As others have mentioned, this is a very noisy location. They provide you ear plugs. I have no issues sleeping with noise but I would not reccomend if you have children. Honest review, the rooms are very small, but charming none the less. We arrived very late so there was no one working reception. They left us directions on getting in the room which we had no issues with , but being new to traveling Europe, we had no idea we had to put the white card in the wall for the AC to work until the next day as you couldn't reach anyone at this time. Some instructions on this would have been helpful for us clueless Canadians as it was a very hot night after a long travel day! The location is right in the heart of chaina town. It's pretty cool and a close walk to everything. We loved the vibes , very busy! If your planning to rent a vehicle make sure you reserve with them before arrival. Parking is not easy to find in this location. We rented a scooter and were abel to park it outside the gate but if we had a car we would have had issues. Upon arrival to our room we were greeted with a nice welcome note and a bottle of wine which was a nice added touch. Highly reccomend getting the breakfast package. Breakfast is massive in a very charming restaurant near by. It seemed like the omletts have a whole pack of eggs, massive & delicious food. Kept us full until dinner and is served until 12:30. Amazing for people like us who enjoy to sleep in on a busy vacation!! Thank you for the hospitality.

Fantastic location as there are places to eat right next door, also close to the bus station and the port. Able to save money by cooking my own food in the kitchen. It has a stovetop and oven (no microwave) so it's just enough for what I needed. There is a washing machine with detergent provided, and a clothes hanger outside, so I can wash clothes myself. Air conditioning is a life saver in the hotter weather. Small seating area outside so you can relax while eating breakfast. For my room there was even an umbrella to provide more shade.

Not the hotel's fault, but due to its location, it can get noisy at night. Nevertheless, this is easily solved by wearing earplugs. To open the box to get the keys, you have to make sure you pull open the door at the same time you are unlocking it when you push down the black button. The box door doesn't snap open.

There was a small hot tub in the room but can only allow the body to soak in partially. The hotel is right in the old town and is easy to walk around. Location is perfect. Our room is behind the street so the noise is much manageable though we can still hear noises close to mid night. But the hotel provided us with ear plug so it was good. Room is spacious and clean. We opted for the breakfast and it was fantastic!

The hot tub is too small but is helpful for the feet to soak in.

None. We mistakenly reserved the wrong type of room, but the host kindly accommodated us by switching to another room with a kitchen and washing machine. Thank you!

cute room in a central location (walking distance from the Venetian harbour and all the restaurants and cafes). it was super clean, newly renovated, comfortable and quiet - the street where they are is full of restaurants, but from the room you can't hear anything. The people at the hotel were so kind! I contacted them to help arrange the taxi from the airport to the hotel and they took care of it... I loved it and would stay here again :)

It's nothing bad really, just note that if you want to reach the reception you have to go kind of through a back steet/alley - there are some signs but it took us a couple of minutes to figure it out

Apartment was spacious and extremely clean!! Great location. It was handy having so many restaurants and coffee shops close by. Everything was within walking distance!! Very close to the beautiful port!!

Great shower!! Renovated bathroom!! However, very small and hardly any room to sit properly on the toilet. Great having the restaurants downstairs, however some night were very noisy.

Amazing location. But also means that parking is difficult to find, the hotel offers parking very nearly (reserved spot) which costs quite a bit but it was very worth it. Sound proofing at least in room 5 is amazing, there are restaurants and bars right as you go outside of the room and they are quite loud and we didn't hear anything in the room, someone was drilling somewhere in one of the mornings and only when we opened the door to the balcony we could hear it. Also owners were responsive in messages. Good air conditioning 👌

More hangers for towels please! Near the sink and shower.

Great little room in the centre of town, very clean and newly renovated. Great advice by the very hospitable owner on any questions we had about the town! Good shower, bed etc. Aircon etc were all working fine. We had a mini fridge with bottled water as well and daily cleaning/tidying.

Not so much dislike but just features... As with many old town properties, there was no lift so getting up narrow stairs with luggage was a little tough but we managed it. No proper wardrobe, but there was a rail with a few hangers. As this is very much the centre of town, it got loud on Friday night even with closed windows! Bring your earplugs if you're sound-sensitive!

Amazing location in the old town. The bath was amazing. Stayed with a baby and 5 year old - the room was very good for kids. We stayed in winter and the flooring was lovely and warm as opposed to so many places in Crete that have cold tiles.

You could hear the bar/restaurant music which I have seen others have not liked - however we didn’t find it a problem, it didn’t stop the children from going to sleep (perhaps white noise?). But if you were looking for somewhere very quiet this would not be your place.

Trendy, clean apartment which even has a washing machine. Comfy bed. Excellent location. Contrary to many other guests reviews it was nice and quiet if you properly closed the door (I think they just upgraded the sound proofing). This was room 7... maybe others are different?

Alley leading to the place is a bit stinky in evening due to bins located in it. Staff had relatively poor English skills and low enthusiasm. Oddly they have a coffee machine but no milk! But you know, nothing major was wrong, it was an excellent place.
