Very clean and wonderful staff

I emailed your property about booking an excursion ahead of time and was clearly told I don’t need to do it ahead of time and unfortunately, by the time we got to the hotel everything was booked. We were extremely upset and your hotel did nothing for us to make good on the bad advice they gave us. They didn’t upgrade us. They didn’t do anything they didn’t even apologize.

The breakfast is great, the pool and beach are lovely with great access. Wonderful to have the bus stop outside. Staff is kind and it is clean and comfortable. We did do one night with the restaurant where you cook your food on the hot stone which has a lovely view and live music later at night. The store on the lobby level was great for anything you might forget or to buy water bottles and snacks- loved that they literally had everything in there available. Would stay here again to relax- we loved the pool with the water features and loved the beach and that they can bring you food and drinks- very convenient.

One odd thing was that they didn't have a bathroom in the lobby level when you arrive. We had to take the elevator to the level above, but they were cleaning it, so we had to go to another level below to use the bathroom. The dinner buffet is not worth it- just go to Faliraki or Old Town at night for dinner.

It was right on the beach. The facility was beautiful with delicious breakfast with wide variety of options and lots of deserts and fresh fruits and vegetables. The room was big and comfortable with beautiful terrace with ocean view. We had king bed with an extra single bed and the room was spacious and comfortable.

There wasn’t enough sunbeds around the the pool. Everybody save them early in the morning. After breakfast you don’t get to have a chair. But if you go to the beach you can find a bed..

Pleasant service, always kind, friendly and willing to help. Food covered a great range, from cheap snacks to high end gourmet. Great location at the beach (no hotel on one side) and towards the city. Bus stop to rhodes city right in front of hotel with buses going every 20 minutes for 2.40 euro. Taxis are cheap otherwise too. A great pick for couples.

Lovely room and nice beach (pebbles though. Staff were excellent and the place is super clean(as you would expect from 5*). We chose an Elite room which had separate rooftop area for breakfast which was lovely. Entertainment most nights although we didn't use it much

Not many places to eat around the hotel so you either go into Faliraki or Rhodes Town (we loved Rhodes Town)or have to pay for hotel buffet

The hotel is comfortable, excellent service in restaurants and in the territory. Calm atmosphere. Conveniently located. Rodos City is 20 minutes by bus, Faliraki 5 minutes. Buses run frequently and quickly. A large, rocky beach with a blue flag. You must kill for approaching the sea!

As you know the main service of the hotel: Comfortable bed! Pillows do not correspond to the level of 5 stars! Flat and hard!

The hotel was in a gorgeous setting on a beautiful beach. The pool was big and no rushing or saving sunbeds. Breakfast had a good choice. Beautiful interior spa, bar and beach. Good location 10 mins in taxi to Faliraki 10 euro each way. 20 mins to Rhodes in taxi 20 euros each way. Ate at Fresh restaurant twice it was very good. Staff at reception always helpful and friendly. Various activities along the beach. Evening drinks at the beach bar with great views and live music. I would recommend the hotel as overall it delivered a relaxing enjoyable stay in a beuatiful setting.

If you are bed and breakfast there is nowhere local to buy lunch or a snack other than to have a meal at the hotel or eat out. If I was AI would have felt it wasnt good value. Dont see the need for elite and non elite customers we've all paid to stay so should get the same level of service and access you need to bring this policy up to date with your clientele and not alienate as equally good options are available at neighbouring hotels. I had a massage at spa and free use of spa facilities on that day alone no movement to an alternate day felt a tad inflexible especially when 2 of the steam/sauna rooms were out of use. On arrival sea view room great view of sea and pool and very clean but daily cleaning was not to a 5 star standard more like 3 star it needs more attention.

Everything. We were evacuated from Pefkos and booked this place last minute at a really good rate and they even upgraded our rooms:). The breakfast was delicious. Rooms clean and large with amazing views. Wine and sweets in the room was a lovely touch. Pool was perfect. All the staff were lovely and the beach bar was especially beautiful with great staff :)

The beach was really nice, just a reminder it's a pebble beach you need shoes. the hotel was really nice staff is super friendly the food was delicious

the air conditioning unit was automatically set for 25 degrees Celsius For the entire building and could not be adjusted.

This hotel values more than 5 stars! We spent two beautiful weeks there and enjoyed every minute. Especially the staff deserves a big thanks. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Also thanks to (tall) Konstantinos for the recommendation about what to see in Rhodes, we really appreciated the time you had for us to help. Moreover, the breakfast was sooo delicious. It has a huge variety of everything and even fresh omelete, yummie. All in all, a perfect stay for us! Every time again :-)
