A great luxury resort in athens. The service and the crew give you the feel you are welcome and very respected. The facilities are perfect. Spa treatments was great and the gym is the best hotel gym we been to. The food was very good and fresh as well with different varations . The house keeping is very caring as well . Thank you for making us feel good and welcome.

The resort is pretty far from the center and other places in athens. spa facilities should work a bit longer especially during the winter time when outdoor pools and the sea is not an option.

It is really lovely. We were there as they were opening some of the amenities for the summer season, so didn't get to experience everything but we really enjoyed the main pool area, the fitness center, the great breakfast and even just walking around the property - the landscaping and plantings are beautiful.

You really need a car unless you plan to have all your meals on property (they do have a lot of options). But if you want to experience a more authentic restaurant, you need venture out.

We stayed in Arion hotel, which is recommended for adults or family with grown children, Nafsika is more appropriate for families with small children. The bay is very nice. There is enough sunbeds, in the afternoon you sometimes struggle to find a proper one, but still fine. We used adult pool for morning swimming, it was clean with nice view in a quiet zone. Restaurants are great, BeefBar was a top choice for us, more fun is in Matsuhisa Nobu Restaurant with good night vibes. Taverna 37 has romantic atmosphere for a dinner, but we used this restaurant only for breakfast. Mercato is italian one in Nafsika hotel with great views and good food. For a daily swimming we used Astir beach, which is easily reachable from bungalow part of the property. Hotel has lot of modern equipment for water sports. Staff is top. We used Spa for several treatments (massage or facial treatments) and it was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, it is Four Seasons' standard, my most preferred hotel chain in the world :)

Wow, where do I begin? Staying @ a Four Seasons was in my Bucket list. I decided to splurge & stay here after our Turkish/Greek cruise. I loved the beautiful modern decor, large room, comfy duvet & feather pillows, Diptyque soaps, conditioner & lotion, fancy mirror/TV, great array of exquisite complimentary fruit,coffees & teas AND the kids got Easter chocolates!! How thoughtful! My kids & I played tennis, & I had a tennis lesson also. Excellent service there! The spa was incredible, all I had time for was the steam room & sauna. I loved the outdoor quiet pool dip after tennis. Room service for dinner was awesome, we didn’t need to walk anywhere :-). Breakfast was great—so many choices—I was bummed to eat super fast, as my kids were late getting ready & I had to run to tennis. Incredible carrot cake, eggs Benedict, cheeses, breads, fruits, smoothies, smoked salmon and more! If I come back, I will make time to eat breakfast. Everything was so lovely!

Not Four Seasons’ fault— I brought a warm swim shirt to try swimming at the beach. It was still too cold with a thermal swim shirt! I must have lasted 3 seconds in the water.

Our room was incredible, spacious and really well equipped. Huge bathtub with a view and a separate shower and 2 sinks. Loads of towels and toiletries. The large bed was super comfy we slept so well. On the balcony was a large corner sofa to relax on and take in the superb view of the pool area, beach and across the stunning bay. The staff were all amazing, so helpful and polite. On my husband's birthday they even delivered a bottle of champagne and a beautiful cake to our room. It really made his day! Outside, the pools and private beaches were spotless and the water was so warm, loved the different swimming options. Towels provided at each area. Breakfast was exceptional, with something different each day. Great smoothies and breads etc. It was all so healthy. The food in the restaurant was also outstanding. Something I found impressive was the complete lack of plastic bottles, in fact hardly anything is made from plastic here. How fantastic is that!! We will most definitely be back soon. Thank you so much for making our visit so special.

the place very nice , the wide area , the breakfast restaurant in the 5th floor the staff in the restaurant they are very professional very. fast and polite.

the room is very small compared to the price, the room service is very weak, we are 3 people and they put things in the path room for one person the staff on the reception not qualified enough, make the payment complicated , drivers of the car unprofessional and they deal with the customers very bad and speak language the customer doesn’t understand it not English language.

the breakfast buffet could be better for such a luxurious hotel. it was limited in choices and you had to ask for all the extras.

The concierge team was super great, specifically Jopusha and Marasila (I hope I did pronounce her name correctly). The staff were welcoming, easy to deal with, and spoke good English. For me, it was super to deal with the concierge team, to be honest.

The location was far from the city, and the sea trips and activities were expensive. It's worth it but costly.

The breakfast was diverse and for all tastes, especially for fitness junks, who need protein snack and healthy breakfasts. The location where the breakfast was served exceeds my expectation. The view was marvellous!

The couch in the room should be extensible. We stayed with our son in the same room and the couch was very hard and uncomfortable for a child to sleep on!

Iconic location. The Four Seasons has taken over the property and moved the service to another level. I have experienced the Astir under initial management nearly 40 years ago, under Sheraton in the 2000’s and finally under Four Seasons and the difference is notable, so is the price ;-) However I must say that for the price you pay you get the best in terms of genuine, efficient service, a motivated and well trained staff, an excellent choice of restaurants and you meet exceptional people who can truly make a difference in your stay. We experienced an unfortunate accident while in the property and the staff was unbelievable in their response, support and help that was offered from the management. In true Four Seasons style, the attention to detail and care for the guests was there from the minute we entered the property. A particular nod to all the Reception team who were great, to Chef Sergio at the Mercato , to his staff who serve with a smile while being themselves, to the staff at the tennis who were so helpful in sorting out the accident we had, to the bellboys and golf cart drivers who were relentlessly helping out by scorching heat temperatures, to the housekeeping team and room service staff.

The only small issue we faced was with regard to the orders at the pool and the beach that were often mixed up or sometimes late in arriving, but all the rest way over compensated these small glitches.
