The location is perfect for sightseeing in Athens. The place itself has a lovely design with local features. Lovely atmosphere. The breakfasts were great. The beds were comfortable, and the accommodation was really clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The room had a vary strong smell of some cleaning chemicals. The room was cleaned while we were out on the second day of our stay, and the smell got even stronger - it was really disturbing. The apartment itself was in the basement, the windows overlooked a very noisy street. We had too keep the windows open because of the smell, and couldn't sleep because of the street noise.

The apartment we rented was very large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, glassware, cutlery etc.The bed was not too hard and not too soft and the pillows were fluffy and surprisingly huge. There was a separate little sitting area with a mirror and table my wife was able to use to apply her makeup so we did not as usual have to fight for space in the bathroom. That was great for both of us! The A/C was excellent and well used. It seems most of the places to stay in Europe provide a good breakfast but the one at Athenian Suites is the best we've ever had. There was enough carbs, protein, fruits and juices to satisfy anbodys appetite. Everyone working at the Suites was very congenial, helpful and friendly. We did not personally meet the owner (Eletheria?) but had many email convos with her. She was able to provide us with information, suggestions and guidance and always responded within minutes. We just had to ask and she arranged transportation from the cruise port to the Suites and to the airport when we left which we greatly appreciated!! All in all a great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Athenian Suites in the future.

Weather was very hot and humid in Athens. The TV is perpendicular to the bed so difficult to watch. No problem, we just laid across the bed.

The small hotel is super cute! Located in a typical Athenian neighborhood, super chic and well decorated, very clean and comfortable! We came for the Coldplay concert, and had a great time!! The breakfast was delicious and contained home made pastries made every morning by a nice elder lady, as well as yogurt, breads, eggs, cheeses and pastrama. We appreciated the flavour and freshness of the pastries as it kept us full and ready for seeing beautiful Athens untill late every day. The room was spacious and comfortable, clean and was tidy every day. The location is a bit far from main tourist attractions (just behind the Acropolis hill which is an ancient part of Athens), but we loved it, as we got the chance to explore the typical sides of Athens and see local markets and stores that are out of the usual touristic route. I even got the chance to see a hand made hats store, a lost craftsmanship. Bought a perfect hat that was tailored to my head and in a lower cost... Amazing experience in this hotel! Highly recommended!

Nothing! Perfect place!

The place is really beautiful, the room was new and sparkling clean. There was a small, well-equipped kitchenette and a very luxurious shower. The host welcomed us warmly, and the kitchen was open for us to prepare hot drinks and enjoy cake and fruits at any time of the day. The breakfast was rich and indulgent, and the room was heated with both a radiator and an air conditioner. Highly recommended!

The room was too warm when we arrived, and it took us a bit of time to bring it back to a comfortable temperature

The accommodation was exactly as described on the booking. The food was very tasty, the staff friendly. Check-in was very easy to do, we announced our arrival time and the owner gave me the access code to the courtyard and detailed whitch room was ours. The only downside was that our room was located right next to the breakfast area. Inevitably we were woken up every morning by the noise made by the lady preparing the meal or other guests. It wasn't absolutely awful, but it wasn't pleasant either. However, we recommend this accommodation because we had a good time.

Nice complex of rooms around a courtyard. The location was convenient and at walking distance from all the places to visit. The room was comfortable, modern and nicely decorated. We could also leave our luggage for the day after check out. There are parking spots in the street in front of the apartment. Breakfast was good.

The room we had was the only one on the lower ground so we had a very limited view on the stairs leading up to the courtyard, and it was also next to the breakfast area, so we heard when each of the guests came down to have breakfast.

The host greeted us and offered us a snack and beverage. We were able to get into our rooms right away & they were absolutely spotless. That evening our host gave us a map with local restaurants in the neighborhood, not tourist places - excellent. The next morning when we were going site-seeing, it was raining - our host appeared with umbrellas for all three of us. The day we were leaving, they kept our luggage while we were out and even helped me get a taxi for our next adventure. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of food.

Traditional Greek building with open courtyard made for very slippery stairs in the rain. Stair was marble. But, I wouldn't change it for the world. Beautiful, traditional place.

The accommodation is beautiful and peaceful. You can see a lot of love has gone into making it what it is. You are just a short walk away from the centre and all of its history and attractions. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The apartment we were in was beautiful and very spacious, beds are comfortable and the shower is wonderful. Breakfast is a great selection of Greek food and definitely worth trying a bit of everything.

We arrived around 8 am and were allowed to drop off our luggage. We were given a warm welcome by Stathis who offered us breakfast and showed us on a map where we could take in the local history and views until it was check in time. His mother Eleftheria owns the place, and is very kind and helpful to help with booking a taxi for us to and from the airport. Rena prepared delicious breakfasts and Anna kept everything clean for a wonderful stay. Thank you all for making Athens feel like home!

Clean and out of the way from the main tourists parts which made it more affordable Actual apartment was spotless and nothing was out of place, spacious for the time we needed it for an exactly like the picture Host was great at arranging our transport to and from the airport even after a small confusion with our transfer back they managed to sort this quickly and efficiently. The transport provided were informative and lovely Surrounding areas and local restaurants were affordable and had much better food then the ones we had closer to the main strip area

Although most the staff were lovely we did feel like some of the other staff members during the week that we met were not as engaging as others when we greeted them (The host was amazing tho) Since was out the way did do some walking some of the places we visited were about 30-40min walk but still easy to get too probably could order a taxi if didn’t want to walk
