Very good location as it was walking distance to the shops. Very comfortable and accommodating staff.

It could have a more comfortable buffet breakfast rather than breakfast in a box.

The location is fantastic, in a quiet corner of Kifissia close to all the shops restaurants etc. The room was super cleand and comfortable with a beautiful view to the main street.

The receptionist offered to book us a taxi to Piraeus without saying what the price is which usually means it’s standard taxi rate. However upon the drop off at Piraeus port the driver aggressively said to “give him 50 euros and go” although the meter said 38. When we asked him why he is pumping the price up he said to discuss it with the hotel and not with him. So now that we got scammed we definitely won’t book the hotel again. Sorry but that’s not how you do business.

Room is spacious, clean, just as on pictures. View was amazing! I really liked it, staff was kind and helpful. All in all one of the better experiences

Only two things i didn’t like were the fact that they have carpets which are light color every single stain is visible even thought it has been clean. Anyhow they told me that they are in process of changing it. Second thing i didn’t like was breakfast it was the same every single morning. (Bagel philadelphia and ham + and amazing croissant with chocolate+ banana+yogurt with honey and orange juice)

Nice building in a great location close to restaurants and shops. Very easy to get to from the airport via Attiki Odos motorway. Generously sized suites with balconies which are bigger than the average room in neighbouring hotels. Also it doesn’t mention it on the booking.com page but the hotel also provides breakfast boxes for each guest every morning (juice, yoghurt, bagel and croissant) which is a nice bonus (double check via message to confirm)

Tiny antique elevator which only fits one person with bags/suitcases and not really convenient for travelling with large/many suitcases. Also if you are driving, you need to be lucky with the parking nearby, as Kefalari/Kifisia are busy areas, especially on Friday nights and weekends. Hotel itself needs a bit of a facelift, especially the carpets. Sometimes on weekend nights the streets can be a bit noisy in the evening, but not during all the hours.

It is a boutique hotel, located at a high end neighbourhood. Greenery, picturesque villas surrounding the hotel. Staff is beyond helpful. We received breakfast at the comfort of our room. The room was spacious, AC working properly despite 42 °C outside. Metro station is a 10-minute walk that goes directly to Athens city center.

The street where the hotel is located has many restaurants. At night, the music and shouting was very loud, we woke up for the collection of glass bottles despite closed windows. If you book, I would advise to be not on the streetfront with the restaurants.

Very central and close to all you need, food, bars etc. also close to the train station. The staff are really great. Nice and pampering towels, soaps and other nice things.

The room was a little smaller than i expected and the breakfast in the box was not really nice, especially since there is no real place to eat it, even worse if you are a couple. Parking might also be a challenge...

The location is amazing , staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast boxes were very good and there was free water which was so necessary under this heat.

The elevator although a historical landmark was not easy to use , the beige carpet needs to go immediately and the bathroom needs refurbishing immediately.

The hotel's small athmosphere, a bot far from the centre of Athens but easily accesible by metro. Very nice staff, particularly the night porter.

The carpet in our room had many stains and the canape had also the seat damaged. We were informed that the hotel is currently going through a renovation so hopefullly these minor issues will be addressed Otherwise very comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice toiletries. Breakfast not very diverse and no options.

The location is great, outside terrace for working from was perfect - with a coffee station and snacks. Aircon in the room was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The renovations were not in progress, so unfortunately the rooms still have poor carpets - which really need replacing to do the hotel justice. A safety/comfort note, regarding the bath/shower. The bath is not safe to access for use of the shower. I'd prefer and suggest installing dedicated showers in the bathrooms.

Great location. The staff were very nice and always keen to help out and provide with suggestions and recommendations. The hotel has been renovated (not fully) and has some very nice touches.

If you are a person who likes silence while sleeping avoid room 12B(3rd floor) as it is next to the aircondition compressors and make quite the noise all night. Also the room’s aircondition was on low fan but sounded like it was on super high fan. The room’s bathroom also needs a renovation.
