Nice location, staff very professional, very good restaurants.

Everyday I had buy water bottles to have something to drink in our room during the night because hotel didn't provide water bottles; they didn't filled our mini-fridge from the room with at least 1 big bottle per day, nothing, nada. I'm sure it couldn't cost more them more than 0.5€/bottle, compared with 700€/room/night means nothing for their budget but would have saved me numerous trips to the store so would have provided a huge service very much appreciated by any tourist with little to none expense from their behalf.

Everything was fantastic. The staff were, without fail, really helpful, kind, chatty and engaging. There was a huge selection of food, all clearly freshly made. The spa treatments were amazing. The location of the hotel right on the beach couldn’t have been better. All in all, a wonderful day!

The “free“ taxi ride given to me as a benefit by Booking.com was a complete disaster. The plane was delayed and the taxi driver cancelled. No arrangement was made for another local taxi firm to collect me. I was told to get my own taxi and get a receipt. On arrival at the hotel, the taxi driver said he couldn’t give me one. I explained this to Booking.com who told me there was nothing they could do and they wouldn’t allow me the free taxi ride to be put back on my account, given that I never used it. I was a single woman at 2:30 am in an airport by myself, essentially left stranded. Not impressed!

Room was always kept clean and tidy with daily cleaning. Staff was entirely hospitable, always greeting, giving good and quick service. Restaurant was always kept in order with staff on top of their work. Variety of food is more than one can choose. It`s private parking area was useful. Porters assisted immediately with everything. Animation, and bar areas worked well. They have been nice to leave a cute gift and a kind letter in the room at last day. They really care.

More local tastes at a-la carte restaurant (e.g. taverna menu) would keep me in the hotel for dinner as well.

The resort was everything you wanted in a relaxing holiday. The location next to it's private beach was excellent. Room was very spacious and clean. The food served at the various eateries was excellent, with good service, and a great assortment of foods for dinner and breakfast in the bistro. The Thalassa restaurant was excellent, food, service, location great, and one night we were there, they had a very talented musician on keyboards, low key (we were sitting closest to him and could still talk), fitting in with the ambience, he was great. The beach was brilliant, very small pebbles, didn't need shoes to walk in, and the water was warm, calm and crystal clear. Even though there's a lot of people staying at the resort, we always got a sun lounges (very comfortable). The pool looked great, but we preferred the beach, so we didn't end up using it. The whole experience for us after travelling around Europe for 4 weeks, was exactly what we needed to finish our trip, and the bonus was the resort was brilliant in everyway.

Nothing, all good.

I had an excellent time here. Having been to many resorts of this type, I was really pleased by the price-quality ratio. My room was amazing, great view to the ocean, excellent bathroom, comfortable beds, and a lot of space - including in the balcony. All dining was an excellent experience - in particular the breakfast is organized in such an efficient manner that there are barely any queues. I had an excellent time lunching or dining at the Thallassa - the employees were of an enormous sympathy in particular one lady (whose name I unfortunately can't remember anymore). The location is amazing for beach holidays. To visit around I really recommend you to get a car, cause if you do, going out to Faliraki, or visiting local areas is much easier. I see other people complaining about no space at the beach chairs or loud entertainment. I was traveling by myself and never had any of these problems (I stayed in the main building were the entertainment takes place). Really amazing stay, cannot recommend more!

There are two things the hotel can improve in my opinion. The indoor pool + Jacuzzi really need some renovations (especially that Jacuzzi is embarrassing and looks extremely unappealing). The second thing is just that the SPA rooms need to be more heated, I was there for a 1h massage and I was freezing to the point I cancelled I had to stop 30 minutes in. Perhaps there was a problem with climatisation that day.

Excellent 5 star hotel. Clean , great sea views , Beds were very comfortable. very good breakfast with wide selection of food including authentic Greek cuisine. Hôtel stuff are friendly and helpful Don't miss the hotel in-house restaurants . The Hotel located 20 min bus drive from the city. ( ask for Bus Time table from the reception ) it is also 20 min walk to Oasis and Tassis beach, if you looking for more Rocky style beach , don't miss Tasos beach restaurant, one of the best we encountered during our stay . Look in youtube for a very deep review : "Rodos Palladium - Hotel Review and Video Tour - 5 Star hotel in Rhodes Greece"

traffic can be heard from the room ,nevertheless when air conditioning fan is working it will entirely absorbed the nose

Breakfast great, lovely clean room, with amazing views, staff lovely. Overall really good hotel.

Beds, was not comfy at all, however on the penultimate day mentioned to the team that said they have a few mattress toppers so they will see if we can have one. It came and god it made the bed from one of the worst beds I’ve slept in to one of the best! We actually were visiting to celebrate our engagement, mentioned this on our booking, there was no acknowledgment of this which would have been lovely, but obviously the hotel isn’t obligated to do anything. They did do a nice touch of a gift on the last night to say thank you for booking which was a great touch.

This is a five star hotel. Period. Everything is exceptional, first-class (e.g. room service twice per day). Availability of stuff is, as Rolls-Royce would put it, “sufficient”, i.e. you won't need more. You just can't. For example, the dinner (or breakfast). First time you go, you probably want to blindfold your kids. Or, even better, also yourself. The abundance or just EVERY délicatesse is incomprehensible. And it's all delicious and perfectly made and cooked. That doesn't mean guests need to be “perfect”. Come as you are. They just ask that you don't come in your swimwear or beach outfit into the restaurant or the bar, that's it for the dress code. You can really relax here, it is such a sweet hotel area, and the beach strip is also fantastic (blue flag, very easy to get in and out, no loud jet skis or motorboats). My white colored hotel room looked like a charm, just lovely, and the view from the balcony–fantastic! The beds, wonderful, I slept like a baby.

The only downside for me was that the bathroom was a bit old-fashioned, with a rather small bathtub, which had a simple shower head, and the tap was a bit stiff and hard to operate. Not sure whether having a bathtub is a requirement for getting the five star rating. I personally prefer a walk-in shower with a top or ceiling-mounted raindrop shower head.

the location was excellent near town and on a very nice clear water beach. The breakfast was outstanding, excellent quality, fresh and delicious fruit, good coffee and everything and anything you might want. Almost everything is run with military precision. Good and prompt house keeping. The sea view room we had, had a nice spacious balcony for 2 people and good view.

The bathroom was dated-you have to go in the bathtub in order to get a shower. Didn't like bath products and they weren't many as I would expect from a Spa hotel. Fridge had only a bottle of water and a bottle of wine in. Water wasn't toped up. Only instant coffee available in the room. Most respectable hotels have Nespresso machines now which I much prefer. The swimming pool looks good from the top but you cannot really swim well as it's shallow without a designated space for swimming. just play in the water. Couldn't get a small jug of coffee on my breakfast table and had to ask for top ups all the time.

The whole team of Rodos Palladium is perfect ! Really perfect ! The hotel complex is situeted in fornt ofthe beach. Pools are well organized and mainted in good way. The food of restouarants are delicios , specially Talasa restourant. The stuff responsible for cleaning is polite and do thier job in discret way. The receptions officers are really top profesionalist.

Beach ! It is not sandy beach. It is beach with stones and sand. For such a hot weather during July-August unbreals on the beach has to be larger .
