The room and the view to the Acropolis was very nice. The young ladies at the front desk are professional and very charming.

The breakfast has issues. The plates were all wet as they came directly from the dish washer without being dried up and were placed on the buffet for the guests, there was no metal coffee spoon only the wooden sticks (it is not a take way coffee shop) the bacon was cold and the chairs have no anti noise rubber on the legs that touch the surface resulting to a disturbing noise everytime someone was moving the chair to sit or stand up.

Really good breakfast, the staff were professional and very friendly and kind. They all spoke good English and were very helpful. The cleaning staff were a little short but got the job done. The location is a little further away from Parthenon but really close to the archeological museum which is a don't miss museum. The view from the restaurant on top is fantastic as well as the pool .

The shower was a little rough but worked well. You only get one set of coffee pods for your stay and have to buy more when you use them up. At that price I feel it should be replaced with your room service.

Room ready on arrival. Good service getting to our room. Breakfast very busy at times but food good. The view from the restaurant was a great surprise and a lovely view whilst eating. Reception staff very helpful with our 'tourist' enquiries.

It was a surprise arriving at the hotel in the rather run down area in which it was situated but it didn't detract from the hotel just an uninspiring drab dirty route to the centre when walking. More staff at breakfast time was needed when it was at its peak with many guests all at once trying to get served.

The stuff was very kind and helpful. They gave us a room with a view when one became available. The rooms are extremely clean, good shaped desks, comfortable beds. The mini fridge had enough room for a day's food and drink storage. Great view from the terrace, kid-friendly pool, close to all downtown points of attraction. 15 mins walking distance to Monastiraki square, 3 mins to metro, and the taxi cabs the stuff are getting for you are actually legit and affordable.

The TV stations are mostly in Greek and the cable service could use some more international stations.

the breakfast was excellent. Many choices, from eggs to cheeses, breads, meats, salad items, sweets and pastries. the staff , especially Stavropol and Manos, the doormen were very helpful, more so than the front desk, which always seemed to be busy. we liked the restaurant across the street, Alexander the Great!! the owner is very friendly, and the meal was excellent. the place next to his is also good. they are really the only two places to eat, other than more of a bakery, take out placecalled Bread Basket also across street on way to subway. the staff there is very unfriendly though. the room was decent size, not great. They only give you two coffee pods for the room, and we were there three nights? if you want more, they charge 1.5 € each… seems pretty petty to me. I’ve never had to do this, and our room was not cheap!! We tried to go to the pool one day. unfortunately this pool is a joke for the size of the hotel. they only have about 10/12 lounges, and if they are all taken, you’d have to sit inside and just go out when you want to get in pool? not good. we never got to use the pool because of this… I can’t imagine how bad it is in the summertime! the rooftop bar? Service was non existent. we went up at night twice and no one even came to ask if we wanted anything? The staff were standing around the bar talking to each other. the prices were exorbitant. we finally asked for a menu, but by the time someone came to wait on us, we needed to leave. pretty pitiful. would have been a nice touch if a voucher for one drink or appetizer was given to guests. it is a shame because if they lowered their prices and had decent service, they might make a profit up on the roof. all in all , except for the room and breakfast, we won’t rush back to this accommodation.

my number one complaint?? Thelocation is not within walking distance to anything, such as Monstraki, syntagma, and Plaka areas. Thesubway is across the street, we used it, but you rake your life in your hands trying to cross the street- I’m serious! Greek driver Do Not stop for pedestrians!! Beware when you get into a taxi! tell them to run the meter, because otherwise they will rip you off! no one told us that until we asked after being ripped off.

The hotel is in a really nice location overlooking a square with views of the Acropolis from the roof bar. Metro is a 1 minute stroll. The staff were friendly and very helpful and breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and bright and air conditioning worked well even on the days it hit 42°.

The opening hours of the pool were a bit restrictive, it opens at 11 and it would be nice to spend a couple of hours there earlier before going out for the day. As a result, we didn't use the pool at all even though we had planned to.

The hotel has a roof terrace with a nice view on the Akropolis. There is a very restaurant just across the street which serves great Greek food, accompanied by live music.

The hotel is situated in a neighborhood that seems in deep disarray. Houses and businesses are boarded up, or have even started to crumble down. Homless people are sleeping on the pavements, and there is trash everywhere. Although we did not feel insecure walking around, we were happy to enter better neighborhoods at 10-15 minutes walking distance.

My spouse and I visited this hotel mid-January 2023. Since it was an off-peak time for the hotel, they upgraded our room to a better one and even offered us complementary breakfast. The breakfast options were fairly standard (think eggs, cold cuts, breads, etc). The coffees served at breakfast were excellent. We enjoyed incredible views of the Acropolis whilst having breakfast. The staff at this hotel are worth a particular mention. My partner found a cockroach in the bathroom and within minutes the staff had arranged for our rooms to be changes. We were even offered a complimentary dinner voucher as an apology.

Rooms were small.
