Very nice staff and very good location.

Cleaning service would come late at around 5 p.m. Two days in a row when we came to rest, they wanted to clean our room at that moment. We told them that we wanted to rest, but the cleaning lady told us that she finished her work. Only the first day we had cleaning service, the second day not.

Initially this review was going to be negative in nature as a few (minor) things going wrong were compounding to be an inconvenience. However the fabulous team resolved things superbly and went from strength to strength to deliver an exceptional stay. In particular, John from Guest Relations and Narissa in the Reception Team went above and beyond. The hotel is a great location and has an amazing vice. But it's the Moxy Crew that make the stay and the difference.

Breakfast area can become very busy and difficult to find seats at peak times. The team can be a bit too eager in clearing unfinished breakfast from a table when you have just gone back to the food bar to make additional selections. Appreciate they are trying to ensure tables are made available, given my first point, but can be frustrating to come back and see unfinished breakfast cleared away.

Staff was great especially the housekeeping. Rooms were cleaned every day. Excellent location.

Rooms are small but nothing to do about that. Breakfast was advertised at 15 euro per guest. We found great breakfast between 8 and 10 euro elsewhere.

lovely breakfast with some local dishes to taste.. staff were helpful with shopping and sightseeing suggestions.. perfect location with metro and busses & security guard at entrance .. outdoor sitting terras with modern design relaxing & reading space .. quiet, clean & comfortable room with minifridge and safe too..

Coffee machine has no espresso / cappuccino - available at extra cost from the bar!

Unfortunately the compressor from the air conditions were very loud and disturbing during night.

A typical Moxy hotel in the heart of Athens. Spacious rooms, nice spaces for work, friendly personnel, brand new facilities.

As I was making my snowman, a polar bear passed by, to meet her friend, an emperor penguin.... I cannot remember when was the last time the indoor temperature in a hotel was that low! The indoor temperature could have been set a bit higher, eg at 23-24 degrees Celsius and not at 18, it was indeed too cold in all public spaces. Also I am not sure whether there was a way to switch off the AC in the room, I slept with a set temperature of the AC at 25 degrees Celsius, and I woke up with a headache.

Very recommended! great hotel, clean, close to the central street (7-10min walk) . very beautiful and comfortable room, it has everything you need (except a closet but that didn’t bother us at all) young vibe and design.

Great location, clean facilities the water pressure was amazing even on the top floor, the TV was easy to pair too and it was a great central location to all the things we wanted to see in athens

Moxy offers a different vibe than most other hotel chains, and that’s a good thing! Very friendly staff, the bar area is a wonderful place to chill, have a drink, and chat with the other guests and bartenders. The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is exceptional within walking distance to the Acropolis and wonderful shops and restaurants.

From “check in” to “check out” we had a blissful stay at this fantastic hotel. I’ve never experienced such excellent and friendly customer service, and going above and beyond with tips and insight on where to visit, eat and socialise within Athens to maximise our stay and first trip. Can’t recommend enough.
