Hotel is located in a leafy green and quiet neighborhood 👌 away from all the over tourism in the city center. Very good metro connection to the city center about 30 minutes. I arrived in the middle of a heat wave and this area was much cooler and the hotel air-conditioning was perfect. The staff are friendly probably because they are not over stressed by too many tourists. It is a great place if one wants to experience Athens and wind down to a silent night. There are also nice bars and restaurants a few minutes walk from the hotel, so overall value for money.

Just note that the walk from the metro to the hotel is uphill so could be a challenge if one has a stroller or wheelchair.

The menu featured a diverse selection of dishes, each crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The ambience was elegant, and the service was impeccable. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide array of options to suit every palate. Special Touches What really set this hotel apart were the special touches. On our second night, we were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary. These personalized gestures made our stay unforgettable. Far from the city It is located near to last metro station stop where you need a long traveling time to reach downtown not recommended for short stays but good choice for long stays, you hear the noise of your next room as the room walls is without noise cancellation

Breakfast was very good as was the dinner. The hotel is situated a short walk from Kifissia shopping centre with a wide quality shops and restaurants. It is also in a very quiet street and there is no sound of traffic.

I did not like the pillows which were thick and very hard and not at all comfortable. The hotel probably had others but I did not ask. There is very little storage space in a double room so if staying for a week a lot would have to stay in the suitcase.

We tried a couple hotels in the area and this has been the nicest one so far. Rooms were comfortable (only minor point they are a bit dark by design), very clean, nice breakfast and having the gym was handy. There is a bar/ restaurant to sit down and have a coffee, and its only a few minutes walk from many amenities. Staff were very polite, we d go back.

Extremely welcoming and competent staff, always with a smile, finding solutions to everything, open to suggestions. Breakfast is excellent, varied, offering local products and specialties. The location is ideal if you want to avoid the busy city centre. Kifissia is a lovely leafy suburb, but also a commercial hub with very easy metro access to the centre of Athens.

The hotel is located in a very fancy area. Cooler than Athens and very pretty. The hotel is very good, excellent staff (really appreciated their professionalism and availability ) good services , the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

Air conditioning won’t go under 18 C

We happened to time our stay with a pretty decent snowfall and glad we chose this location over any other, the saff we so accommodating and made our stay extremely pleasant. Although we were essentially stuck for 3 days we managed to brave the cold and walk around the neighbourhood, very little was even open but we found an excellent steakhouse and coffee shop only a block or so away in either direction....despite not being able to use them there is a nice shopping area a few minutes away on foot. The room was small but well equipped and comfortable, the gym was well equipped cardio wise, the genral dexor and overall facilities were very nice and welcoming yet modern and stylish. Breakfast and Room Service were excellent, the food was very tasty and portion size generous. The ladies in the restaurant were lovely and the service impeccable and always came with a smile, they make a pretty good coffee which is always a bonus. Would love to stay again, almost had to as the 40 min drive to the airport was 2.5 hours of traversing snow closed roads and GPS failures. Thank you to the gentlemen who helped dig out the rental car, you got us on the road and ultimately home.

The room was great: the bed was comfy and clean, the view is nice - not fantastic, but nice - the bathroom was clean, comfortable and cozy, the staff were very friendly, helpful and always smiling! The area is ideal for what we had in mind, that is an escape from the centre of Athens in a quiet location of the north suburbs!

The bathroom's door could be reinforced so that it can contribute more to the soundproofing of the toilet.
