Bed was quite comfortable, room spacious, but balcony is small. Staff around the pool were great. Friendly and efficient. Food at the pool bar and restaurant was good - although a little limited for choice. Would like some more traditional Greek options!

They played the same music all day, every day on repeat by the pool. There were only three sun loungers by the pool that were often “reserved” by guests all day who only actually used them for a couple of hours. Would be better to have more comfortable seating/loungers by the pool instead of the tables and sofas. Lots of guests were smoking around the pool which isn’t nice. There’s a building site next to the hotel, which will limit the views when complete, however I think it will be a long time till this as they were digging the foundations by hand!

Clean facilities from rooms to toilets and dinning area, shower rooms on a small side but water flows very well and drains well. Could do with some updates like USB chargers , bathroom doors but otherwise very good value for the money. Good distance to the tram stations and easy travel to Glyfyda and other town for bus connections. Proximity to the beach is excellent. Staff are friendly from bar staff, waiting and cleaners nothing is a bother and always happy to help. We’ll be happy to go back there, we are family of five plus one young adult , our boys friend.

The hotel was good for a short 2 night stay. It had a nice pool which is good in the summer. The room also had ducted air conditioning which was helpful with the temperatures. It had the amenities required for a short stay. There was a few parking spots available in front of the entrance on the footpath and there is also street parking available on the behind and side streets I believe.

The room I got was fairly small and rather than it being a double or queen bed, it was literally 2 normal small single beds on other sides of the room. It was slightly outdated and the bathroom/shower area in our room was very tight and small. It is also a fair bit off the Glyfada strip, so you cannot walk to the main strip where restaurants, cafes and shops are. You need a taxi or a rent a car.

The location was relatively convenient for our purposes (we had to catch an early flight the next day and found it easy to drive from the hotel to the airport within about 20 minutes). The hotel has an elegance to it in the lobby which was nice. The rooms were well furnished and the beds were very comfortable.

It was a bit annoying that we had to battle the beach goers for parking when we arrived around 6pm on a Sunday. There was literally not a single place to park the car even to unload. However, when we arrived later in the night after dinner, it was very easy to find a spot directly in behind the hotel. This was a very minor annoyance.

The hotel has a nice pool and cafe. The hotel is a minutes walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the tram. You can be downtown Glyfada in 3 stops. It is steps away from the bus stops so you can go anywhere. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. This is the best location in Glyfada. The breakfast was okay with a good variety. All the staff were very nice and helpful.

The property is a little dated. The showers were very small.

The reception staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. They allocated a quiet room when I needed one - and gave detailed help to get to specific places both in the day and at night during a taxi strike. Everything was met with a smile and helpful attitude. Bar/pool staff were also friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to eat and drink by the pool. Location was great, very close to the beach and just 30 mins in a taxi from the centre of Athens. You could enjoy all the sites and then chill on beach or by pool.

The hotel is ideally located opposite the beach, its facilities are excellent and the food was better and cheaper than waterfront restaurants further up the coast. The staff could not do enough for us and the rooms with the sea view and balcony were clean and air-conditioned with a fridge.

There is nothing to criticise. The only issue was the rubbish dumped on local roads by builders - the Greek people were welcoming and lovely but it is a shame that local people dump rubbish on the roadside.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. They were always available to assist with any request or inquiry I had, offering valuable recommendations on local attractions and arranging transportation when needed. Furthermore, its prime location in Glyfada is another reason why I highly recommend staying at Palace Hotel. It is conveniently situated near beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants - making it an ideal base for exploring all that Glyfada has to offer. There is a bus stop straight beside the hotel for the city sightseeing bus, which was very convenient for me. Also straight in-front the hotel a coffee and light snacks place called Everest which was very convenient for me too

The pool wasn’t heated. It will be much better if the pool was heated. The family room had 4 beds, I would prefer a king bed and 2 small beds.

The staff were amazing, particularly at the pool bar, they went above and beyond for us. They never stopped, they work so hard and have great customer service, best I’ve ever seen. The food was lovely, the pool and surround was spotless. The beach is only a minute walk.

There is nothing really nearby the hotel if you wanted to try somewhere else to eat or shop, you need to go 10-15 minutes by tram. There is lots of construction happening in Glyfada at the moment so I’m sure this will change in coming years

Staff couldn't be more helpful and pleasant. They looked like they are really happy in their jobs. They genuinely didn't seem to mind what help we asked. They paid attention to detail and gave us what we needed before we asked. Especially Alexandros. We had half board. The food was delicious and plenty. The reception staff were lovely. The restaurant, pool and room cleaners were all very friendly and accommodating. The location of hotel is idea for local beaches or going into Athens. The hotel is abot 5 minutes walk from a tram station. You can get into centre of Athens in about 30minutes. You can get Express bus literally outside yhe hotel gor the airport. Only €5.50 for adult to airport from Glyfada. There is nice walks along the beaches. There is beautiful yachts yhere also. Glyfada is a nice place to too. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

Family room could have been a bit bigger but it was ok.our teenagers are like adults.
