From the mother and Son from Malawi, we live life with Peace love and joy Delphi Art Hotel maintains this. Staff - From the receptionist (Hello to Melina), Cleaners, Nightstaff and Breakfast were all lovely and attended to any enquiries. Room - Clean, spaced, all around, please. Location - Sensational and easy to get around the city efficiently with warm caring staff.
Breakfast - decent, either more choices and option or change each day may help. Vegetarian and vegan options are limited.

The breakfast is great , the location is very central .
The location is also in a sketchy area but there’s so security all the time and never had an issue I don’t feel as though it’s unsafe or a negative just maybe for people with children to know .

The breakfast was great, theres a varaiety of options to choose from and theres enoguh for every guest at this hotel, i'd argue and say the best part of the hotel is its staff very polite and helpful in every possible time. the location however is filled with supervised drug addicts (a known problem in center Athens), they won't bother you or anything but it dosent look good from the side.
we came at a bad time, there was an issue with air conditioner (old system) and it stopeed working every 30 minutes, the staff member did go everytime (after calling) to the roof to fix it, but thats not a problem you should deal with in a vacation.

Is it loud and old? YES. Is it the best choice money wise when it comes to budget friendly trips? YES. I loved that our room was cleaned every day. The room was small, but had a lot of storage for luggage. The location is great too, you can get to the subway easily and it's a 25min walk to the Acropoles. Breakfast was good, with a daily english breakfast variety, sweets, fruits and they were very kind to provide us with almond milk for our stay. Staff was very kind.
It is old and noisy. They are trying to compensate with other facilities that I appreciate for the cost. You cannot deny it. The windows are old. It has its charm, but yes, Athens is extremely noisy. It's not the hotel's fault, but the side streets are full of sketchy people. You can easily find someone sleeping next to the entrance at night. Personally, I would not go out at night even if I was in the center of the city, full of fancy hotels. It does not feel safe.

Conveniently located in the middle of a city , can easily get around with buses or metro. Walking distance to many of the famous attractions like Acropolis, museums and many others. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Hence , this hotel is an ideal location to stay and explore this beautiful city, Athens. Prices : reasonable , a very good breakfast is included Rooms : spacious, bathrooms are quite nice. Staff was very good. They would help you when you need. Special thanks should go to their wonderful housekeeping staff. They do a perfect job !! Family friendly: they provided a good cot bed for our toddler ( need to request) Hotel looks a bit old , has a vintage appearance. However, it’s clean and well arranged. If we had to stay here again , we would definitely choose this hotel.
Location-from one side seems a bit unsafe, however, if you access from the main road, you won't have any issues. We never had any issues with safety. The police were patroling most of the time, hence no security issues occurred during our stay. Efharisto!!!

Excellent staff, breakfast and accommodation well above the price point of the hotel. Good location for omonia square and all of the hop on, hop off bus services. I must reiterate the point that the staff were absolutely superb, the lady on the evening reception shift was more like a concierge, my thanks to her.
The only negative point was the neighbourhood appears to be becoming an area of refugees and the associated issues, however, there was a really good police presence in the area that were more than keeping in top of it. I appreciate that this is completely outside of the control of the hotel.

Everything was perfect! The location is perfect. The metro is a 5 min. Walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with many options and the whole hotel had air conditioning which is very good in the summer months. I also love the Greek generosity. We had a nice welcome in our room with a vig water bottle, coffee/tea and wine. The view was great.
The bed mattress isn't that soft. You get use to it but it's not that comfortable. Also, the clening of the room takes a little longer than usual on sundays. But it is totally understandable.

This hotel has a lot of old time charm, with excellent interior decoration throughout. It's true that the carpeting has seen better days, but the place doesn't need an extreme makeover, there are enough sanitized, impersonal hotels as it is. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and it has a nice bar area. Price is more than okay. I had a good time here and might well return. If one day they decide to renovate it, hopefully it will be done without altering the spirit of the place.
Not much. There is noise from the road and I can sleep through that but not everybody might. And we're not talking about a highway, after midnight there's much less traffic. Breakfast is okay, all the usual suspects are there, but for the moment it's not outstanding.

The receptionists there are really friendly, and they are so helpful. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel is very quiet. The location itself is good, not very far away from attractions, with many good restaurants nearby.
I booked 3 rooms, one of the bathrooms water tap got leakage. Need to be careful when you go out in the night with kids and ladies around the fountain area.
