The breakfast was great and the ambience of the lobby was good to sit and relax.

For a 5-star hotel, there is so much improvement left to be done. The service at the pool side and most parts of the hotel was rather poor.. the waiters always had to be prompted before we could get a drink, they would serve and not follow up to see if we needed anything more until they wanted us to sign the bill. There was a football match on loudspeaker during the evenings just because some waiters wanted to watch football.. hotel guests who wanted to relax at the pool area were not considered at all. It's a 5-star hotel and these little things go against all the standards! It really feels like this hotel only enjoys some old glory, it really did not feel like a 5-star standard and service.

Lovely hotel, swimming pool and restaurant. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The spa was amazing.

The location made it difficult for us to get taxis and travel around.

Had room assigned near water damage issues with Musky-Molding Smell present inside buildings entrance hallways & inside #338 May 1-4 moved on last day to 308. Right underneath problem area…….🤔☹️🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤨????

Amenities and staff were great. Food was also very good.

During our stay at the resort, I had made a request for assistance with the phone in our room. The staff assured us that someone would be sent to address the issue, but unfortunately, no one arrived to look into it. Consequently, we were unable to contact the reception or restaurant as needed. On the day of checkout, we had to personally handle our luggage since we couldn't contact the concierge for help. Notably, the problem with the phone only arose on our final day; it had functioned perfectly throughout our stay up until then.

booking.com charged me the highest rate for the room! if I had waited and booked online, I could have gotten a better relate. was very upset to see o didn’t get a deal at all. booking.com actually made me pay for than $50 more for no reason. so I am deleting your app and letting everyone I know be informed about this.

The workers were accommodating and extremely friendly! The beach was exceptionally clean and there was great activity to do such as horse back riding with a local Ghanaian called AYI. The pool side was always amazing with great music ! The food was also amazing, there’s was a nice variety of foods! From traditional Ghana dishes to continental meals such as burgers and chips!

When checking in, a passport is required if you aren’t a citizen of Ghana! This wasn’t noted on booking.com or any check in information that was give! Which was no fault of Labadi beach.

I love everything about Labadi Beach expecially their staff, they are exceptional. Their staff have passion for their jobs. Their breakfast and dinner are superb. Finally, I loved the way they helped me organised a surprised birthday package for my fiancee. They also guided me on the best way I could engage my fiancee, with their guide lines everything worked perfectly well and she said YES to me. I can bodly say Labadi Beach stands out today because of its staff. They are extremely good. I love you people ❤

The canal before you get to the beach looks untidy

The beach is definitely not great, we preferred the pool area.

The room was cozy and the bathroom is really nice.

Nothing to do with the property itself, but the beach is not the nicest.
