Huge property with different bar areas, internal and external pool, mini market, entertainment stage, gym, football and tennis courts… the list goes on. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The all-inclusive package is definitely worth it. All meals had great variety of main and side dishes, dessert and drinks. The green field between the hotel pool and the beach was perfect to chill during the day and leaving your belongings while swimming in the sea or pool. Because it was my birthday they even upgraded us to one of the top rooms and after checkout we could stay in the premises enjoying our all-inclusive rights until it was time to head to the airport. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I cannot think of anything, really.

I like the beach sandy and clean and all the green area and the activities organised during the day like volleyball and table tennis

I didn't like that the sunbeds on the beach is not included and u should pay if u want to sit down near the beach..also I don't like such kind of people who reserve the sunbeds on the green area all the day by leaving a towel or a piece of clothes and they went out the hotel 3 4 hours that's happened with me when I couldn't find place to sit so I take off one towel and sit so after 3 hours ( 1 pm till 4 pm ) the people came back asking me to give them back their sunbeds and its not logic but of course I refused and told them call the administration so they went away

The hotel is very close to the beach, it has an outdoor and indoor swimming pool. You can play football, tennis, volleyball, ping pong. We booked last minute and they offered us 6 nights of front sea view room at the price of the side sea view.

The food isn't great. I highly recommend eating at tavernas nearby where you can find fresh fish and local food that is way better than what you can find at the hotel.

Perfectly situated at the beach in Faliraki. Sunbeds galore, comfortable room with an amazing view of the beach and the sea. A lot of tasty choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Super friendly staff.

Nothing to complain about really. I just would like to make a suggestion: the Greek bbq evening - you make a reservation the day before, so why not give each room their seating/table number in advance. You the guest can find your table on your own and people would not have to stand in line, the hostess would not have to get stressed and drink orders could be processed quicker. No biggie really - we enjoyed the evening immensely.

Breakfats, lunch, dinner: Food was great - huge selection - we always found amazing options for ourselves. It is not mundane, not too repetitive either. Staff was really nice overall, with a few exceptions, but this is the same everywhere. Room, beach: The room was spacious, comfortable. The view was amazing. Sunbeds and beach towels are free of charge! Some people go down to the beach in the morning and put there towels on the sunbeds in order to reserve them. No need to worry, there are plenty of sunbeds and we still always found one for ourselves. All inclusive: Everything was included as advertised, you get a plastic bracelet upon your arrival and that's how they. Drinks by the pool beach are included until midnight. You can even get pizza, hotdog and other food by the pool. Unfortunately we only found this out on day 3 :) We used the gym too, pretty cool, although sometimes it gets busy as it is a small gym.

Breakfast: It is a little bit strange that while every place we've been to yet has coffee you can pour for yourself in the morning, here you have to wait for the waiter until they walk up to you and take you drink orders. Sometimes you have to wait is all. Strange system, but nothing to worry about. Room: 2-3 mornings we woke up to cigarette smoke smell coming from the AC vent. If they would check where it is where people smoke, they could but a No Smoking sign there, so the smell doesn't get into the rooms through the ventilation system. This smell was present on the corridors as well plenty times. All inclusive: Drinks seemed to be watered down. Beer for example was meh, same beer from the same brewery tasted much better in town.

The hotel is wonderful. In a very nice area, in front of a very calm and beautiful sand sea (where you can swim without shoes) and with awesome pools. The hotel has an awesome view from the sea, where you can see some boats and the movement in the beach itself. The apartments are cosy and well clean, with good showers and facilities. The semi Olympic pool is amazing and the facilities, such as ping pong and the children playground, are very good.

The food is quite repetitive. I think we were smart to only get breakfast, because there are a plenty of restaurants nearby to discover.

We were absolutely delighted with the hotel. All the staff (front desk, breakfast, housekeeping) were very nice, helpful, helpful, English speaking, pro-client oriented. The hotel is very clean, air conditioned. There is a large parking lot right next to the hotel with canopies, so we always had a place to park and the car was not hot in the morning. There was plenty of seating for breakfast and the food was absolutely incredible. And there was definitely plenty of it. We traveled around the island and ate in restaurants, so we can't rate the lunches and dinners. We really appreciated the access to the beach as there is a large grassy area behind the hotel with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. It was extremely hot at the time of our stay, and the grass was much easier to bear. Just beyond the grass is a sandy beach, the sea is incredibly clean. Faliraki is a very lively and a bit noisy place at night, but the rooms were well insulated so nothing disturbed us. There is plenty of space between the road in front of the hotel so you can't hear cars or clubs. Faliraki is a great place for excursions around the island.

The only thing that didn't suit me was the high pillow, but I dealt with it.

If you want to feel calm and relaxed environment, this hotel is for you. Our room was cleaned well every day. Comfortable mattress. Soundproofing is good enough. Bathroom is clean and comfy. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Just a few small things. One time, we were waiting for cappuccino during the breakfast for 25 minutes and didn't get it. When we've finished our meals and were about to leave, the waitress told us that "they have just 1 bar for 600 people" like it was our fault to order 1 cappuccino in the morning. We were not even asking her anything, just wanted to leave. It worth to mention that it never happened to other waiters. Greek dinner wasn't well organized. Hundreds of people were sitting and waiting for a command to go get food. There was a huge line for food after that. And this special food wasn't much better compare to a regular dinner. Pillows could be better. It was like too high for me. It would be nice to have more different types of pillows in the room.

Simply everything, it is a long list! Excellent service, breathtaking view over the beach, delicious and great quality food, comfortable beds...

Some minor things which could be improved: Isolation of the rooms are not the best. To me the price for AI option is a little bit high and already in the range of 5* hotels and resorts. Also the prices of the snack bar menu items were higher than expected (for example 10€ for a simple pizza) Outside heated pool temperature could be a few degrees higher.

Room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, with very nice sea view. Fruit in the room upon arrival was very nice. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Staff are kind and helpful. There are a lot of free sunbeds for guests at the beach and it is a very good idea that the sunbeds are on grass and not on sand, because the sand was very, very hot. The beach is clean, not crowded in July, the sea is shallow with small waves sometimes, suitable for children as well. The location is good, lot of shops, bars, restaurants are in walking distance.
