Very beautiful and harmony aesthetics as coming in to the hotel. Beautiful entrance and very convenient place for transportation around the city. Very friendly the receptionist at our check in.
However we experience lack of communication with the hotel before our arrive as we was trying to upgrade our room with no response. The room was very uncomfortable. The bed was very uncomfortable for two people and the design of the bed was unstable. Probably its ideal for one person.

New and unusual in a nice way - basically, bijou rooms with a lobby facility and good breakfast. Rooms imaginatively designed; no wasted space. Bed. work area, kettle, and shower + toilet. All high quality, comfortable, and worked well including wifi and (quiet!) air conditioning. Breakfast had good choice and good quality, self-help buffet.
Staircase of 8 steps to lift entrance; no handrail on stairs. So all accommodation not mobility accessible (despite ramp from street level to entrance!). Hotel unmanned at night, but no emergency contact. Coded access pad at door fine, but bin/ash tray placed immediately below not pleasant. No refreshments for late night arrival - vending machine in lobby for cold drinks and snacks would be a valuable addition. Breakfast hours not displayed.

The service was so friendly and helpful! Particularly Damian, who helped us with so many issues and little problems we had and gave us great advice, always with a smile and enthusiasm. Really made our stay so much more comfortable! The location was also great - close to the beach and easy to get to the center of the city or other activities, but not being in the middle of a very touristy area.
I didn't like that you can't lock the doors from the inside - made it quite difficult with our 3-year-old, who kept opening the door and running outside! I also didn't like the set-up in hte bathroom - that we had to basically stand in the shower in order to use the sink. When the floor is wet, it makes it very impractical.

Very friendly and helpful staff Felt safe at hotel Room was clean Air con was great Good location for base between Kalamaki beach, Athen city centre and Pireaus port Plenty of access to transport nearby- train, tram, bus
Room was smaller than expected. Fine if you just want a space to sleep rather than relax on holiday. Rooms are not soundproof, many late night disturbances from people talk in the hall going into their bedrooms, opening closing doors etc. Water from shower spreads out near toilet and risk of slipping in tight space. Breakfast wasn't to my liking, i didn't eat it. No iron in room, requested it from reception but they did not have an ironing board. Had to iron my clothes on the bed.

Location is great, it's in a quiet area, near the sea, which we were going for when we chose the hotel. It's also close to public transport. The hotel itself looks great and modern, the staff at the reception was kind and helpful. The room was very cozy, clean and well equipped, had everything we needed and we got fresh towels every time we required cleanup in our room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast had much variety every day and was fresh every time; warm foods were kept warm while cold foods were kept cold at all times. You also could choose whether you wanted to drink tea, coffee or juice. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

maybe not ideal for a first trip to Athens, but the location is convenient enough. right opposite the hotel, 2 trolley busses run to Syntagma. it's ideal if you are staying for a night or two between airport and ferries or vice versa. the surroundings offer ample options for any meal of the day, there's also a place selling tickets for the public transport right around the corner. more sophistocated shopping needs will be met in Kallithea, half an hour's walk or 5 minutes by bus up the road to Athens. the staff are helpful and friendly. the windows keep the noise out quite nicely, although that's not too important, as the area is rather quiet at night. tourism-wise, it's very close to Stavros Niarchos Foundation with National Opera and National Library (around 10 minutes). the coastal tram line makes the riviera and Peiraias very easily accessible.
the doors are not soundproof, so you may hear your neighbours' every word as long as they're in the hallway. once they are in their rooms, however, it's not an issue.

I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Athens. Despite not being located in the city center, it has an ideal location. Buses and trolleys to the center depart from the other side of the street (it takes about 25 minutes to get to the center), and they drop you off literally at the hotel's doorstep. Additionally, there is a tram right next to the hotel, running along the coast or in the opposite direction to the Port of Piraeus. If you wish to visit the islands - the cruises start from the nearest marina. In terms of transportation, it's a perfect spot. The hotel is comfortable, and for a tourist trip to Athens to explore or spend time at the beach, you don't need anything else. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, and so on. There is Wi-Fi, a TV, a kettle, a mini-fridge, and a safe in the room, along with towels, a hairdryer, and air conditioning. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but sufficient to rest after a day full of experiences and sightseeing. I will definitely come back if I return to Athens.
What surprised me was that the sink was in the room, not in the bathroom (the bathroom had a toilet and a shower). There was a lack of a towel hook near the sink. The only thing that, in my opinion, is not necessary is getting breakfast at the hotel. You can skip that.

Nice small hotel next to Stavros Building. The staff was polite and the room clean. The bed was also nice and the breakfast even though not with a lot of options on fruit fro example, it was quite ok.
The room had no much caboards or places to lay some stuff. It has only a few hangers on the walls. Not very practical if you are 2 people who want to empty the suitcase, it was practically impossible.

Newer hotel in a neighborhood in Athens. Bus to downtown was just a few steps outside the door (takes about 30 minute to get downtown); the same bus stops right outside the front of the hotel on the way back from downtown Athens. The rooms are small but adequate. Not a lot of room for suitcases. The bathroom is small, in fact the toilet is located inside the shower stall. It's all rather new and modern. Bed was comfy. Bedside plugs adequate for charging electronics with your own USB/USB-C adapters. Breakfast is fine, everything you need. Basics: toast, cereal, eggs, coffee, pastries, etc. Staff was helpful. We stayed here two nights before leaving on a cruise from Piraeus. Taxi from the hotel to the cruise port was wonderful...about 15 Euros and the driver took some time (we had a lot of extra time) to show us the lesser known and pretty parts of Piraeus.
Hotel was fine. Nothing really special but reasonably priced and safe neighborhood easily accessible to public bus to see the sights of Athens. BE very careful when getting a taxi to the hotel. We took a taxi from the port after our trip to Hydra to the hotel. The driver was nice enough but we found out later that we were ripped off with the fare. Should have been less than 20 Euros, around 15 even, but he charged us 30 giving us some song and dance about port charges. Lesson learned. Be sure to negotiate, know the total before you get in. Walk away if it seems high. You can use apps on your phone ahead of time to see the usual fares.

A nice simple hotel with polite and friendly staff; close to restaurants and convenience stores. There are a couple of bus stops and a tram stop next to the hotel which makes it easy to get to downtown and Piraeus port or to one of the many beaches alongside the tram line towards Glyfada. A desk in the room and as well as couple of tables in the lobby were available, if you need to work remotely. Also a nice patio/seating area in the front. Good wifi. Breakfast was available but we just went to the small bakery next to the hotel for some pastries and frappes.
No chairs/sitting on the balcony.
