We recently stayed at this fantastic accommodation right in the heart of Old Town, Chania, and it exceeded all our expectations. Traveling with two kids can sometimes be challenging, but the location made our trip incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is perfectly situated, within walking distance to all the charming shops, delightful restaurants, and exciting boat trip departures. This central location allowed us to easily return for a quick break whenever needed, which was a huge plus for our family. The accommodation itself was comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had all the information we needed to make the most of our time in Chania. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Chania. Its unbeatable location and comfortable amenities made our trip memorable and stress-free.

The hotel is in an old building (with retro style furniture throughout the floors), in a narrow street full of café and bar right in the old town near the harbor. The room we got is number 2. it's spacious and comfortable especially the bed which was superb. The check in took a bit longer than the stated time but the guy gave us free beer for the wait.

The bathroom shower has only 1 side door and it could not close entirely so the water gets everywhere in the bathroom. At night it gets quite loud as there are bars and café downstairs. We could still hear the noise clearly even with earplugs in our ears.

Beautiful, stylish apartment in the middle of the old town in Chania - close to harbor and facilities, city beach in walking distance, next to bars and beautiful cafe (so no problem with breakfast or late night drink just next door). Very clean apartment and good bed, Italian coffee for the coffee machine. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, no problem with communication. I asked to change the room because of the loud music form the street and bar and they gave me the quiet room from the patio site. I also asked for a last-minute extension of my stay (yes, I liked this place so much) and they also have gone beyond my wishes. Very recommended for you stay in Chania.

Please note that there is no lift and some rooms face the street, which can be inconvenient in high season

We stayed only for a night, checked in quite late after 9pm. Check in was smooth. Room was basic and clean. Location is perfect, you would expect to hear a lot of noise from the busy street. However in the evening, as long as the windows are closed, you dont hear much from the street.

Since we stayed one night, it did not bother us much, but if you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble. We woke up at 6am with footsteps from other guests due to wooden floors and could not sleep again.

This is a lovely old hotel with some great features, the room we had was very spacious and light (I would have loved a balcony) but we had 3 lovely, large windows on to the street below. The bed was super comfortable, a great shower and plenty of space in the bathroom. A lovely large terrace just outside our room, with some gorgeous plants and small tables etc. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel after we checked out for a few hours, which was incredibly helpful. Good communication with staff prior to arrival re the keys etc.

More hangers please - I think we only had 4 between two of us. The complimentary coffee pod on the first morning was a lovely welcome, but you needed to pay if you wanted extras, which I feel is a little mean - surely there's' not much cost to provide them each morning? Also even if we did want extras there were no staff around when we stayed there so couldn't get any :(

Where to start? Firstly the room was huge with a most heavenly bed. It was perfectly kept with clean towels everyday & spotless housekeeping. Large windows allowed you to hang into the street to take in the ambience of which there was plenty. If you require silence to sleep this room is not for you. We loved it, so much joy & laughter from below. 2 mins direct walk to Port & breathtaking scenery. Now to our concierge. Maria. A pocket rocket who was non stop smiles & positive energy. Gave us her personal what's App for contact for requests. Didn't allow us to want for a thing. Greeted us as though we were family whenever we would see her. Perfect person for front of house, with genuine warmth & the ability to brighten your day. Thank you Maria, you are a gem 💎

Not didn't like but an issue... It was a very tall person who put up the beautiful bathroom mirror. I couldn't see in it at all, granted I'm 160 cm but neither could my husband 180 cm. Easily fixed I'm sure 🥰

Large room in an amazing house in the very centre of Chania. The staff was amazingly helpful.

Beautiful accommodation located in a very cozy street, which is three minutes from the port of the old town. Mari is a very kind, always smiling host who can help with the airport transfer and the optional programs, and gives great advice for the time spent there. We were given a quieter room, but this is obviously the center of the old town, so there are also rooms where the sounds of the evening filter in. In summary, Chania, the Old Town and the accommodation are a very good decision, we will come back :)

Just did an over night stay. Room was lovely, split level, so for 3 of us was great. Coffee facility and a fridge. Nice little balcony. Location is in the heart of town, so you are in amongst the busy streets, which I love. On that note, not loud at night. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Place was great value.

Really could not complain. Just to note, if you arrive by car, you will need to walk to the property. That is not a complaint, but something you should be aware of if you have a lot of luggage or small children etc.

right in the heart of the old town. beautiful old building, lots of wood, clean, simple interiors. the tiny balcony over the street made our room - restaurants and bars below, you could be part of it without going out! All noise stopped by midnight tho, fridge in wardrobe, nice hot shower, kettle in room.

would have-liked bigger cups! For travellers with teabags 😂
