Nice spacious room. Quiet residential location which felt safe. Enough local eateries and bars.

Could have done with a door to the bedroom or a black out blind on the glazed entrance door. There could have been more information on the local area, such as location of super market, bars, restaurants, etc. Designated and secure baggage storage would have been nice, although I did leave my baggage without a problem. Recycling for bottles, cans, etc. I would have liked a small basin and drainer in the kitchenette, microwave and hob.

The place is spacious. Some of the images do not correspond to the real images of the place at the time of booking. Cleaning was good. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was air conditioning and a heater. Also in the closets there were extra quilts. All well equipped for a long stay. The place also had amenities such as a washing machine and iron, as well as things to make tea or coffee and heat a sandwich (not for cooking) although food in restaurants in Greece is cheap. It is located about a 30-minute walk from the busiest places in Greece. It can be easily reached by metro.

A strange noise was generated from the outside that was often annoying. Although I'm not sure if it comes from the building's facilities or the building next door. The wifi was not the best, low speed, little signal received and it kept disconnecting.

Maria, the host, upgraded me to a bigger room for the same price, which was very nice of her. The instructions to get into the propriety were very clear and the communication was good. The shared kitchen is located on the rooftop and has a nice view. The location is splendid, only 2 metro stops away from the main Athens square Monastiraki. Since the location is close to the city center but not in the center per say, it's quieter and feels more homely. The neighborhood is lovely : lots of cats and cafes to go to. I really recommend it, you will not be disappointed :)

The kitchen stove is a bit weak and it takes a long time to eat up

fully renovated in a modern design. has strong air conditioning, and smart tvs with Netflix. the lady who runs the place is extremely helpful and polite , anything I’ve ever needed she’s always quick to respond and help out. the location is nice, easy to get around, and the rooms I’ve stayed in so far are vary spacious. a very pleasant stay overall!

I stayed in apartment/room 1, which had a door different to the other rooms, like an entrance door old buildings have. though it looks nice and vintage , being on the ground floor and not being able to lock it, I felt a bit unsafe. I had an unfortunate encounter with a cockroach, the lady was quick to bring a spray over once I let her know, but it was still a bit unpleasant. there’s no kitchen sink/sponge/dish washing liquid in the room.

Cozy, compact, clean, useful terraces, great location, and generally quiet area.

Internet connection breaking or being extremely slow at times. You can’t choose your next door neighbours and if they have chosen to hold a midnight party in the terrace during your sleep, it might not be convenient. During our visit, someone smoking inside the neighbouring apartment caused bathroom to smell like an ashtray too.

Fab location - close to the metro for getting to and from the centre of Athens and also to and from Piraeus (if you’re getting a ferry to an island). We had a slight issue and Maria sorted it straight away. She also helped to organise a taxi to the airport which was a reasonable price too and really helpful! Room was comfortable and spacious, clean and great for a few nights stay.

The AC wasn’t very cold which was hard because it was 36 degrees but there was a fan in the room which helped!

The house is very cute with its different rooms and spaces and the sunny rooftop terrace. We liked the location, not as troubled as in the cuty center but close enough to walk there. We liked that we could preper some food and tea or coffee inside our private studio apartment but that there was also a common kitchen with cooking plates.

The bathroom could have been cleaner at arrival and the shower curtain was always flying up to your body because it’s too light. The curtain also could use a washing. Besides that it seemed that the person before us used the waterboiler to make coffee, so we had to deeply clean it ourself before we could make some tea.

The location is in a very authentique Athenian neighbourhood. You can feel and see how local people live and people are very nice around. A ten minutes walk to the metro station, Petralona, which is very close to centre but in a more relaxed atmosphere. Very spacious and lofty room, interior with taste. Maria, the host of the place is very nice and quick to response to any questions.

There are two airconditioner in bedroom and salon, but I still feel a bit cold. Otherwise everything's good.

The room was big, beautiful and clean. The location is amazing. Close to everything worth seeing in Athens. There is a kichen in the room and a Lidl supermarket only 300 m away. There is also a very goof bakery near by that is open every day of the week. There is a Metro station 6 minutes walk away. Highly recomended !!!

I loved the place

The bed was super comfortable and the space was large. Location was lovely as well, surrounded by good local cafes and eateries and 30min walk from Athens center.

The amenities do need a little maintenance: fridge didn’t close because the freezer was overly frosted, aircon doesn’t go below 22 degrees and it took a good three hours to even just take the edge off the heat.
