Very peaceful hotel and managed to a high standard. The quality of the rooms and public areas, including gardens and grounds, was very high. A good range of restaurants and an excellent breakfast. The staff were all lovely to deal with and added a friendly aspect to the stay. We were also able to obtain a late check out in the same room which was very helpful and gave us some added quality time at the hotel.

There was only an outdoor seating option for dinner in each of the restaurants. Outside the main summer season it was a little cool for this and it would have been better for at least one restaurant to have had an indoors option. In the summer months it would be perfect as the garden and sea views are lovely.

Food, the rooms were clean. Staff very friendly.

Pool was cold. Expensive for what it offered.

We spent five wonderful and unforgettable days at the Elounda beach hotel. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by extremely warm and personable reception and concierge staff. The hotel has amazing landscaping and it feels like you are staying on a private island in your own world. Elounda beach has THE best location on the mirabello bay with the best views of the bay on either side of the hotel. The hotel beaches were one of the biggest attractions for us and they did not disappoint. They have 2 beaches (1 large and 1 small). We loved the small beach which was almost felt like our private beach. The water was great and refreshing and service was excellent. The rooms have amazing views and are very well equipped The hotel has 4 excellent restaurants on the property with excellent quality food and a wide variety and we never felt the need to go anywhere outside for our meals. The restaurant staff was very accommodating with tables with excellent view and great service. There was a special 3 hour Greek BBQ and song and dance night that was one of the highlights for our stay. The veghera bar which is almost in its own rock island and shaped like a ship was favorite place for drinks and cocktails. Overall the staff of the hotel is amazing and super professional and accommodating. They set very high standards and always aim to satisfy their guests Thank you to the Elounda beach staff for making our stay a memorable one.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, location, cleanliness, service, beautiful setting, the food in the restaurants is very good, my only issue is that the wine list is prices are very high for my taste, I like wine but the cheapest was around €60.00 through to €7000.00 too rich for my taste. the hotel area is wonderfull. The organization of the Easter celebration was on a high level. The breakfast is very various and delicious. But the breakfast box (in case of early departure) disappointed me. The hotel managment should review the possibility to add hot meal in the box as the package is allowed to do it and the hotel level gives an expectation of such care. But it's just a recommendation. Despite of that our stay was amazing.

I loved the location. The staff are amazing and I believe they make the experience so special. The grounds are lovely and the sea was so clear and stunning. Excellent food offering.

I though the sea front bungalow was in a beautiful location, but the decor and furniture needs a major upgrade, so from that perspective I feel they are overpriced.

Location and bathroom where definitely worth the money. Breakfast was very good and staff was helpful all the time. Beds where also pretty comfy.

It would be nice if the staff checked the quality of fruits that was placed in the apartment - oranges where rotten. Also the apartments with the sea view were quite a long walk from the beach.

It's not a Leading Hotel of the World for no reason! We felt looked after & taken care of during our stay. We will be back. The beds are out of this World too: full adjustable & incredibly comfy (Room 131). We loved the extensive breakfast options, sunken bath, walk in shower & private balcony overlooking the sea too. Nothing is too much trouble when it comes to service either.

We had a complicated lighting system in the room that also operated the curtains - we couldn't work out how to use it most of the time.

We had rooms with a shared pool which was perfect for us and our children. It meant that we could be separated from the other guests and almost felt like a Villa but then we also had the use of all the hotel. The variety of activities is as also a bonas and we made use of the facilities and the water sports. We all liked the breakfast- yum.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about our stay, however the pool was on the chilly side. It didn’t stop us using it though and glad we had a Bath/shower nearby after. 😃

All staff is so kind. We have been to all restaurants in the hotel. Each one was of a high standard and was very delicious. Rooms are extra clean. Beach is lovely, and the service is fantastic. We will definitely next year visit and stay more.
