Everything was good, central location, area is a bit rough but it's a city. Within walking distance of everything.

Having to go 15 minutes elsewhere to collect the keys. Someone should meet you at the hotel . I'm Greek so managed to dmfind the place but a non Greek speaking person will have difficulties which you do not need on arrival. Definately should have someone meet you at the property.

My son and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Connect Suites! The most important thing for me is great communication, and they exceeded my expectations. From the moment I booked, they provided all the necessary details without me even having to ask, making everything smooth and stress-free. The place itself was spotless—immaculately clean and well-maintained. It felt incredibly homey, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff were amazing—polite, attentive, and always ready to help. For the price, the amenities were outstanding, offering everything I needed and more. The location was also perfect, close to all the key attractions we wanted to visit, making it super convenient for exploring Greece. I will definitely be booking here again on my next trip. It was quite OK. The room was nice although the matress was really soft. I liked the surprise where they put a botlle of water and some soda in fridge. I would prefer that also put an opener for the botle somewhere, as it took some time to open the botle.

there was nothing which was disappointing. 2 small improvements would make the experience an excellent one. 1. I got in contact for the access code and other info on the day itself. Initially they would send them right before 3pm (time to enter the appartment). It is a lot easier to send it the day before or in the morning, because at that someone would be travelling and may not have access to wifi to receive the information. 2. Checkout time is 11am. for me it would be nice to have a checkout time of 12.

The apartment is in a great location, the metro is literally a minute away. The room is huge with a really comfy bed! 💕 The kitchenette has pretty much everything you'd need (micro, kettle, fridge, cups, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery) plus a Nespresso machine. I loved the little lift, I dont know why, it's just so cute! Having a code to enter the building and the room was much easier than having to remember and look after a key card. I had lots of communication via WhatsApp with reception, they also kept us updated on metro strikes which was really helpful 😊 Really great stay, thank you!

The bed was next to the window (we had a city view) and it would seem the city never sleeps (traffic wise). I used ear plugs which helped, but if you're a light sleeper the traffic noise could be a problem.

The apartment was really clean and spacious enough for four adults. I would recommend the apartment; it is really good value for money.

The electricity was cut off at some point, but the staff were really helpful and helped us get it back on by phone, even though it was late at night. The only issue was that the only heat source was the air conditioner, which was not on until we arrived, resulting in a very cold room for a couple of hours. The neighborhood did not seem very friendly; a street a couple of blocks away was full of homeless people, I would not recommend walking alone at night.

This is everything it says on Booking.com. The room we had was clean and large - included a coffee machine and any supplies required for cooking. The location is a c.20 minutes walk to the city centre, or 15 minutes by the nearest metro station. Given the price of neighbouring hotels, this is very good value for money if you're looking for a cheaper option. Really clear and efficient communication provided by the staff that run Connect Suites. They allowed us to store our bags on the day of checkout safely in the reception located about 5 minutes walk away.

very clean. pretty spacious for cost. a couple of nice amenities. great comfortable bed. clear directions. wifi was good. nice big patio foor that let in alot of natural light.

not huge issues, but shower was a bit small (still loved the large rainshower head and tiled) so the shower curtain kept touching you. if you left the shower curtain open, expect water on the bathroom floor (although no big deal as there's a drain). tv channels weren't working (just wanted a music/news channel to play in background). suite unit was also a few blocks away than advertised address (guess they own a few buildings). no real show stoppers though. still very much enjoyed the room.

The room was spacious and lovely. To stay in an apartment with kitchen fridge and microwave was wonderful. The restaurant next door also wonderful. Delicious Greek food. A huge bakery just up the road too. Excellent access to the train station. Felt safe with the lock codes for the door downstairs. Bed was super comfortable with soft pillow top. Plenty of pillows. Excellent shower and good towels.

The neighbourhood has a lot of men and many homeless people on the streets. Night time it doesn’t feel safe outside. Don’t go walking up to Omonia station at night it’s scary. Stick to using Metaxorgeou station it’s nice and close.

We loved the apartment itself! Freshly renovated, huge, had a great kitchen, bathroom, living area, and enough space for us to run around and exercise in the unit and even have two suitcases open. It was that huge. Also the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, bowls, a coffee machine, free drinks, microwave, and a large enough dining table. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was better than our own bathroom at home (really huge and clean with enough storage space for toiletries).

We were exhausted the first day because we had no idea the reception was a five minute walk on a different street from the actual apartment, and we were lugging around three heavy suitcases with us and it was a sweltering summer day. On top of that, once we finished checking in and reached the actual apartment, there are several stairs that we needed to haul up our three suitcases before we could get to the elevator. So for people with mobility issues or disabilities, we definitely, strongly discourage them from this because there is no accommodation for any ramp or lift (the steps were mandatory to reach the apartment). Otherwise, the apartment itself is amazing.

Beautiful rooms - so incredibly spacious and little extras like coffee pods and water was appreciated. Beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Excellent value for money in central Athens. Very close to Metro.

Was difficult finding it as no sign other than a number. Also the code entry instructions were emailed to me when I was flying into Athens and I had no internet connection on my phone on arrival in Athens - so was not able to get into accommodation. Would have been helpful to have received instructions much earlier than at the "11th hour".
