I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vouliagmen Suites and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service, setting the tone for a truly unforgettable stay. What truly sets Vouliagmeni Suites apart is its exceptional staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was providing local recommendations, arranging transportation, or fulfilling special requests, their dedication to customer service was evident at every turn. The hotel's breakfast options were remarkable and the attentive staff made eating breakfast a pleasure. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Vouliagmeni Suites enough.

Size of the room, huge balcony, big windows, size of bath, breakfast was good quality. Lobby was very inviting like being in a nice house.

Pool wasn't open yet even though it was already warm, no shower facilities provided after check out as our flight was late in the evening. We would have been happy to use the shower facilities and changing room of the pool even with it being not opened yet. They didn't replenish the coffee capsules in the 3 days we were there. When I asked the cleaner if we can get more capsules, she said I need to ring room service.

Location, rooms, breakfast and personnel were perfect. The pleasant smile and respectful attitude of the staff at the reception and restaurant made my day better and I felt very welcome in the hotel.

The room showed minor signs of wear and tear. Leaking tap, cracked joints between tiles and mould around the bath. All it would have taken was an hour of work by an experienced handyman to get the room in perfect condition. I don't know why management doesn't address this one blemish on the beauty of an otherwise perfect hotel.

found a pubic hair on the toilet seat as we arrived to the room,was not very clean under the bed and sofa,one of the mirrors in the bathroom was dirty and i suspect there was bed bugs in the room because we were scratching when we were inside.

The breakfast was good and had a good variety of cereals, fruits and sweets.

The cleanliness of the rooms was ok, but could be much better. The rooms didn’t have bottles of water which should be basic for the price we paid. The A/C was not working well and even after calling the maintenance guy.

The service and staff were amazing, the service was always prompt and the staff were very professional and cordial. The view from our Seaview room balcony was great. The location was very convenient and close to many restaurants and cafés.

Pool bar could've stayed open slightly longer to accommodate the beautiful sunset and would've preferred more Greek music being played by the pool.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. And the location was perfect. Particularly liked the wonderful smelling lavender plants that were outside the front door. Our water front room on the 4th floor had great view. Very close to Vouliagmeni Lake and many wonderful waterfront restaurants. Staff provided beach towels that was very helpful.

AC was turned off for the winter season for the whole building, and as such, the room was a bit too warm. Solved the problem by opening the balcony door and using a fan that was provided by the front desk.

Stayed only for one night but enjoyed our short visit. We booked a double bed but at the first room we found two single beds. We informed the reception and the hotel upgrade us to a larger room without extra cost. The breakfast was amazing with huge variety of salt & sweets dishes. All staff members were very polite and helpful.

Breakfast was superb in both variety, service and style. Generous free soft drink mini bar and snacks on arrival. The location perfect a short stroll to Vouliagmeni Lake and to the beach with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

A little disappointed there was no restaurant but there was plenty of choice within 5 mins walk.
