A hidden gem hidden among the trees of Kifissia. I had booked a simple room because I was traveling alone and I had a pleasant surprise of upgrading the room to a beautiful and romantic room.. I was ready to send a message to my wife to take the plane and come. We will definitely visit together next time. Now the most important thing you look at in a hotel is cleanliness and it was spotless. Perfectly functional and spacious with everything a traveler needs in his stay. Even though I only stayed 1 night .. that was great! Thank you!

An excellent experience ! Location is perfect, you have everything near by, All the hotel’s facilities are very well designed and practical. The rooms are elegant and the bed is very comfortable. The climate control is very efficient. Exceptional breakfast is served in the restaurant area, which was brilliantly transformed into my “office” area during the day and later on to the best dinning experience I had in town. The hotel’s restaurant is a must !! The private parking on site is definitely very handy!!! I will be returning very shortly! and I would definitely recommend it for your stay and you dinning

Hotel is completely new. The decor of the rooms is spectacular. Staff were so helpful and made my stay so enjoyable. I was in Athens solo for IVF treatment and the staff were so thoughtful and I made me feel like a VIP :) Breakfast is in the twenty-one restaurant which is such a beautiful restaurant. The hotel is in the centre of kifisia with plenty of things to do. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

From the moment we arrived until the moment that we left, three days later, the staff were warm, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They had the level of professionalism that one finds in the international hotel groups but the warmth at The TwentyOne seemed more genuine, more personal. The hotel is located in a leafy suburb, which is ideal in the hot weather of summer. The decoration and furniture felt like home. The breakfast was out of this world, with homemade cakes and savouries. The staff were welcoming to my dog, who liked them in return. Phoebe is a great judge of character.

I cannot think of anything that could have made the stay better.

Our stay at this charming boutique hotel was exceptional. The stunning design and serene atmosphere created a perfect retreat. Outstanding friendliness’s service and an excellent restaurant . The hotel is located in a vibrant neighborhood filled with restaurants and boutiques, with metro access to central Athens,. Highly recommended!

Really good location, walking distance to the shopping area of Kifissia and really close to all kinds of cafe bars, restaurants etc. The hotel has been recently renovated in a modern stylish theme that is very relaxing and welcoming. Extremely good housekeeping and the rooms are kept clean throughout the day. The staff were amazing, really professional and service minded, made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast is really good, and follows the general boutique theme of the hotel i.e not too wide a selection but with unique exclusive products that you wouln't normally find in other hotel breakfast buffets. Hotel restaurant and bar are top notch, highly recommeneded!

We had booked a room with a balcony and were disappointed upon check in to learn that we no longer had a room with a balcony. However, it turned out that we had been upgraded to a Skyview deluxe suite because the pool which the balcony rooms overlooked was under construction, which would be starting early in the morning even at weekends (we discovered this to be the case the following morning). We loved the Skylight over the bed and slept with it open to the stars all night, which was lovely. There were some nice extra touches in the room. Because we arrived late we ordered room service and the food was exceptional. We enjoyed our meal at the desk and table on the downstairs floor of the "duplex" skyview suite. Breakfast was excellent quality and was a good selection. We enjoyed the location of the hotel being a short walk from the restaurants and shops of Kifissia. Unfortunately we just had an overnight stay so had no time to explore. We enjoyed this hotel and would certainly recommend if being in central Athens wasn't a necessity.

Nothing really - the only slight niggle is there was not enough floor space to keep the suitcase open overnight in the room but a plan was easily made...

Imagine feeling like you’re in the countryside or forest but actually you’re in the heart of kifissia. It’s tucked away but in a fantastic location. Close to the metro, gorgeous scenery. Near parks and shops and restaurants. The staff were SO helpful. I had been emailing with them to book a bunch of taxis before the trip because we were in Greece for a wedding which was happening outside of Athens, and they were so quick to respond and helpful to book all the taxis. They also helped my older parents navigate the metro system which I know can’t have been easy ! The hotel was clean and so new, carpets felt like clouds. So many amenities in the room too. I can’t wait to come back once the pool is done.

Loved everything about the property: the interior design is beautiful, the room was spotless clean with everything you needed, the staff was very nice and accommodating, the breakfast was excellent. The location is in a very nice area of Athens, far from the center but accessible with uber or bus.

There’s a few restaurants nearby that had quite loud music and noise until 12-01 AM. While this isn’t the fault of the hotel itself, it made for a less pleasant stay because we couldn’t fall asleep until very late. Closing the windows didn’t entirely help. The parking spots are limited (I think just 3 or 4), so we had to park on the street nearby on a free spot. The streets are very narrow and we found our car with the side mirror broken the morning we left. Again, not the fault of the hotel, just mentioning in case anyone else is traveling here by car to know what to expect.

The hotel Twentyone was truly an amazing stay and will be a very well remembered visit. The location is exceptional and parking was provided with ease. For such a newly opened hotel, they really did get everything right. The professional and friendly service, from cleanliness to room service to even a remarkable meal in their very stylish restaurant also on site. Having a member of staff available at all times when needed was very helpful. The room was beautifully decorated along with all up to date shower features well worth every penny. We will definitely be returning here. A very easy 5 star status! We wish you well in your new hotel. Thank you!
