Great cosy little hotel, with friendly staff, both at reception and restaurant/bar. The food at the restaurant is amazing, eapecially on the menu, breakfast was average, a little small, lacks variety. Small pool area and extremly cold water even on two days where the outside temp was 36-7 degrees. When not crowded it can be a nice place to relax.

Our room was no.11 ground floor. While the room was great and had 2x outside areas, so was quite spacious, the bathroom was terrible. It seems to be desinged for disabled people (We were a family of 3, with a 3 yr okd child so not sure whybthis one was allocated to us), hence when having a shower the water essentially floods the whole bathroom and is then slippery, requiring mutiple towels to soak it up. No vanity of any kind in the bathroom, old and stained shower curtains, really lets the whole room down.

Proximity to the beach was a walk of 10 minutes. Walk to the lake was 20 mins. Great choice of restaurants within walking distance. Large, spacious room with gorgeous patio.

When I booked my reservation, I was only able to book a 2 bdm suite. My husband and I only needed one room. Probably on me for not asking at time of check in, but would have liked to be advised there was a one bedroom (less expensive option) when it was clear there were only two of us on arrival. Nevertheless, nice property. Quiet, comfortable bed.

We loved everything of this hotel. The staff was great since the reservation, helping us in all our requests (massages, transfers, tour). The breakfast is really a good breakfast, well presented and with a lot of good choices. The chefs in the kitchen helped me always for my gluten allergy. I was really happy. The bar was a nice surprise. The rooms are clean and with every comfort. The position of the hotel is perfect for the Sea, the Vouliagmeni lake and also to visit during the day the center of Athens. We thank you again. The hotel is highly recommended.

Very nice room, with nice interior and a huge balcony which had outdoors furniture and options to hang up your wet towels and clothes outside. Bathroom was also really big. I really liked that there was a bathrobe and slippers in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Extra plus that you could borrow beach towels at the reception.

Breakfast could've been better, I really didn't like that you had to pay extra to get a cappuccino at breakfast, I have never experienced that before in any hotel I've visited. Also there could've been more fruits/fruitsalad. The room was a bit dusty.

What stood out for us was the staff! Very attentive, helpful and friendly. They would heat up milk for our baby every morning, when we asked for one extra coat hanger, they brought us 5 etc. The hotel is in a good location, there’s some construction next door which obviously isn’t the hotels fault. Rooms were clean, balcony not so much but is of course hard to keep clean as it’s outside.

Seems pricy for what it is, granted Vouliagmeni is an expensive area. One wouldn’t expect to have to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast.

The staff were exceptional. Polite, Happy to help and always smiling. Really did make you feel special and welcome. The rooms were superbly cleaned and spotless every single day.

Our room was 204, strangely there was a 204a. We heard lots of noises from their room. Some interesting noises too! So the rooms were far too close together. Also at breakfast I was disappointed we didn't have fresh fruit. Watermelon, melon, are a minimum at breakfast especially in countries where its grown. I ended up buying my OWN watermelon to have at breakfast alone with figs. Terrible toaster machine, looked like a rotating hotel one but didn't rotate. Hands in there, tongs... either rotating or just normal toaster as this machine is dangerous. Lastly our television was on the side of the bed and you would really get into difficult positions to watch TV. Very small things...making a big difference. We would definitely be back here. We loved it. Small changes please

It has a nice outdoor pool. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basics. The breakfast was ok but cappuccino was extra costs.

On my first night there, I woke up around 9AM to someone entering the room with a card key. Turns out it was the hotel staff coming to clean the room. The receptionist apologized and thought the room was empty given my partner leaving in the morning. However, they didn’t use the etiquette of knocking before using a card key to enter a room and especially at 9AM which is early even for doing rounds of cleaning. This made me feel a bit nervous for the rest of my stay. It was sloppy for a hotel that expensive.

Super location for the beach club nearby. Very safe, cute little town. Good restaurants nearby and most at very reasonable prices. We travelled off-season but pool still open (unheated) which is good (we didn’t dare dip in!) Staff are very friendly and it’s so clear they want you to enjoy your stay.

This is being very, very picky…. Breakfast was pretty good but since it’s all buffet it can get lukewarm too quickly. We’d experienced a place where the cold items were on buffet and hot was to order. But it was still a good breakfast.

We received an upgrade to an executive suite on the last floor that was absolutely amazing. Made us instantly regret that we were only spending one night in this hotel. The suite was very clean, spacious, with a huge terrasse. Needless to say that we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. (so please take this review with a pinch of salt, we are very biased :D ) The breakfast presented a very good variety of hot and cold dishes. The location was quiet, with plenty of parking space around the hotel.

The breakfast seemed a little bit poorly managed, as the tables were kind of crowded in a space too small for them, and still not always enough for the number of people that kept coming down to eat. There was very little room around the buffet so people were crowding there too.

Wonderful staff. Without exception, the staff could not have been more helpful and obliging. Proximity to the beaches and restaurants is good.

Nothing to do with the hotel but the pavements in the area where the hotel is located are pretty appalling and for anyone who has difficulty in walking it could be rather difficult to get around. We actually took taxis to restaurants at lunchtime as, pavements aside, the heat was not good for walking - we are in our late 70s though with suspect mobility!
