Very modern and in the centre of everything. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby, walking distance to the main shopping strip, pretty quiet at night and a lovely view of the Acropolis. The room was always restocked with coffee and water.

The windows were locked shut and even if you get the key from reception you can't open them due to the blinds being in the way, it would be very stuffy in the warmer months. We also asked for a taxi to collect us from the airport, not sure if it wasn't booked or they just didn't turn up but it wasn't a great start.

It was very spacious and well equipped. Lots of plug sockets, a fridge, freezer with an ice cube tray, glasses of all types, coffee machine, tea bags, kettle, clothes steamer, safe, hairdryer, soap, shower gel, and free drinking water provided. Staff were easier to reach via WhatsApp and could provide fresh towels, extra drinking water, toilet roll etc.

In the mornings we were often woken up by staff chatting or on the phone, the reception desk is only manned for a few hours a day but it is right outside the rooms. We also found some dark hairs on the bathroom floor which were not ours. This is the only “dirt” we experienced, other than that the apartment was very clean.

Large, clean room. Bed was big and very comfy, with plenty of pillows. Lots of in room amenities, like TV, mini fridge, coffee machine, steamer and couches. Well insulated against the cold. It was well appointed in a busy, but safe neighbourhood close to all the major attractions of Athens, as well as plenty of good restaurants and bars, which meant it was within a short walking distance and is perfect for travellers who choose not to hire a car.

Shower drain was a little blocked, but it had no overall effect on the stay.

The place is excellent! Located in a perfect area. You should know there is no parking in the street and sometimes the taxi is not allowed to enter the street, except on the arriving and leaving day it's that big deal. The room is enormous and very comfortable, with all the needed accessories, including a bottle of water, a coffee machine with capsules, and a herbs team. The place is clean and organized. It is not accessible by all means for people with disabilities. There are 15 steps to clime. I was with a baby stroller, and it was not so comfortable, but again, it was not a deal breaker compared to all other benefits. The place is quiet!!!! Most important Aldo is an amazing host!!!

Just the stairs

The property's location is good; it's in Plaka, around an 8-minute walk to Monastiraki and nearly 10 minutes to Syntagma squares. The Acropolis is even closer. The room was much bigger and more tastefully decorated than we expected; I would gladly use all the furniture in my own house. The bed was very comfortable as well. Notwithstanding the property's central location, it was very quiet at night. The room had almost everything we needed for a 3-night stay. Although it was just my wife and me, if we had two children, there were already places for them to sleep. The room was also very clean. Aldo offered to have it cleaned without waiting for us to ask. Speaking of him, he was very kind and helpful. He suggested places for us to eat and even helped us arrange a reservation for us at a traditional taverna by phone, where the manager did not speak English. Thanks to him, we never felt alone during our trip in Athens. To sum, our stay at the property exceeded our expectations, offering a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and hospitality. We highly recommend it for those seeking an excellent accommodation experience in Athens.

I wished our room's shower had its own door, and it would have been nice if the windows could be opened for some fresh air, especially since the A/C was inadequate in providing sufficient humidity to the room atmosphere. Unfortunately, the windows were locked and protected by an alarm, presumably for security reasons. Nevertheless, these were very minor inconveniences, considering the overall comfort and coziness of the room.

The location was great, as it was within easy distances to everything: Metro, restaurants, markets, and the Acropolis. I also appreciated that, although with in the midst of a very active area, the room was quiet.

The furniture (especially the bed) could have been more comfortable. The air conditioner leaked a lot of condensation if operated at less than 75*F. Towel bars and a better shower caddy is needed in the bath (so that stuff doesn't fall through.)

The room was perfect, in a perfect location and the service was outstanding . Just a few minutes walk from all points of interest, we never had to take a taxi. The room is on a beautiful street with many art shops. The room was spacious, modern and clean. We had a stunning view of the Acropolis. I notified the hotel that it is my wife’s birthday and asked for some wine and chocolate if possible: not only they had it prepared, they also filled the room with many balloons and a sign for her! We were thrilled! This was a perfect service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I cannot wait to come back.

Location was very good

There were little kids playing in the hallway till 2am level 1 where our family were trying to sleep before early flight. We were on level 2 but could only hear them when they were screaming and yelling. Im guessing the parents didnt care about the other residents staying there or weren't there at all. It didnt effect us directly. But we did feel for the others staying on level 1.

loved the location - was in the heart of Plaka with all shops/cafes/restaurants outside the front door. the rooms are massive. we booked two rooms but could have made do with one. We are a family of four and my kids are adult size - it has a very large king and 2 singles. Very large bathroom. Aldo was amazing and arranged transfers to and from the airport.

Nothing - would stay here again in a heart beat!

The room was very spacious and clean. 101 Adrianou provided my family of nine the convenience of staying close together in a common area. One family had a room for four people, the other family had a room for three, and my wife and I stayed in our very comfortable room. It is located a 5 minute walk from the acropolis and right on a street filled with shopping and restaurants. The managers were of great help to me and my family. Nikolai and Aldo provided us with professional and friendly service all travelers would hope to receive.

I'm completely satisfied with our stay, however, there are two things on my 'nitpicking' list. The bed was too low for this old body (I did adjust ok), and the front flight of stairs upon entry were not easy for my wife, as there was no lift.
