Good location, about 2 min from the bus station and in front of public car parking. Less than 5 min walking to the city centre of Fira. Breakfast is good, fruit were not good only the oranges.

The shower of the room I got ever leaks water because the curtains did not fit properly in the shower box, and the whole floor of toilet get wet, we need to put towel as extra rug.

Fantastic location for those looking to stay in Fira. You're about a 2 min walk to the bus station and then 5 mins from some lovely cafes, the supermarket and other amenetities. And if you wanted to walk into Fira town itself, then at most it's a 10 min walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was large, light and very comfortable (incl air con). The pool was really nice and calm too. We were very happy with our room and could not believe what great value for money it was. Breakfast was a little basic but kept us well fed.

There really wasn't a lot that we weren't happy with. Sadly our fridge was slightly broken, and kept freezing everything, and the shower needed a bit of bleach, but thats if I was being really picky

Alex 'the great' lived up to his name. Extremely helpful with his guidance on all matters Santorini and has a good sense of humour. All our requests were met and the other staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble. All aspects of the hotel first class with beds made every day and clean towels every other day. Lovely swimming pool and sunbeds for a late afternoon relax. Located just around the corner to the bus station and centre of Fira...and the Sunsets ! Very good value for money. Would highly recommend 👌

It’s so convenient since the bus terminal is 3 min walking and you can easily take bus to visit all major attractions. Hotel staff was very helpful and nice! It’s in the town center and you can walk (5min) to start seeming the beautiful Santorini along the cliff side. You can walk from here to Oia straight for 3-4 hours ! It’s lovely!

Water pressure was lower than comparable level. Hotel is facing busy street, if you wish to have a quiet and scenic environment- this one does not offer such stuff!

We have been very well welcomed by Alejandro. The hotel is just 3 minutes from the bus station, which is practical. Even so, it is located in the main road, we don’t hear the noises from the cars from inside. There is a very nice and big swim pool. Breakfast was good. Many choices.

We stayed in a room in the ground floor, so we couldn’t open the window or leave the door open. You could easily feel suffocated in that room. There is no air that goes in, maybe also because of that, the room had a bad smell. It was a sad room. We just stayed one night, it was our last night in Santorini and we wanted to stay close to the bus station. But I couldn’t stay more than one night in that room. The others rooms upstairs looked nice though.

So close to the bus station but away from the hustle and bustle of Fira. Amenities nearby (supermarket, restaurants, bars etc). Pool was lovely with comfortable sunbeds. I was really impressed with the way Alex took the time to explain the whole island of Santorini to us at check in (and was always available to answer any questions). It meant we got to see some beautiful sunsets away from the crowds. The breakfast had lots of options (eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, yogurt, fruit etc).

The bathroom was a little dated (shower didn’t have great water pressure) and there was no hair conditioner provided in the bathroom amenities. For our room, we had to go up lots of stairs to reach it - although I do believe this is pretty standard across Santorini/Fira as everything is built on a hill.

Lovely hotel, the family who run the hotel are so lovely, helpful and friendly. Really good breakfast in a morning, I had peaches, cereal and Greek yogurt, which was delicious. Lovely pool area for chilling around. You can buy drinks from the hotel bar and sit round the pool to enjoy. Local bus stop is just around the corner, great for exploring the island, it only cost 2 euros, we visited Oia, Perissa beach, Kamari beach and Pyrgos. Rooms are lovely, I slept really well, we had a balcony with a sea view. All the shops and restaurants in Fira are a short walk away. This hotel is in a perfect location.

Everything from the moment we arrived was simply perfect with the location being in close proximity of the town centre and bus terminus. Friendly family run business all of whom were so friendly and engaging and willing to help wherever possible. The checkin was done to perfection with all relevant and useful information being shared. The rooms were simply delightful and well equipped. Our room was private even though it was litterally next to the large, well-kept swimming pool. The breakfasts were a real treat with a large variety of well Prepared foods, enough to keep you going all day. Check-out was a pleasure, too, with the transfer, arranged by the hotel, arriving well on time. Well done, Hotel Sunrise!

Nothing we didn't like.

The entire place was brilliant. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful - Especially Alex, who checked us in early and was brilliant throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfy, with a large balcony. The reception and communal areas were extremely well-kept, and clean, and the pool area was very nice - plenty of space and secluded. We will definitely be back, and will 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fira.

Our room was large, clean and beautifully decorated. Hotel Sunrise is about 60mt from the main bus terminal and 100mtr to the main shops, supermarkets and restaurants. It is a family run business and all of the family were helpful and welcoming. When we first arrived, Alexander gave us a map and went through things to look at as well as restaurants etc. The breakfast was also good. The pool was magnificent and they supplied pool towels for free. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Fira, Santorini.

The bed was a bit hard but it depends on what you are used to.
