I rarely write reviews, but everything was excellent. Very clean, staff was very polite, excellent location just opposite the beach. I already miss it and I'm sure I will visit again. Thanks everyone!

The location was amazing, right on the beach and about 15 mins walk to the old port and the main bus station. The restaurant premises very well presented and clean with delicious well prepared food with local recipes. Breakfast is adequate and very consistent with a home made local pie, cake and marmalades as well as a traditional Cretan salad to do it yourself. I would appreciate some variety as most guests stay for a few days at least, some croissants and pastries as well as some juice, vegetarian options and maybe a couple of more hot food options instead of just omelette. The sea view rooms are feast for your eyes if you enjoy waking up to that view. All rooms have a nicely redecorated bathroom and well maintained A/C device. Some are really nice and spacious. A family run business with a personal touch and care. Thank you very much!

Some of the room sizes are quite inconsistent and rather small and inconvenient to our expectations. A bit confusing with the star rating of the property and therefore quite unclear of what to actually expect. The corridor, doors and people speaking can be noisy in the early morning when interacting with housekeeping staff. The is no telephone number to call the hotel as a booked guest or just to ask sth that you may need. The sun beds were charge even to hotel guests. Take away breakfast not willingly available to guests who leave for an early day trip.

The room was spacious and very clean every day. The room was cleaned daily by a nice lady that has done an amazing job. Staff is very friendly and they trying their best to make you feel comfortable. Their hospitality is great! Free Wi-Fi is provided by the hotel and also they can arrange transfers from and to the airport. The hotel has Seaview and CityView. Each room has Aircon on two bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and a fridge. The hotel is situated on Nea Chora beach and sea side is across the street!

Amazing location right across the sea with easy access and sun loungers available to hotel guests with a surcharge. The restaurant offers amazing home made local recipes and breakfast is rather adequate with homemade cakes, pie and marmalade with only omelet as a hot option. A very pleasant vibe throughout the restaurant indoor and outdoor premises

This room was very basic with a single bed that was rather small for a large sized person with a brand new renovated bathroom and high quality bedsheets. The first floor was right upstairs from the restaurant back of kitchen or toilets or sth and therefore unpleasant.

The room was well appointed, massive bed and beautiful shower room with a glass shower cabinet and modern shower. Plenty of storage space. The room was cleaned and all bins were emptied every day. The breakfast (included in the room price) was very good, with a good range of choices of cereals, yoghurt, meats and cheeses, bread jams, honey, olives, tomatoes, etc.

We were in a back room and the view from the balcony was onto a building site. A drying rack, or a washing line on the balcony would have been helpful. There was only one mirror, in the shower room. A mirror over the dressing table would have made doing hair, makeup etc easier.

Very close to the sea and, a lot of tavernas neraby. There is also less crowded beach but you have to walk 15 minutes on it. The bathroom was brand new, has also string to hangs wet clothes under the shower. Every day room service make it nice and clean with beautiful figures made of towels and flowers make you feel comfortable. Good breakfast with a greek products and friendly very family people. Very helpful staff just if you want something just ask for help and they will do it. Also there was WiFi in entire hotel.

During my residence there was a renovation of the building opposite my balcony. So it was noisy at the morning. Also in the last day I found big bug under my shoe, don't know what it was but looked like cockroach. But you shouldn't think about it. Also I would prefer to have a sting to dry my clothes outside, on the balcony where it was sunnier and warmer so it will dry quicker. Bed was good but little bit too small. I was waking up at night with fear that I am falling. Also pillow was very soft and didn't like it but for sure you can ask for second one. The bathroom and balkony are brand new but room itself needs more attention. Would he great with new floor and new table and closet. But it's just appearance every thing was just fine.

Fantastic service, from the first day to the last we have nothing but praise for this hotel and all the staff. The location is perfect, close to several beaches and only a 15-20 minute walk to the center of Chania. A romantic view from the balcony of the sea and the beach, which is only 5 meters from the Hotel. The breakfast was excellent and varied, there is something for everyone. We must especially praise the lovely lady who cleaned our room every day and made hearts and swans out of towels.

Outstanding hotel run by three sisters who were absolutely skilled in making us feel at home! Everything was perfect. The location, all the staff, the bedroom, the food, everything! I hope you read my review and I hope you know that you are doing a great job! We will definitely return to Crete, a fantastic island, of course at the Frini Hotel. This is an exceptionally clean and well managed hotel run by 3 wonderful sisters, they are super helpful, answering all our questions. Silvia is the absolute queen of housekeeping, the level of cleanliness matches a 5 star hotel, she makes the cutest “artwork” with towels and has a great attitude. We also loved the bar staff who were so attentive and nice. Breakfast was great, not a single thing missing. If we ever find ourselves in Chania again we’d stay there!

Can’t fault this place.

Location is excellent. On promenade and sea view is beautiful. Staff really nice. All of them friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurant/cafes along the promenade and more in Chania harbour which takes roughly 10-15 minutes to walk either along the promenade or the back road behind the hotel. Frini hotel have their own sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach in front for only €8 for two beds and an umbrella. Great value. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend Frini to anyone staying in Chania.
