Our family had the most amazing holiday at Domes of Elounda. What we liked the most is that everything we asked for, from switching the lights on and keeping them on every night on the tennis court to all kind of different requests at the beach area, the staff would accommodate with the smile on their faces. The culture that exists at the Domes from the general manager George, Lena through all ranks down is a top notch . We cannot recommend enough this place . Keep the good work up and looking forward to coming again.

Everything was perfect.

We stayed in the Luxury Residence and it was perfect for a family of 4. The swimming pool and the patio was the highlight for us. The food at the restaurants on-site was amazing, especially the dinner at Tholos with special cuisine nights. The resort offers a lot of activities to keep both adults & kids busy. And a special mention for the staff for their amazing hospitality and taking care of our every little need. It was an absolute pleasure to be at the Domes of Elounda! Can't wait for our next one!

On our dinner night at the Core restaurant, it didnt serve quite a few things on their limited menu.

The views, the staff, the decor, the food, the pool villa we had and all the complimentary things they did for us. We also loved The Core - the vibe and the food was lovely.

There were parts of the room that seemed dated - not many plug sockets, bed was a makeshift double so uncomfortable, no bed side tables. it was also quite expensive throughout the hotel, they charged you for certain water and not others but didn’t give you a choice of what you received and it would’ve been nicer to have all the restaurants properly included in the half board.

Loved the property, truly spectacular all around family vacation. Large resort with several restaurants, teens club, gym, tennis court, nice beach, pool etc. Everything was clean, fun to drive around in the buggies. Beautiful rooms with big pool. Liked the stylish decor. Haute living a great plus. Views from hotel on Spinalonga are magical. Visit of the island very interesting. Very friendly and extremely accommodating staff.

Pools a little bit cold but it was October after all. Buffet restaurant was not as good as the others, food was repetitive and of a lower standard.

The rooms were gorgeous, almost as gorgeous as the view. One of the most gorgeous and scenic views I have ever seen. The staff could not have been more friendly. From the Guest Relations Staff, particularly Ina, to the absolutely lovely, helpful and service oriented house keeping staff. Special shout out to the restaurant workers who dealt with everything with a smile.

We would have liked more kids friendly activities/ play spaces. The kids club is only available if you leave your children which I didn’t want to do on vacation ( they’re in school during the year) There are also no slides or fountains for the kids at the pool. Even just a small statue that spits water would be great. Also the incline to the beach is unbearable with kids and accessories in tow

really fab staff that bent over backwards to accommodate our baby who is dairy intolerant. We were stunned that they had bought him special yoghurt and spreads. the baby cot was excellent with a proper mattress. food was pretty good. some days excellent and some days average. the one bedroom set up was just amazing so we could put our baby to bed in the lounge and then not have to worry about using the bathroom/ watching tv/ being out on the patio.

for the baby/kids food there could be a bigger selection. it would have been good to have always offered plain pasta and plain boiled/steamed veg without oil and butter. there was a 7 euro Prosecco which was horrid and a 25 euro glass of champagne and nothing in between. would have like a nice cava or cremant. our hot tub was cold for 4 days. there were ants in our room but this was resolved very quickly. the on site restaurants (other than the included buffet) are expensive.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff is very friendly and service minded. Surroundings are beautiful, view is spectacular, plenty of ammenities, beautiful tenniscourt, pilates on the beach, nice heated pool, good choice of restaurants. Nice, spacious rooms with an outdoor jacuzzi.

Everything was perfect, we will defenitely come again. If you like a view, chose a room with sea view, it's defenitely worth the money.The garden view rooms are not as nice.

The hotel was beautiful! We enjoyed visiting the beach on a number of occasions during our stay and the pool, both of which were incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel complex was beautiful, with helpful buggies which were able to transport us round (especially up the steep hills!) Food and wine at the restaurants were the best we have ever had! We also travelled to Elounda, which was great for food and seeing local fishing boats. We cannot rate this hotel enough!

During our stay the Core area was quieter than we expected, potentially due to bad weather and wind during our stay! This left a little bit of a low atmosphere, however the staff were very attentive and we definitely had a lot of fun!

Toys and play area are only if you leave your baby alone in the crèche They are v strict at breakfast and would not just give us a croissant so we could pack and leave Not enough bottled water in the villa No teacups in the villa Not possible to get a hot cup of tea at breakfast. Getting hot drinks and orange juice at breakfast could be awkward The villa looked at hit worn and unloved in some areas and the outside area was quite barren although the extent of the space was great The food was nice and the fish was always well cooked but I’d have preferred traditional Greek food. Luckily there are some great local tavernas

As previously (it is our third visit) we enjoyed our stay. The kids were delighted and we were happy. Half-board is perfect and there is a good choice of food at noon. We tried most activities available and enjoyed - special thanks to the tennis teacher, very kind and patient with kids. The gardener also needs to be thanked for the beautiful gardens on the hotel's territory.

There are a few areas of betterment and a disappointment. The points to improve: training of the kids club personnel and choice of cocktails at the bar (no Bloody Mary! no Pisco Sour!). A big disappointment was the fact that the beach lost its grass, which used to cover most of it, under the olive trees, and provided a pleasant surface to walk on (as apposed to the not so nice presently used dusty-looking sand with small rocks - almost every member of the family got small cuts on the soles of the feet at one point or another) - can you please put the grass back on the beach?!
