The V Lounge breakfast was outstanding! Staff went over and above. We also had lunch and evening cocktails . Hotel has elevator which is nice. You still need to walk couple flights of stairs to pool area. But worth it. Food and drink also served at poolside. We stayed in room 201 on the upper section. Room was tremendous with indoor hot tub looking out over balcony and caldera. Next time we will try lower suite nearer to pool level!

The location is the best in Fira. Magnificent views one side ,on the other the heart of the city. The quality all around the place was spot on. Excellent breakfast, the staff were very polite and helpful. The bed and bed were first class. Just can't fault the hotel.

Just one occasion the at breakfast time the place was very busy and the service was very slow. The reason for this is the breakfast place is also open to the public at the same time so they have no control over how many people are there at once. Not what you want when you have a boat trip booked.

The room and pool had uninterrupted views of the caldera. With 4 to 5 cruise ships in the caldera everyday, and all those people in the town of Fira, the pool was a great escape from the crowds during the day. We particularly liked the poolside menu for lunch and a nice cold beverage to sip while we watched the incredible sunset every night. The breakfast was next level amazing with several options to choose from, freshly squeezed orange juice and unlimited tea and coffee.

We were given a poor recommendation for scooter rental by staff at the front desk and ended up being ripped off by the owner of Marios Atv Rental (I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU AVOID RENTING ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS) he is a scammer and lied to the hotel after we brought their poor recommendation to their attention. Not a reflection of the hotel but suggest you do your homework regarding scooter or atv hire when in Santorini.

The caldera view is awesome. I highly recommend you get this room. While we are in the center, it's actually pretty quiet probably because we are facing the caldera and not the street. Limited selection on buffet breakfast but they give you a menu to order hot breakfast which is really nice, as well as order your coffee. Very helpful in recommending a restaurant. They called and reserve a table for us, and we skipped the queue when we got there. Also, Constantino was very helpful in directing when the taxi was going to pick us up going to the airport.

Didn't realize they share the pool with their sister property, Panorama Suites, not a big deal.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip. The views are truly amazing and the staff, facilities and location were all perfect! Located right in the main town of Fira and near buses and taxis, this was the perfect location for our stay in Santorini.

You do have to go down two lifts and two sets of stairs to get to the pool - this was completely fine for us as we usually stayed down there for hours at a time with the pool bar open and plenty of deck chairs. Might not be ideal for older couples with bad hips or knees.

+ the amazing view from the balcony + the location, right into the heart of Fira. + swimming pool + staff at the swimming pool and the staff working in the hotel in general + the amazing breakfast, haven't had so good breakfast for a long time. + the bed was comfortable

- staff at the reception could be more professional, especially for a hotel of that esteem and value! - it was hard to find a sun bed at the swimming pool. Actually the main problem is that people leave an item (a book for example) on the sun bed and then disappear for hours. This is something that the management of the hotel should check and find a solution.

Santorini is beautiful, the views from this hotel amplifies this. Staff is super friendly, breakfast is more than ample (may I add breakfast is on a platform overlooking the caldera).

This is not a criticism of the hotel, but the pool has very few beds and when guests put their towels down and go out for hours, it's not fair on the rest to sit on a wall.

the best part for me is that the hotel in the middle of the action area its literally less than five minutes walk from many restaurants and bars, once you walk out of the hotel you see everything around you the view is magical from the room balcony staff very friendly and helpful, everyone is happy to help and assist you breakfast very tasty with a view from the rooftop you receive a complimentary local wine bottle when you check in

Stunning view, right in the heart of Fira, with gorgeous caldera, cliff and sunset view. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially the lady in the pool site restaurant (Heily) who greeted us and took care of us so well. Personally I think staying in Panorama is even better experience than staying in the cliff hotels in Oiya.They also arrange airport pick up so that you don’t have to carry your luggage going through the streets with ups and downs. It’s a perfect vacation experience.

Very well located in Fira, central and close to all restaurants, and not much walk from the taxi drop off point. Don't have to climb down stairs to reach the property, which is a big plus. Staff was very helpful and friendly, they offered to pre book restaurants for us and had great recommendations of things to do. It was one of the few hotels that was open when we travelled (just before the start of peak season). Decent breakfast too on their terrace overlooking the caldera.
