The hotel is very well located. Staff is always with a smile. Super nice people. The rooms were exact as in the picture. Big bed. Beautiful balcony.

The bathroom was not super clean. Facilities are a bit old.

We had to leave the room key at the reception when we are out and the door was somewhat heavy when pushing in

BREAKFAST was not much variety and lady serving had a bad cough, and she did not wear any face mask, consistently coughing all over the place and food. apart from that the rest of my stay was lovely, the ladies at the front desk spoke English and were so helfull every time.

It's not the Carlton Ritz for sure but it serves the purpose as a decent and comfortable hotel for a short stay. But what is really good is the friendliness and attitude of the staff. We had to check out early so didn't have the luxury to experience their breakfast spread. However they were kind enough to volunteer to whip up some coffees and some light nibbles so we didn't leave absolutely hungry. They didn't have to, but they did. Very sweet and much appreciated. We also managed to snag a reserved hotel parking spot.

The neighbourhood walk to the Place area is a bit scruffy. The hotel itself is a bit dated.

Modern and clean hotel located a short walk from the city center and with parking spot. Breakfast is plentiful and excellent the wifi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed having a drink before retiring to the room.

Some too strict reviews about the location: along the street, there are also other hotels and tourists pass at all hours.

the night receptionist was the best. she was friendly and so helpful. it’s was close abt 10 minutes walk to psirri and monastiraki. breakfast was ok. clean bedrooms. cleaners were very friendly.

I booked a single room. it was old and out dated. very small. I asked to be moved but apparently they were fully booked. shower is literally on top of the toilet.

Took only 15 minutes by foot to the main touristic centre. Got a beautiful balcony with the city view and the bed was really comfortable. It was very hot when I visited, the AC worked fine. Staffs were exceptionally kind as well. They always greeted everyone with such kindness. We also had problem with the safe, they helped us right away.

The staff was very attentive and friendly, they cleaned the room every day and changed the towels. The beds were very comfortable, location was good, From metrostation 5-7 minutes by walk.

Bathroom was very small and hair dryer was very old, it didn't even dry my hair.

For a 3 star hotel it was fine. We had a nice view of the acropolis from the top floor. The girl at reception was friendly.

Breakfast wasn't great. The place needs a bit of fresh air as it smells of gyros. Mosquito's were biting at night. We found some used mosquito repellant in the draw as we left but these should be plugged in for the guests before arrival. Otherwise not a bad place. You get what you pay for.

Our room was clean, confortable, we had everything we needed. The staff was nice. The breakfast is really good.

The quarter where the hotel is located is a bit strange, however there are 3 lines of metro in less than 10min by foot and some nice restaurants are rather close.
