accommodations. It was in a great location.

I didn't like that the host waited until I arrived and dragged my luggage upstairs to tell me that there was an A/C issue and a plumbing issue and they would need to put me elsewhere. They said they had already arranged the new/second accommodations. Advance notice would have been better communication and I would have been able to just travel to the new accommodations instead of wasting time, gas, and energy traveling to a place that was unavailable.

The location is perfect, nice neighborhood, close to everything in Accra. The room is beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed, clean linen, an ideal bathroom, coffee, and complimentary water and mostly the staff is a Gem. Kudoos to them for taking good care of the customers.

I wish they could have an A/C or at least a good Fan at the reception. It is NEEDED, please put one!

The location was ideal in Labone on a quiet road, minutes away from Osu district with its bars and restaurant. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, the room is modern, well furnished and bright with AC. I loved having an iron and ironing board. The bathroom is modern, spacious and bright. Soap, shampoo, conditoner and cotton buds provided. Plenty of towels. The bed is large and comfortable. Laundry service available on request. It was always a pleasure coming back into it. I liked that there was a fantastic gourmet restaurant, Le Pavillon, 1 floor below, and nice food outlets on the ground floor, including Sub Box, which offers fast food. Ideal for brunch or breakfast. The hotel is well located with ATMs and shopping mall closeby. All of this made my stay very easy and stress free. The staff is outstandingly helpful and hardworking. A special mention to Madam Aisha at reception and to night security guard Abdulai for going over and above for me.

Not much. I would happily choose the Alima again for my next trip to Accra. My expectations were exceeded.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were nice, allowed me to check in early. Sound proof. Not much noise. Many restaurants walking distance and inside the hotel. 15min from the airport. I wish i could have stayed longer but my group trip started the next day. So I had to depart. I highly recommend

Location is fantastic, lots to do and eat around there. The room was nice and clean, and most importantly the AC actually worked. The bed was a bit on the firm side which I actually enjoy but some may not.

Was a bit difficult to find at first - not sure if they can add a better sign. Signs in the building would help too since even the restaurant below didn't seem to know the place was directly above them.

The staff were just amazing. The place was super clean.

No swimming pool. The iron was leaking water everywhere, had to use without water old school, guess is the quality of the iron. On the first day it was tricky to find the entrance of the building is just a door in a middle of a big building so you have to pay attention to find the door & go upstairs. Or call the host to meet you down stairs which they are more than happy to, or ask the security in parking lot who are so helpful with your bags too.
