I like the beach, the sea is perfect, location is really good. A lot of clubs around the hotel. Room had a nice view to the sea. Sara and Aggelos from the bar, and beautiful blonde who makes the coctails on the pool bar during the day are very positive.

Food could be better and more diverse absolutely, almost same food all day everyday. You don’t have the snacks between breakfast-lunch and dinner although it’s all inslusive. All that is extra charged, also the first row of lounge chairs. Air freshener was working only first day, after that our room was too hot even tho’ we put it on 5• they need to clean airconditoner.

The hotel is very beautiful and the location is great

The air conditioner was a little bit low and it was a little bit hot at night. The veriaty of the food wasn't that great for a 5 star hotel. Also the the issue with the beach that only rows 4,3 are available for the hotel guests without extra charge is kinda annoying.

Very nice hotel in Faliraki city center. Great territory with sandy beach, green areas and 3 pools. All is either new or kept well in a good condition - from sunbeds outside to furniture in the room. Exceptionally polite and warm staff of the hotel - housekeepers, receptionists, baristas, waitresses - all of them! We stayed here with 1 year old - baby cot was in the room and child seats ready for us in all of the restaurants. At our arrival day there was a basket of fruits with a welcome note left in the room for us. All small details (e.g. morning coffee with a heart symbol, greetings for a birthday, etc) made our stay here nice and cosy. By the way - food quality and variety of choice was exeptional! Would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone and would be very happy if I get to visit it again. Best wishes to all of you! <3

August 2024

The hotel itself is beautiful, there is direct access to the beach/sea, pools are nice, location is very good. Seaside is clean and even in August it was not crowded.

We have stayed before in 5* hotels all over the world and this was definitely not a 5* one. Customer service and food selection are poor, room was ok but looked old, there are ants even on the 2nd floor rooms. We have paid for a room with shared pool, only those rooms supposed to use it, but of course everyone else used it and when "complained at the reception" they said there is nothing they can do about it, so a waste of money.

Overall very good and positive experience. Staff is really wonderful. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The waitresses at breakfast would even hold our baby so we could eat. everyone from the cleaning ladies to the bartender are professional. Pool: pool is fantastic and big enough for the hotel. It never felt crowded and there are sunbeds for everyone. Kids pool has a big parasol above it which is genius. Beach: beach is beautiful. Crystal clear water. Nice sand. Shower facility by the beach. Beach bar is also good. Too bad beach service isn't included in the all inclusive package. Food: breakfast and dinner are excellent. Lots of variety. Lunch on the other hand is poor. Lunch is served at the taverna blue. You'll have salads, 2 types of meat, veggies, fries and pasta. Not always great to be honest. Snacks are also served at the taverna blue where you have fruit and ice cream. If you want warm snacks (hotdog, pizza, souvlaki, fries, crepe and waffles) you need to go to the sister hotel next door. Too bad... But that's what we would have for lunch most days because the lunch and snacks at taverna blue is very average. Spa: I had the swedish massage and it was wonderful and clean. Highly recommend. Pool towels are available at the spa and you can change them daily of you like. The hotel charged us 40 EUR for a taxi with 2 child seats. It's a bit pricy but at least it's hassle free and our children were safe in the car.

Rooms:we had the suite. The rooms are starting to age. The closets are so dark we needed our phone to see our clothes. Bed was comfortable. Everything was nicely set up for our baby and toddler to sleep. We had a issue with ants. They had given us a welcome fruit basket. Our toddler ate half an apple and we left the rest on the counter. When we returned to our room a few hours later our room was infested with ants everywhere. We called reception and only a few minutes later they sprayed the room and killed 80% of ants. The following day, ants were still present so we asked to change rooms. I'd recommend the hotel adds a note to warn guests as apparently it's a common issue. Just don't leave food outside of the fridge !

This is an exceptional hotel in every way. We had half pension and the food overexceeded our expectations. The food was very good and varied everyday. We was upgraded to a very nice suite with our own swimmingpool. It was clean and so was the room. The staff was always very helpfull in an unstressed way. The Beach and the big pools were also exellent. Our 5 year-Old was in the children club and he quickly felt so safe and happy to be there that we could leave him with sweet Marie and her collegue even if he did not understand them speaking english or german. We will come back again soon I hope.

April 2024

We were family with 2 kids age 9 and 2 on April and stayed at "all inclusive" room The staff was very friendly, the dining rooms are very pleasent, there are a few bars that you can grab drinks The room was spacious and clean The hotel is built in a way that all rooms are pretty close to the dining room, and to the pool Hotel has private beach Gym is nice The pool is heated to around 26 celcious You can use the facilities of the adjacent hotel, they have ping pong table, tennis court, football court, small kids playground

The air conditioner in our room was very weak. It didnt bother us because we were in April The food could use a little upgrade and more variety Maybe because we were at low season but the place need more activities for children

I was afraid we won't have enough attractions for the kids, but eventually it was found to be a perfect choice. Apollo Blue has the quiet and premium look we wanted but in parallel has the near by Apollo beach facilities when you're looking for attractions for the kids and "junk" lunch. The hotel itself is spacious but still everything seems close due to the rounded shape. Faliraki main street is 2 steps away, very accessible for strollers. The biggest hotel advantage are the employees, starting from the room cleaners to the dinning room workers, all were so friendly and welcoming, such a joy to meet each one of them in the morning.

May 2024

The room was large and comfortable and had a great view of the sunrise. We went with the half-board option so we got to enjoy the hearty meals that varied daily. Stavros and the rest of the staff took great care of us! Poolside, there were many lounges and they were clean with easy access to the bar and beach. The beach was sandy with clear waters, so that’s always a win. The hotel was also on a few bus routes, making it easy to get to the Old Town for a wander.

I could have missed this information but I was unaware of the smart causal dress code for dinner. Had I known, I would have packed nicer outfits. Not a big deal though!

May 2024

The rooms and pools have a nice design and setup, it makes it feel very park-like and not like a large tourist accommodation. The food was nice, and with the all inclusive package there are a lot of different food and drink choices all the time. It doesn't get boring at all.

Very few things actually. Our air conditioning was quite weak but as it wasn't very hot yet in May, we just opened the window instead - to be fair we did not complain about it so we don't know what the reaction would have been, but I'm sure they would have found a solution. The children's play room was closed, which was also a bit sad as it looked interesting and there were not many children-specific areas (apart from the baby pool) on the hotel grounds.
