They were very nice to wait for me to arrive late in the evening and provide a complimentary wine bottle in the room. The position is fantastic, within walking distance to every major site. The room is very big and spacious and the bed is comfy, it is also cleaned daily.

The noise on Saturday night was very loud from the square nearby, double glazing might help. Breakfast at their restaurant is limited to 3 options (2 eggs, omelette or club sandwich), it would be nice to have a menu to choose from (or a buffet), and no juice is provided

Location is good. There is a bottle wine for room which is nice. Free breakfast helps us good start of day. (4 options) Room size is good.

Feel not very clean. like all three cups in room are dirty. There is dust on headboard. I think the good cleaning lady is needed. We stay over is on Friday. May be because it is weekend. downstairs neighbor (bar) has party until 2:30 am. For light sleeper the Center location may have this issue.

Location of this gem of a hotel is perfect! I was in Room 10 and thoroughly enjoyed my 3 balconies. Two were small and the 3rd was large enough to be very comfortable for the table and 2 chairs provided. Very comfortable chairs! The overhead awning was run by a switch on the wall. The room itself is spacious and decorated eclectically which I enjoyed. Staff at the Suites was great! Very helpful calling taxis and answering questions. I arrived 5 days before my husband and know absolutely no Greek.This did not pose any problems for me. I appreciated the welcoming bottle of delicious wine and cold water, and being able to make coffee and tea in my room. Breakfasts were amazing- 9 choices plus coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. All the food at the associated restaurant was delicious! When we return to Athens, this is where we want to stay!

I travel with noise-canceling headphones and used them at night to block the happy noises from the square beneath my room.Therefore the noise was not a problem.As there were no towel racks in the bathroom, I moved the foldable luggage rack in and used it for hanging my towels.

Location excellent - walking distance to lots of sites and restaurants. Negatives are that it is not possible for cars to get near, so we had to be dropped off/ picked up in a neighbouring street. Taxis could not always find this. Plus, it is noisy into the early hours (because of the nearby bars and restaurants) I found the breakfast very good: freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, and interesting dishes to choose from. It's served at a cafe in the square - very nearby. However, NB any deviation from what is offered eg asking for decaffeinated coffee rather than regular, is charged for. Oddly, there is no 'normal' tea available in the room - just camomile tea and coffee sachets - and no milk.

Very unfortunately Booking. com described the suite as two rooms: a bedroom plus a separate sitting room with a sofa bed. It also listed a washing machine. Neither of these were accurate - it was one room and one bed only, and there was no washing machine. That said, the room (with a large balcony, overlooking the square) was lovely, and very spacious.

Breakfast was interesting - you chose 1 item from varied menu, ranging from bread, honey and jam to different types of omelette. Decor of accommodation interesting turn of the century. A/C was good as was the fridge with free water. The complementary bottle of wine was very nice. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel were happy to store some of our luggage for a week between our 2 visits. Nearest metro is Acropolis Metro, about 7 mins walk from hotel. Also a supermarket close to the metro (on same street). Well situated for a variety of ancient sites and plenty of restaurants within 50m of hotel.

The location is really good - central spot to explore almost all of the major atractions in Athens. Extremely clean.

Well, the wifi was an issue. And you may think - ok, you're in Athens, why the wifi remark? Because it is not admissible in this age and time. Worst, the first person to which you complain about try to let us believe that the problem was in our phones. On a second approach, another person of the staff, much more nice, explain us that wifi is not working in the rooms and give us the password of the wifi from the restaurant next door. The breakfast is included, but you're limited to some "menus". Not at all diversified. So that was disappointing as well.

Location, location, location! so close to everything. The staff was amazing, very helpful and inviting. We were on the second floor and the rooms were remodeled and beautiful. Better than the online images

This a beautiful boutique hotel but there is no central reception desk. you need to go the resturaunt downstairs for assistance or call staff. There is also no elevator which was fine for us. There is a cargo elevator for luggage This located in Plaka and noisy at night. if you need quiet to sleep, ask for rooms on the opposite side of the restaurant.

Very comfortable stay in a really convenient location. We really only utilized the room for showering and sleeping, as we did a lot of sightseeing. We were also right next to some great places to eat and have drinks.

No outlets in the bathroom. There was a hairdryer in there, but no way to use an electric shaver or hand wand. The room was also very hard to find (for us). Our taxi driver let us off and said it was “somewhere on this block”- even he didn’t know. We started up google maps and it let us on a very long walk (if you know Athens, a lot of inclines and steps)- luggage in tow. My husband left me and the luggage by the Acropolis and went searching on his own. Turns out, it was exactly on the block where the taxi driver dropped us off. Only the sign on the place said Rom suites, not Roh suites. So he came back to get me and the luggage and we walked all the way back. Needless to say, we were exhausted and hot. Good thing there was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room 😃

The suite is centrally located and within walking distance of almost all attractions. The lady (I forgot her name) cleaning our room is very nice and friendly. She provides fresh and clean towels daily. The room is spacious enough for 3 people to move around. Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant. Limited choices but the portions are good. The savory French toast and healthy omelets are my favorites. The restaurant staff are also very friendly and helpful. I can say that we had a wonderful time in Athens. I will definitely book Stefanion Suite if I visit again

We were there in winter and the bathroom gets very cold especially in the evening and early morning so a heater would be nice. The wifi was very slow during our 10 day stay. I was told it was due to a problem with the service provider. I appreciate that the owner tried to help us out on how to get better access. We still ended up topping our mobile data to get a decent wife speed and access.

Hotel was ideally situated in a good location. 8 mins walk to Syntagma metro station, 5 mins to Acropolis station and the major tourist attractions like the Acropolis was just 10 mins walk. Hotel room furniture were all antique, looked very nice, comfortable bed, large bedroom, spacious, clean. Only thing our room had no view from the window but that's fine. A complimentary white wine bottle was given to us, thank you for that. Breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was lovely. Room had kettle, water, tea, sugar, coffee etc and a fridge too. Unfortunately the only issue we had was that the hotel wifi wasn't working for the 2 days we stayed as they were upgrading I believe so and in today's world without wifi one gets lost. However they gave us the adjacent restaurant wifi which we could use by sitting around the restaurant, so we managed. Staff were very friendly. We had a problem with charging our mobiles as our plugs were not the same, so the staff gave us a power bank to charge our mobiles which was extremely nice of them to help. Overall lovely place to stay with so many restaurants around.
