Only thing missing was microwave, knifes, , and bowls from the apartment

Everything was very clean and new, the beach was just a few minutes of walk and we were able to see it from the side of over terrace. There is a little parking lot next to the hotel, you drive through very narrow streets but it is OK, we managed to find a parking spot every day of our stay. Also the old town was relatively near and you could walk by the sea all the way.

The beds were not too comfortable. And the stairs were litlle bit tricky.

Great location, comfortable beds, pleasant check-in and check-out. You can leave your bags/suitcases there after the check out. Also I'm really greatful that I could check in earlier. Over all great experience. Would 100% recommend.

Everything was great but I have some thinks that I missed there. There was just kettle but no tea, coffee or sugar. Only 1 spoon. I would really appreciate if there was at least basic cutlary and place in the lobby or somewhere where you can heat up food.

Very close to the Nea Chora beach, you can hear the waving sea from the flat. The bed is confortable and the AC is really efficient, which is essential in summertime in Crete. There is room service every day, the bed sheets and towels are constantly changed. Near the Tellus City there is a construction site right now, but if you close the windows, it won't be disturbing.

Great location very spacious room which was cleaned daily beach just less than a minute walk on a lovely strip with lovely taverns and restaurants all with a sea view short walk to the bustling centre of chania ..a pool would have been a nice bonus but with the beach been so close it made up for it.

I really couldn't find fault the price we paid for this accomodation was very good valu.

The location is perfect, just next to the Nea Chora beach few steps and 15 minutes walk to the old town of Chania. The staff was very helpful. It is also very convenient when you want to have a tour from Chania. Just tell the staff and tomorrow you can go. Irini helped me to book a taxi to the airport that made the trip went smoothly. Strongly recommend if you need a place next to the sea of Chania and enjoy smooth holidays.

The air-conditioner was a little bit weak and took a little bit long time to cool down the room.

What a fabulous location, a 15second walk to the beach! Very clean, and a super comfortable bed(and I’m fussy) We were also able to hire a car, from the Host, and there is onsite car parking. Lovely Host and also our cleaning Lady -Thankyou

Everything was ok. There’s no frills or fancy, but that’s ok.

The location was perfect- a stroll by the sea from the Chania’s center - still a lot of cafes and restaurants just nearby. We had all the pleasures of the beach just downstairs. The checkin was quick and the owners have arranged it for us to do quite late evening, as we have arrived late. The place is clean and looked after. Comfy beds as well.

Lack of cutlery/ a couple of plates would be useful

The location is great! You can see the beach from the room/balcony, which I enjoyed. The road is a dead-end, so it's quiet. The staff was very friendly; facilities were clean. The hotel itself is a bit noisy, so you can hear people walk in the hallway and open and close their doors, but this seems standard for every hotel i've ever stayed in in Greece (:

Slightly noisy - Fridge in the room makes quite some noise.

The location is excellent, can easily pop back to the room from the nice beach. Plenty of restaurants on the beach front and the Old Town is a short(ish)walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi worked very well for us. Tellus City also have a car hire beside the hotel that worked out great for us for a single day rental.

The bathroom has a wet room floor so can get wet from the shower. A table in the room would be welcome.
